00:00:47.020 --> 00:00:59.606 Well, let's turn in our Bibles to the book of James, chapter five, and of course we've been using this verse, especially in James 5, 16, about the effectual, fervent prayer of the righteous avails much, brings much power to bear. 00:00:59.606 --> 00:01:06.983 But let's start reading in James chapter five, verse one tonight, and I want to. 00:01:06.983 --> 00:01:09.311 This is a message I have. 00:01:09.311 --> 00:01:22.344 I've been preaching for quite some time, but, and if you've heard it before, well, this will be water for what you've heard, it'll encourage you, and if you've never heard it, it'll be seed that will be planted in your heart that'll bring forth a harvest. 00:01:22.344 --> 00:01:32.890 James, chapter five, verse one, says go to now you rich men weep, and how for your miseries that shall come upon you. 00:01:32.890 --> 00:01:37.569 Your riches are corrupted and your garments are moth-eaten. 00:01:37.569 --> 00:01:47.826 Your gold and silver is cankered and the rest of them shall be a witness against you and shall eat your flesh, as it were. 00:01:47.826 --> 00:01:53.350 Fire you have heaped treasure together for the last days. 00:01:53.350 --> 00:01:56.706 Now, keep that in mind, the last days. 00:01:56.706 --> 00:02:16.826 Behold, verse four the hire of the laborers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you, because they appointed Peter as the first pope and I don't believe anybody was a pope back then. 00:03:34.867 --> 00:03:35.665 There wasn't a pope. 00:03:35.665 --> 00:03:39.409 But if there was a head of the church it was James. 00:03:39.409 --> 00:03:42.247 He was the pastor of the church in Jerusalem. 00:03:42.247 --> 00:03:44.887 I don't see how Peter could have been a pope. 00:03:44.887 00:04:06.425 So just think about when we're praying the effectual, fervent prayer of the righteous. 00:04:06.425 --> 00:04:11.528 It is an end time prayer and it's about the end time, harvest. 00:04:11.528 --> 00:04:14.842 And so he's talking here. 00:04:14.842 --> 00:04:15.907 It's pretty amazing. 00:04:15.907 --> 00:04:19.348 It speaks of a coming wealth transfer. 00:04:19.348 --> 00:04:27.730 You've heaped treasure together for the last days and notice how long, how many verses, he spends speaking. 00:04:27.730 --> 00:04:39.946 Excuse me, he spends speaking to the ungodly rich all the way down to verse six, verses one through six, he's not talking to the church at all. 00:04:39.946 --> 00:04:53.208 He is writing this letter to the church but he's addressing it's like a prophetic word to the ungodly rich that have done something to steal the wealth of believers. 00:04:53.208 --> 00:04:58.103 In fact it doesn't even say believers, it just says labors. 00:04:58.103 --> 00:05:04.130 So I mean, god hates Steph, no matter who it's from. 00:05:04.130 --> 00:05:11.168 And so, and then after verse six, he gives specific instructions to believers. 00:05:12.259 --> 00:05:18.310 You know, I'm reminded of a, of a something that Billy Brim said 10 years ago or more. 00:05:18.310 --> 00:05:25.992 We were in a meeting together with her and she said you know, no one has been a pastor in the last days before. 00:05:25.992 --> 00:05:31.980 And it really hit me and I began to meditate on that, you know, because I felt for witness. 00:05:31.980 --> 00:05:52.458 What she said is not necessarily in the Bible, but it kind of answered some questions that I had, that the that pastoring a church in this time, in the last days, we don't, the generation before us didn't have the revelation that we have about this subject and we have no fathers to look to in this, on this subject and reason. 00:05:52.595 --> 00:06:12.687 I've not struggled with it, but I've searched to make sure that I'm right on the emphasis I place on certain things, and so one of the questions I had to brother or Roberts when he had that visitation 2004, do you see a transfer of wealth coming to the church? 00:06:12.687 --> 00:06:13.961 And? 00:06:13.961 --> 00:06:18.728 And he had an overwhelming yes, but the church needs to repent and make sure they're tithers. 00:06:18.728 --> 00:06:33.791 So so there's a coming wealth transfer and this generation needs to be, needs to have a message to it that involves this generation. 00:06:33.791 --> 00:06:37.548 It's not good enough to talk about what's been for other generations. 00:06:37.548 --> 00:06:44.644 I've reminded brother Osteen said the very same thing in one of his pastors meetings that he had right before he passed generation needs a word to their generation and I believe the word to this generation is living through this, this turmoil and this tumult in our country is that payday has come and that a lot of what's going on is nothing but the shaking before the transfer. 00:07:09.826 --> 00:07:23.637 So let's not, let's not look at this thing so bleakly, let's not, let's not let this steal our joy, you know, let's, let's, let's realize that God is culminating some things for our benefit. 