Now we give you your host, Sister Deb, Praise the Lord, praise the Lord and thank the Lord for another day in the studio to spread the Word of God. So today I'm going to talk about something that you don't hear a lot of people talk about, something that I think people need to hear more about, and I'm going to say a phrase, and this phrase is when all hell breaks loose. So this phrase generally refers to a time of intense chaos, violence, destruction I mean just craziness all around. Today I'm going to refer to that as a period of judgment and tribulation. Now, there's little doubt that the book of Revelation contains some of the most frightening images in the entire Bible. Right, this chapter alone that I'm going to talk about today chapter 9, probably, of course is the most frightening of them all. Okay, and what I'm going to talk about tonight is the seven trumpet judgments, and that is I'm actually only going to talk about two of them, actually, but the seven trumpet judgments are a series of plagues that will be unlashed upon the earth during the great tribulation that's coming, and if you read about those, each one brings a more severe plague than the previous one. The first six are followed, of course, by a plague, and then the seventh actually announces the return of Jesus Christ.

Now Revelation 8, if you want to go back to Revelation 8, tells us about the first four. And when you get to Revelation 9, the first four trumpets have been sounded and the earth's environment has been shattered all around. And chapter 8 closes with verse 13. It says and I beheld and heard an angel flying through the midst of the heaven saying with a loud voice Woe, woe, woe to the inhabitants of the earth. Woe, woe, woe to the inhabitants of the earth. You see, people, this angel knows that. This angel knows what's about to be unleashed by the sounding of the last three trumpets is going to be more horrible than anything that's been unleashed yet. Now, a lot of people we know today believe that there is a real heaven, but there's very few that actually believe in a real hell. And Jesus spoke more about hell than any other person in the Bible. People, he doesn't want us to go there and that's why he talked about it. And 2 Peter, 3 and 9 says God is not willing that any should perish, but that all come to repentance. And you know what friends. He left it up to us. And I just wonder why anyone would choose hellfire over streets of gold? That's a mystery to me. But now today we are going to go and we're going to read in some of Revelation 9. I may not read every single verse, but people we are going to see, all hell is getting ready to break loose, literally, on earth, and that's what we're looking at today.

And in Revelation 9, it introduces the fifth trumpet, which is also identified as the first of the three woes. Right that verse 13 in the previous chapter says these are the three woes that's going to fall upon the earth. And this involves opening of the bottomless pit. And the Bible says in chapter 9, verse 1 says and the fifth angel sounded and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth and to him was given the key to the bottomless pit. Now, when this bottomless pit is open, this is going to release some demonic forces. If you will, this is going to cause some demonic forces. If you will, this is going to cause intense torment and suffering. Verse 2 says and he opened the bottomless pit and there rose a smoke out of the pit as the smoke of a great furnace, and the sun and the air was darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. That's telling me, people, that there's a lot of torment coming. You know that is a lot of torment coming. And verse 3 says and there come out of the smoke locusts upon the earth. And unto them was given power as the scorpions of the earth has power, and it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth or neither any green thing, neither any tree, but only those men who have not the seal of God in their foreheads. And to them it was given that they should not kill, but that they should torment for five months, and their torment was the torment of a scorpion when it striketh a man. Wow, I mean people, it's coming. Hell is getting ready to literally be let loose on earth. You know, in chapter eight, the last verse, we get the warning to the inhabitants of the earth.

And I really believe in my heart. I believe in my heart that this is referring to the wicked people who live on earth, the unbelievers, the people who reject God, who hate God, the unsaved people, the ones who live for the flesh and the world, and the devil. I believe in my heart that that's who this wrath is coming upon, I feel. I believe in my heart that I believe that the church will have already been gone. I believe, I hope and pray to God anyway, that the church, the children of God, will have already been raptured out of here. Do I know that for sure? No, I don't want to take a chance on that either, but I'm telling you the Bible is absolutely clear, people, that God did not appoint us to wrath. It says in 1 Thessalonians 5, 9, god did not appoint us to wrath but to obtain salvation through our Lord, jesus Christ and people. I want to stress to you right now the judgments of this book are real. They're horrible. They're real.

You know, when we see these seven seals, these seven signs, these trumpets, this is giving us a quick trip through the seven-year period that Daniel identifies as the last days, the great tribulation. You know, john saw this star. He saw this star fall from heaven and to him was given the key to the bottom's pit. People. The star was made into a person. It said to him was given the key, him, he. He was made into a person and he was given the key.

