The War on WikiLeaks and the Agony of Julian Assange

This episode I tackled a topic I've been wanting to cover for a minute and have frankly felt overwhelmed and inadequate to the task. I still feel that way a little lol, but I did my damn best. I can tell you that. Get ready for a DEEP dive,

That gnarled and knotted topic? WikiLeaks and Julian Assange. Julian Assange is right now being psychologically and physically tortured (sleep deprivation chiefly) inside Belmarsh Prison in London. 

Julian has a partner and 2 young sons, and he is being kept away from this family. His health is suffering very badly. He is being destroyed before our eyes in real time, and for what? For having so badly bruised and embarrassed the ruling class, through his work at Wikileaks.  

WikiLeaks is the most important publisher in our generation. When the world we inhabit is shrouded by darkness, with powerful forces operating in unison out of greed, survival, fear, and a mindset of scarcity and aggressivity, it is absolutely essential that we the people know and understand what the ruling class is up to. 

We are being lied to and manipulated all the time. Without whistleblowers, leaks, and publications capable of publishing and willing to publish these leaks, we truly are lost to the insidious and hope-devouring world pf public relations campaigns, subtle media manipulation, brainwashing and propaganda.

The ruling class cannot rule without the consent of the governed. To tacitly give consent unconsciously, without all the full info, and in fact based on curated manipulated info, to hand over consent in this way is to sleepwalk through history. We can't allow that to happen.

Let's wake up, open our eyes, demand transparency, and be creative in how we make that transparency happen. The ruling class never gives power away; it must be wrestled and ripped away.
