Philippi and he's saying, not that I have already attained or am already perfected, but I press on that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me, or for me, of me. have the God kind of faith. 00:02:00.341 --> 00:02:16.628 But another translation says to lay hold on the faithfulness of God, and so to lay hold on something means that you have to let go of whatever down and I had the bright idea to go out to the Sam Houston National Forest in the middle of nowhere on the motorcycle, and I wasn't really dressed for it or prepared for it. 00:12:58.672 --> 00:13:00.360 I did the whole typical motorcycle thing. 00:13:00.360 --> 00:13:08.365 I went out to eat first, so I'm full, and then I decide I'm going to ride out by the north side of Lake Conroe and closed and it technically was not something I should have been doing. 00:13:19.942 --> 00:13:25.964 So what did I do is when it, when the first gate was closed, I was like no problem, I'm on a motorcycle. 00:13:25.964 --> 00:13:36.241 So I made a little trail through the woods and I come back around and I get down and the next gate is closed and I'm really deep in the woods and I but this is a better trail. 00:13:36.241 --> 00:13:45.129 So I just I'm zooming along this trail and then, all of a sudden, out of nowhere, this huge mud pit was right there and I couldn't go around it. 00:13:45.129 --> 00:13:56.610 And I just had to go through it and I made it a pretty good amount of ways and then, all of a sudden, it was just more than I could take and ended up dropping the bike in woods, but I just I laid all my gear down and I just started walking through deeper into the woods and all of a sudden, it wasn't two minutes and a humongous guy, 400 pounds probably, six foot six, hunter, with his orange vest on and a shotgun over his shoulder, comes walking out of the woods, right down the trail my way, and I put my hands up in a surrender and I said excuse me, sir, please, God draws near to us and as you grow in your relationship with Him, you forget about the past, you forget about those hurts, you get those under the blood and he reveals to you the thoughts that he