And friends, I believe in my heart that believe that jesus christ gave the devil the key to this pit, because Jesus said in Revelations 1 and 18, he said I am he who lives and was dead. And behold, I am alive forevermore and I hold the keys of hell and of death. Does that not sound like he gave the devil the key? Yes, I believe Jesus gave the devil the key and the right and the opportunity to open up this pit, and we learn from Scripture that there's already been incorporated in this pit, the abyss they called it from the book of Jude tells us that these angels have already been incarcerated there, these demonic angels. They've been kept there in darkness, bound with everlasting chains of judgment, on that great day. That's Jude, chapter 6. And people, I'm telling you that day's coming. Somebody needs to understand, open up their ears and realize in their eyes and realize that day is coming. And you know there's not a lot. I could liken that to Try this. If you will Imagine that, if we opened all the prisons and all the jails in the United States and released all the violent criminals all at once to run the earth, do you get what I'm trying to say? Can you imagine Satan opening up this abyss, this deep shaft, somewhere in the world? Apparently, today, there is a deep shaft where God has incarcerated all these demon spirits. I mean, wow, I thank God he still holds the key to it. You know, and we see.

Verse 2, it tells us about this smoke that's going to arise out of this pit. It's going to be so thick that the air and the sun is going to be darkened. Verse 3 through 6, please go back and read all this stuff. It's out of the pit, the smoke. The locusts come on the earth. The Word of God says they were given power, as the scorpions of the earth has power, and they were commanded not to harm the grass of the earth or trees or anything green, only those who do not have the seal of God in their forehead People. It's coming. It's coming Now. These demonic, scorpion-like things. They're not given the authority to kill, only to torment for five months.

So God set a time limit on that. This torment is going to be like a torment of a scorpion when it strikes a man. Now, I've never been stung by a scorpion and I hope and pray to God I never see one. I don't like bugs or insects. I'm not an insect or bug person. If you guys only knew I do spider check in my bedroom before I get in bed at night. It's how bad. I hate stuff.

But I'm telling you now, the thoughts of being chased around by a big demonic locust or grasshopper is very frightening to me. I mean, it scares me. And then verse 6 tells us people, here is where it gets real, real. Verse 6 tells us and in those days shall men seek death and shall not find it, and shall desire to die and death shall flee them. Death's going to go. What's that telling me? That's telling me that no matter where you go and matter what you do and no matter what you try, death will not be here. That's telling me that you're going to scream for the mountains to fall on you. You may go jump off of a building, you may put a gun to your head and shoot it. I don't believe you're going to die, brothers and sisters, I do not believe you will die. I do believe death is going to be gone. The Bible says it. That's telling me that the pain and torment is coming Now, these big scorpions that's going to chase us, these big locust-looking things, they say. The scorpion sting affects your central nervous system, but people, you feel like your body's on fire, it says. Grown men wreathe with pain and grit their teeth and even vomit the mouth. People, death is going on vacation and men will seek to die and won't find it. Some people believe that death is a blessing and it relieves their pains. But I'm telling you, friends, it will not happen here. Nothing will. For five long months, nothing will. No death to be found. You know, the word of God goes on in verses 7 to 11.

It goes on to tell us about these demonic locusts. It said they were like horses, prepared for battle, and it said that their heads were something like on their heads was crowns of gold and their faces were like men. Their hair was like women's. Their teeth was like a lion's teeth. I mean, wow, people read that. Read it. They had breastplates like iron and the sound of their wings was like the sound of many horses and chariots rushing in battle. They had tails with stings on their tails, like scorpions, and the power to hurt men for five months.

People, I'm telling you what it's coming. It's coming and there's two armies. That's going to be released. There's going to be an army from the river. That's the sixth trumpet. There's going to be an army from this river, the river Euphrates. That's going to be an army from this river, the river Euphrates. That's going to be the second woe. This army, these people, are going to be out here and this army is going to kill one third of mankind. One third. This is these four angels that's been held into the bottom of the river Euphrates. It's going to be released. They've been bound there and bound and ready, prepared the word of god says prepared for an hour, a day and a month and a year. Prepared, wow, I mean.

Now, once that starts, we see death returned. It's come back and people, a third of mankind. Over and over again, we see that God is in control here. These are precisely timed events. God is in control. To kill a third of mankind is what these things are coming for.

Now. Let's say the earth's population is 7,850,000,000. Give a few thousand. So that means the population is going to go down to 3.6 billion in just a few months time. People are going to die. People are going to die. Billions of people on earth will die, do you hear me? Billions people, that's. That's a bad sad. And we are going to lose friends, we're going to lose family. People are going to die. And the thing about it is is nobody is going to listen. You know, right now you would think people would be saying, wow, I don't want to go through this. Wow, I want to believe. I want to give myself to the Lord, I want to go to heaven. I don't want to go through this. Wow, I want to believe. I want to give myself to the Lord. I want to go to heaven. I don't want to go through this.

But the ironic thing about all this is the most baffling is on down in verses 21 and 22. It says the rest of the men who were not killed by the plagues remained defiant and unrepentant. They remained in their sins, their sins of resisting God and running from God. They saw the wrath of God, they knew it was a demonic attack, yet they wouldn't repent. They won't give their self, they won't stop their worship of idols, and idols of gold and silver and brass, stone and wood. They didn't repent from their murderers and their sorcerers or sexual immortality of their thefts. My friends, today, today, I'm telling you, people will die and this is going to be one of the most troubling and trying times that has ever hit this earth, and people are not going to make it. But I'm telling you today, today, I'm telling you that testing time is ahead.

