Kyle discusses how he started off with a duplex house hack while working his W2, and how that lead to him owning 70 units in just two years. He chats about the strategies he took to scale that fast, including using private money. He and the amigos chat about the importance of figuring out which parts of real estate you enjoy, and how to delegate the rest by building up solid teams. Kyle also explains how although he's expanded his portfolio so significantly, the key has been keeping the process simple and not over-complicating his deals.
