Have you ever wanted some free proactive advice? Are you in the thick of the hard times caring for your elderly loved one or a loved one that may not be elderly. In this episode I am giving you real life examples of decisions I have helped families navigate and help you navigate your tough decisions too.

It is important to find your support system and I encourage you to protect your peace by allowing healthy contributors in to the conversation that can bring in perspective and life experiences that you may not have had to experience yet. But I also encourage you to keep the unhealthy contributors out of the conversation so you can reduce the amount of stress you have to wade through in emotionally difficult times.

When you are forced to make the hard decisions regarding someone else's healthcare do what it takes to find clarity and only focus one step at a time to avoid anxiety and panic. Focusing on the controllables and taking all decisions one at a time will allow you peace of mind.