00:07:23.637 --> 00:07:27.002 And so let's look at it here a moment, here, let's study. 00:07:27.002 --> 00:07:30.949 It says here, in verse two, or verse one. 00:07:30.949 --> 00:07:32.706 It says go to now you rich men. 00:07:32.706 --> 00:07:37.067 Actually, the word go to when you look it up in your concordance, it really means to come now. 00:07:37.067 --> 00:07:50.507 So God is gathering and separating the ungodly rich and he is telling them something, and in verses two and three he's talking about your riches are corrupted, your garments are moth eaten, your gold and silver is cankered. 00:07:50.507 --> 00:07:52.706 And so it says is. 00:07:52.706 --> 00:08:04.747 And so when I looked this up in the linguistic key to the Greek New Testament, those verbs are indicating prophetic anticipation. 00:08:04.747 --> 00:08:08.911 So essentially, he is speaking about the last days. 00:08:08.911 --> 00:08:12.108 He's speaking about the ungodly rich that live right now. 00:08:13.160 --> 00:08:27.547 He's speaking about Joe Biden he's right here, head of this list, right here and all the rest of these people that have used I think about Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton using the Clinton Foundation. 00:08:27.547 --> 00:08:38.724 They gathered money from all foreign countries while she was a secretary of state and put it in their foundation, where they spend it on themselves. 00:08:38.724 --> 00:08:48.490 These people are criminals and so far I see a dual track justice system. 00:08:48.490 --> 00:08:57.303 I see people that were associated with Donald Trump being persecuted and imprisoned and prosecuted, and I see these other people. 00:08:57.303 --> 00:09:02.429 They're not even investigated, much less prosecuted, not even an investigation. 00:09:02.429 --> 00:09:14.465 That needs to change and I believe, regardless whether it changes here on earth or not, I of them that have reaped, in other words, the laborers, their cries have entered into the ears of the Lord, of the armies of heaven, and remain. 00:09:54.724 --> 00:09:57.245 That word means remains. Scotia, way up in the north. 00:10:09.139 --> 00:10:19.201 In fact, halifax is where they brought the survivors of the ship that sank man. 00:10:19.201 --> 00:10:22.659 I can't think of the name of it now, but anyway, titanic. 00:10:22.659 --> 00:10:30.539 When the Titanic sank out there in the North Atlantic, it was the first ship to sink, and it was the first ship to sink. 00:10:30.539 --> 00:10:38.609 And it was the first ship to sink and it was the first ship to sink and it was the first ship to sink and in the North Atlantic it was the closest place. 00:10:38.609 --> 00:10:49.025 They brought the survivors to Halifax and one night those folks were really resistant to I was asked to preach on prosperity. 00:10:49.200 --> 00:10:59.067 And so I was preaching on sowing and hole and the ice broke and my foot went down all the way to my shin filled with icy water. 00:11:20.450 --> 00:11:23.428 My shoe, my foot, was freezing off the whole night. 00:11:23.428 --> 00:11:33.485 They don't even think enough about just trying to keep the parking lot where it would be easy for people to get in and out of church, much less take care of the carpet. 00:11:33.485 --> 00:11:37.909 But they had no revelation of prosperity whatsoever. 00:11:37.909 --> 00:11:42.306 So it took three days of bust and concrete and they finally started to get it. 00:11:43.700 --> 00:12:07.331 Then one night another minister was taking the offering, used these verses, and I suddenly remembered that night that I had prophesied these verses in a meeting in New Delhi, india, to 2200 Indian pastors and Indian ministry leaders, and in a tremendous meeting with Pastor Osteen. 00:12:07.331 --> 00:12:22.591 He preached crusades at night and then in the morning and afternoon there were these 2200 ministers that had ministers conferences in the great all sports arena there in New Delhi, and one morning we were having the morning meeting. 00:12:22.591 --> 00:12:23.783 I think it was the second morning. 00:12:23.783 --> 00:12:26.085 We were there sitting on the platform. 00:12:26.085 --> 00:12:28.027 Then we rose up for praise and worship. 00:12:28.027 --> 00:12:31.629 They had a band and they were praying praise music. 00:12:31.629 --> 00:12:33.684 It was really good and they got all energetic. 00:12:33.684 --> 00:12:36.488 Brother Vargas was the host of the meeting. 00:12:36.488 --> 00:12:38.485 He was a leader there. 00:12:38.485 --> 00:12:51.445 Brother Osteen partnered with him and he was dancing on the platform and it got all of them dancing and they were just going around like this and they had their long robes on the men on one side, fewer women. 