E81: Danny Radford / Removing Personal Limits & Finding Your North Star

Hannah Mulhern Season 1 Episode 81

On this episode of the Do Epic Shit Today Podcast, I chat with the awesomely epic, Danny Radford about life's endless possibilities and his North Star. I was introduced to Danny by a past guest, and right from the start, I could feel his positive energy through the phone. As we talked, we swapped adventure stories, physical feats and how we’ve both broken free from limiting mindsets—especially the ones we place on ourselves.

Danny's life is filled with incredible adventures, from hiking Mount Kilimanjaro (the world’s largest free-standing mountain) to tackling the Grand Canyon, competing in a charity boxing challenge that raised £17,000, publishing a novel, and constantly seeking new experiences to stay open to endless opportunities.

But what really makes Danny stand out is his "why." His main drive to be a better person is to inspire his daughter. He wants to show her that she can do anything she puts her mind to—there are no limits to what she can achieve.

In this episode, Danny shares how his love for his daughter has pushed him to become the best version of himself and how it’s changed the way he goes after his goals. When someone you love is your motivation to live a better life, it has the power to inspire not only yourself but also everyone around you—to live without limits or fear.

Listen in for some serious inspiration and motivation to chase your own goals and remember: the only limits that exist are the ones we place on ourselves.
