When I was asking around for which home stager on PEI to get on the podcast - one name came up more than anyone else - Sarah Waterfield. Specifically, Mike Thompson from Odyssey Virtual and Mary Jane Webster from RE/MAX Charlottetown suggested Sarah.
I followed that up by going on to Instagram and when I saw her work, I knew she’d be great for the show.
Sarah Waterfield is a CCSP-certified home stager and interior designer who specializes in working with Real Estate Agents on PEI. She is the owner and lead stager of her company, Modern House Staging.
Today I wanted to ask Sarah about how to prepare your home for listing to get the best price and also learn a little bit more about home staging as I consider implementing it in some of my own listings.