00:12:51.445 --> 00:12:58.283 There were not as many women as men, but they were all dancing and they had their sandals on and they were. 00:12:58.304 --> 00:13:10.244 It was hot in there, there was no air conditioning and I was looking and all of a sudden I saw this cloud and I immediately I thought, oh, my goodness, the glory is hit. 00:13:10.244 --> 00:13:16.386 And I looked closer and closer and I realized it wasn't the glory, it was dust. 00:13:16.386 --> 00:13:23.667 It was coming up from their feet, it was coming up out of their clothes and it just rose up in the room. 00:13:23.667 --> 00:13:31.490 And then I began to weep Because here are these wonderful ministers of the gospel. 00:13:31.490 --> 00:13:48.625 Each one of them is a leader, each one of them is in charge of a lot of ministry and people, and they're so poor that they've got these dirty clothes and dirty feet and it just the dust was just billowing up and I just I started weeping. 00:13:48.686 --> 00:13:55.806 I sat down and God began to bring these verses to my heart and I had a prophetic word. 00:13:55.806 --> 00:14:00.046 And by that time it shut down and Brother Osteen started preaching. 00:14:00.046 --> 00:14:06.889 So I had to keep that message, that prophetic word, in my heart all that time while Brother Osteen is preaching. 00:14:06.889 --> 00:14:08.804 And he went about 30 minutes. 00:14:08.804 --> 00:14:10.784 It wasn't very long, he would never long winded. 00:14:10.784 --> 00:14:16.149 He went about 30 minutes and so when he finished I asked permission. 00:14:16.149 --> 00:14:18.928 I said, brother Osteen, I've got a word for these ministers. 00:14:18.928 --> 00:14:19.943 He says, oh yeah, go ahead. 00:14:20.139 --> 00:14:29.466 So I stepped up and then delivered this powerful word that they should cry out for their defrauded wages, that God has riches for them. 00:14:29.466 --> 00:14:32.830 God has the key to their harvest in India. 00:14:32.830 --> 00:14:37.585 They don't have to look to any place else, it's right there and I really encourage them. 00:14:37.585 --> 00:14:43.884 And oh man, there was a bunch of rejoice and there was more dancing and everything, more dust, more than another dust storm. 00:14:43.884 --> 00:14:54.846 And so that night, when the other minister received the offering I was reminded of I hadn't thought of it in years and by this time this is 2006. 00:14:54.846 --> 00:14:57.969 So it's been 12 years. 00:14:58.070 --> 00:15:03.679 Before that I'd given that, even before we'd started the church and I'd never preached on it, I'd never really studied it. 00:15:03.679 --> 00:15:15.046 So when I got home, I began to study and I began to open my Bible to this and I began to look at it and read it and meditate on it and look it up in my concordance and I asked the Lord. 00:15:15.046 --> 00:15:23.610 When my mother was in the church and I asked the Lord one morning, I said Lord, how is it that wages cry? 00:15:23.610 --> 00:15:27.308 How do wages have a voice to cry out? 00:15:27.308 --> 00:15:31.004 And he said very simply. 00:15:31.004 --> 00:15:32.850 He said it's like blood. 00:15:32.850 --> 00:15:37.037 And he just hit me like so simple. 00:15:37.940 --> 00:15:40.447 But your wages are like blood. 00:15:40.447 --> 00:15:44.226 In other words, it's your life, it represents your life. 00:15:44.226 --> 00:16:02.847 You exchange your life for money, your employer or your business or whatever you're selling, or if you're self-employed or whatever you have said okay, I will trade part of my life and you will give me this money. 00:16:02.847 --> 00:16:04.708 So it's like blood. 00:16:04.708 --> 00:16:27.942 When the money is stolen that you're owed, when the money is defrauded, when the money that you should have is short circuited and put in someone else's pocket, it cries and it says no, I great Humboldt oil field boom and in the 1930, he had a blow on the head and had to go to the hospital and then he had to go home and ultimately he died and there was no money. 00:17:33.823 --> 00:17:36.086 My grandmother was left a widow. 00:17:36.086 --> 00:17:36.701 She had to. 00:17:36.701 --> 00:17:47.779 She had to fend for herself and she was a frugal woman and her, her, her sons helped her and she made it, but she was a widow. 00:17:47.779 --> 00:17:52.420 He was 60 when he died and he had another good while to live. 00:17:52.420 --> 00:17:54.106 He was a very healthy man. her and she opened a boarding house there in Old Humboldt and she had those rough necks that were working on those drilling rigs eating with her and some of them would stay in rooms upstairs and she made a living barely. 00:18:27.287 --> 00:18:40.800 And later on in life, when that all closed down, she moved in with my parents and I grew up my early memory was her occupying one bed and my parents occupied the other two bedrooms One. 00:18:40.800 --> 00:18:42.488 It was two bedroom house, one bath. 00:18:42.488 --> 00:18:57.539 She was in one bedroom, my parents in the other bedroom and I was