I'm telling you now, and I know you probably wonder why the Lord would give us these graphic descriptions of what the world's going to face at this tribulation. Why would God write about so much tragedy and death and suffering? Well, I can think of three good reasons why. The one reason, I think, is because he wants us to see what us, we as a church. He wants us to know what we're being saved from, because it's going to be chaos, people, it's going to be hell, and I think it's so exciting to know that God will deliver His people from this judgment. And I believe.

The second thing is, I believe he's telling us this is a warning to people who do not accept Jesus as their Savior. He wants them to know what they're going to face if they continue in their sin. He wants them to know this. And the third thing I believe he wants us to read this and know it, because he wants us, us who know the truth, us who have given our lives to God, to right now, start, right now and try to share the gospel with the lost. We are workers of God and we need to get up out of our chairs and out of our houses and walk out into the streets, into the byways, into the alleys and in the creeks and the rivers and wherever else we got to walk, and we need to spread the word of God, the gospel, with these people. We need to let them know it's coming, it's coming and today, friends, I'm telling you people, if God has spoken to you through this, today, if God has spoken to you through any of this at all, that I have said people.

Jesus said behold, I stand at the door and knock, and if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I'll come in with him and Don, and he with me and friends, there's going to be a day he's going to stop knocking, but today is the day. Today is the day for you to make your way and to not have to go through all of this, not have to worry about the locusts chasing you down the street, not have to worry about the insects and the bugs and the plagues and whatever else that's going to happen, because it's coming. Hell is coming, people, hell is going to be let loose on earth and you need, right now, you need to listen to his voice. If he's talking any at all to your heart, don't harden it. Listen to him because you can escape this wrath that's coming.

See, god doesn't want to judge men, but you know whatever. What else is there, but you know what is it's. All it's going to be left is for those who reject God. Is this judgment. But see, the way of escape people is through and by the grace and the mercy of Jesus Christ. You know, and our wonderful, tender and gracious God, he wants us delivered from this judgment, from wrath, and I'm going to give you a question I want you to think about.

It's in Hebrews 2, verse 3. It says how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation and people, in the face of all the judgments such as these right here that we've talked about, the present ones that's now in our land and the far more worse ones that's yet to come ask yourself how will I escape if I neglect God, if I deny the salvation that God offers? How am I escape if I neglect God, if I deny the salvation that God offers? How am I going to escape this wrath? Friends, I'm telling you, I leave you with this one question in your heart and I want you to think about this in your mind and in your heart. I'm going to ask you a question to think about and then I'm going to give you an answer.

The question is what have I got to lose? Ask yourself what have I got to lose? My answer hell. You've got hell to lose people. You don't have to be here when all hell breaks loose on earth. There is a way out. There is a way out and that is through and by Jesus Christ. That is by giving your heart to Jesus Christ and telling the Lord to come into your heart and be your Savior. Save you from all of this craziness that's getting ready to come down upon us, because it's coming. It is coming. God said it's coming, his Word said it's coming, and I believe that it is coming. We can see a lot of it going on around behind us, around beside us today. It's out there. It's going to get worse. I don't care how many pastors and preachers and teachers tell you that things are going to get better. It's not, trust me. It is not going to get better, it is only going to get worse, and the only way to escape is through and by the grace and the salvation of Jesus Christ.

And friends, I'm going to leave you today with a prayer and I'm going to ask you to think about this. Understand this. He's coming and hell's coming first, and if you don't get yourself ready, people, it's not going to be fun. I'm going to leave you with a prayer. I do hope this has opened up, maybe, your eyes to realize that you need to get yourself ready, you need to get yourself right with the Lord and you need to use the rest of your remaining days to worship Him and serve Him in spirit and in truth. I hope this has blessed you as much as it has blessed me to bring it. Please, please read Revelation 8 and 9, and you will understand a lot of what I was saying here today. But anyway, thank you very much for listening. I'm going to end this with a prayer and God bless everybody.

Lord, our Father, god in heaven, lord, as I come to you With the heaviness in my heart For the people that need to hear this. They so need to open up their eyes and realize and understand that hell is coming. Hell is coming. It's not far away, it's right at the door that we're going to wake up one of these mornings and we're going to look up and look outside and it's going to be here. Nobody's going to know it until it happens. It's going to be here and I ask you, god, to please bless these people that hear this.

Touch their hearts and their minds. Touch their hearts, lord, that they will understand that they need to get themselves ready. Let them understand that they can't escape the wrath. They can. Let them understand that there is a way, and that way is through and by you, god. Let them see it and feel it. Lord, I ask you to bless all of these people that's hearing this. Bless the ones that need to hear it. Let it go to the ears and the hearts and the minds of the ones that so need to hear this. But we thank you, lord, for your word and for your truth. We thank you for the truth that's in this word that allows us to know and allows us to be ready and get ourselves ready for those crazy, awful days that's coming. But we praise you, we honor you, we love you and ask you to bless each and every body, lord, according to your will. We ask these and all things. God in Jesus' holy sweet name, we pray Amen and amen.
