Over the next five years, the Mark Spain Team helped over 3,500 families close on their homes. In 2016, Mark announced independence from Keller Williams and formed Mark Spain Real Estate. In 2021, his team at Mark Spain Real Estate sold more than 3.3 billion dollars in residential real estate and served over 10,300 clients. Mark Spain Real Estate was also named the #1 real estate team for closed transactions in the United States for five consecutive years by the Wall Street Journal.
