Carol O’Hanley is the co-owner and office manager of Exit Realty PEI which she owns with her husband and award-winning agent, Steve Yostin.
Carol has been in the real estate industry since 2006. She has her certificate in Adult Education, a certificate from UPEI in the New Management Series and is a graduate of the EMBA program at UPEI. I am sure this translates well in the operation of her brokerage and her work excellence was on full display as the instructor for my PEIREA pre-licensing course that I completed in the fall of 2022.
In this course, Carol went above and beyond in offering additional supplementary lessons, guest speakers and panellists, remarkably fast marking and feedback on all the quizzes, assignments, and examinations, and concise and focused lessons that drove home the points we needed to know while maintaining an atmosphere of trust and kindness. I feel so privileged to have had her as my instructor.
As I start my journey as a REALTOR, I wanted to take this opportunity to bring in Carol and have a conversation about all things PEI real estate.
