Hey, hey, welcome to a little mini solo episode of the Email Growth Show. These Tuesday episodes are quick and real. Think voice notes from your biz bestie types vibes. And today I want to share something that's been on my heart for a little while now. If you've been in my world for any length of time, you probably know me as the email marketing girl, Right? And while yes, email marketing is still my jam, I love it, I teach it, I use it daily, I've felt a really deep shift happening behind the scenes. And I think it might be time to talk about it. Because here's the truth, I'm not just about email marketing. I'm actually in the business of visibility, of audience growth, of helping female business owners be seen and heard and trusted by the right people.

And honestly, that clarity came in a recent business retreat. I found myself introducing myself over and over and over and over again as email marketing strategist. And each time I said it, it felt more and more off. Like there was a disconnect. Like I was shrinking myself to fit inside a box I'd clearly outgrown. And it didn't feel aligned anymore. It hit me that what I really do goes so much deeper than email alone. I help my clients grow email lists that convert, yes, but only because they've built relationships through aligned visibility.

I help them nurture those lists with content and messaging that builds trust, not just clicks. I help them create offers and systems that allow them to show up as the thought leader in their space. Email is part of the equation, but it's not the whole story. This is why I've created my R.I.S.E. framework. It reflects the full journey that I walk my clients through. Reach: getting seen by the right people with strategic visibility. Influence: building trust and authority so your audience wants to hear from you.

Scale: putting systems in place so that your visibility becomes sustainable. And Empower: stepping into your CEO mindset so you stop hiding and start leading. So if you're sitting there wondering where to even begin, maybe it's reach for you, maybe it's scale, I want you to know that clarity comes when you start taking imperfect action. That's the work that I'm here to do and that's the shift that I'm finally fucking owning and honestly it's changed everything. It's starting to change my content, my offers, even how I introduce myself. Now I don't say that I'm an email marketing strategist, now I say that I'm a visibility coach and audience growth expert. Like, fuck yes, I am. That language feels expansive.

It feels true. It feels good in my gut. And it honors the real work that I do, helping you grow a business that's seen, trusted, and profitable without burning you out or forcing you onto platforms that don't align, right? Without dancing on fucking TikTok. So what does that mean for you? It means that we're going to be having more conversations about visibility strategy, more offers that help you grow, nurture, and monetize your audience in a way that feels aligned, more behind the scenes of how I use my 90-day planning with the help of my AI bestie, Strategic Planner Sally to build momentum without the chaos. And yes, there's still plenty of email magic because she'll always have a place here. But mostly it just means I'm no longer hiding behind a niche that doesn't fit. I'm stepping into the leader, mentor, and movement builder I know I'm here to be. So if you're stepping into something bigger this season, even if it's messy or unclear and just feels really uncomfortable, I want you to know I'm right here beside you.
