Tian Wigmore is the co-owner and operator of Legacy Realty where his team sees a couple thousand houses a year and for each of those houses, they look at three to six comparable homes that have recently sold. This means his office is looking in-depth on the pricing of thousands of houses on PEI. You would be hard-pressed to find a single person who has done more research on home prices on PEI than Tian.
