And somehow we still feel invisible. No, thank you. We are not doing that anymore. Not in this space, not in this season, not on my watch. This is exactly why I created my RISE framework. A four part approach to visibility that's built on alignment, not anxiety. This is your roadmap to be seen, known and trusted without selling your soul or burning yourself out in the process. So whether you're brand new to visibility or you're scaling to your next big milestone, keep listening.

This episode is going to shift how you show up. So what the heck is the RISE framework? So let's break this down. The RISE framework is not just a method, it's a movement. It's a holistic aligned approach to visibility and audience growth that doesn't force you into a one size fits fucking or funnel or some soulless strategy that makes you want to gag every time you open Instagram. It's built on something I've seen over and over and over again with my clients. Real sustainable success happens when your visibility strategy, your business model and your happens when your visibility strategy, your business model, and your mindset are working together, not competing for your energy. RISE isn't a checklist. It's not a paint by numbers plan.

It's a rhythm. It's a flow. It's designed to move with you through seasons of growth, evolution and stretch. So let's break it down together. Firstly, R is for reach. Getting in front of the right people. This is where visibility starts. Right? But listen, I don't care about vanity metrics.

Kylie Kelly [00:03:49]:
I don't care how many followers you have. I care whether you're reaching the right people. Reach is about aligned visibility. It's about showing up in places where your dream clients are already paying attention. Not trying to convince people to care, just putting yourself in front of the ones who already do. This could look like collaborating in a digital bundle, speaking at a summit, guesting on a podcast that makes your ideal clients go yes, her, Hosting your own private podcast event like inside the inbox, like I do every quarter now. This isn't about chasing clout. It's actually about being seen strategically.

Kylie Kelly [00:04:23]:
Because, hot take, you don't need 10,000 followers. You need 10 aligned humans who are obsessed with what you do and want to go deeper. Now, the second pillar in the RISE framework is I for influence. So reach brought them in. Now what? This is where most people drop the ball. Influence is what turns new eyes into raving fans. It's about trust, connection, consistency. And in today's noisy fuck online world, that influence is everything.

Kylie Kelly [00:04:52]:
But how do you build it? You build it through emails that don't sound like a fucking robot wrote them. You build it through content that actually says something real. You build it through showing up as yourself. Messy, honest, passionate, not polished perfection. Influence is the reason I believe in email so much because it's personal, it's direct, and it creates actual conversations. I'm not here to grow an audience at Double Taps. I'm here to grow one that replies, that shows up, that buys, that trusts. So think about it.

Kylie Kelly [00:05:23]:
Are you nurturing your people? Are you building influence? Or are you just collecting subscribers like they're going out of fashion? Now, the third pillar in the RISE framework is S for scale. And I like to say it's about growing with systems, not stress. This is where we build something sustainable. Because let's be honest, visibility is not a one and done kind of thing. You don't get seen once and suddenly you're Oprah. That would be nice. Right? Scale is about repeatable rhythms, content systems, funnels that actually work, offers that sell while you're asleep without you hustling yourself into the ground. In my world, this looks like running quarterly list building events, reusing the same nurture funnel with a few tweaks, dropping podcast episodes that rank on Google and convert listeners into buyers.

Kylie Kelly [00:06:12]:
This is the engine under the hood. And I'm gonna be real, without this piece, you'll always be stuck in the cycle of starting from scratch every fucking week. We do not do hamster wheels around here. We build systems that support our lives outside of our business as well. And then lastly, e is for empower. This is my favorite part. This is the part most strategies forget. But, babe, this is the foundation.

Kylie Kelly [00:06:38]:
Empower is about mindset. It's about leadership. It's about making bold fucking decisions like a CEO and not second guessing every move like an intern on their first day. It's about raising your standards. It's about saying no to what doesn't serve you. It's about pitching yourself with confidence and letting your work be seen, even if it's not perfect. This is where visibility starts to feel powerful because it's rooted in who you are. You're not here to play cute.

Kylie Kelly [00:07:04]:
You're here to lead. And when you finally stop shrinking to fit somebody else's marketing plan and you start showing up as yourself, that is when everything shifts. So here's what I want you to take away. Each pillar, reach, influence, scale or empower, builds on the next. When they're working together, that is when the magic happens. It's how I went from who the hell is Kylie to filling my mastermind with dream epic humans, to running a thriving membership, to feeling clear, grounded, and fucking excited about my visibility every single week, to be able to be public with my hot take opinions and actually not give a shit who hears them.
