I’m really excited about this episode for many reasons. First of all, this is my 50th EPISODE! And I thank you all for continuing to tune in to learn about and share Oneness. And for this very special episode, I am excited to have the featured guest that I do! For she brings an abundance of spiritual insight and experience to share with us all, and she does so, in such a vivacious and straightforward manner. But as I told her during our initial conversation, that fact draws me to her. I simply love that (like me), she speaks honestly, directly, and calls it like it is without any reservation!
So, let me tell you a little about Renee McKenna:
Renee is a master soul mentor, hypnotherapist, Shamanic healer, podcaster, and author of the book and audio series Allies & Demons: Working With Spirit For Power And Healing. Humor, irreverence, authenticity, and no-nonsense Boston style permeate Renee's work and offerings. She has led workshops, groups, and individual mentorship in emotional healing, spirituality, and personal growth since 1988. Through her Moniker and Podcast of the same name “Spiritual Psi-Kology” she brings her 30-plus years of experience sharing snackable teachings on spirituality, psychology, and all things personal growth and introduces us to her unique blend of Shamanism and Buddhist philosophy with hypnotherapy, and body-based mindfulness, as she guides people to heal and transform on a soul level.
She has a Masters degree in Transpersonal Psychology and is a certified clinical hypnotherapist. For 14 years she has studied DepthHypnosis, Shamanism, and Energy Work with Dr. Isa Gucciardi and has been a student of Lifespan Integration, Hakomi Method, and Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and healing methods.
