Hey Amigos! On today's episode Nick and X talk about what ARV is and how do you calculate it. They discuss the tips and tricks that work for them and how to make sure you are not over evaluating or over rehabbing a property. Your real estate strategy will dictate what kind of finishes you have. Finishes in a C+ area for a long term rental will be different than a Short Term Rental in a B+ area. They also talk about the importance of deal analysis when calculating your ARV and making sure you are not taking any short cuts when it comes to your CAPEX, repairs and vacancy rates.
