Could President Biden's handling of classified documents signal a seismic shift in the justice system's impartiality? Today, we dissect the perplexing narrative that has emerged from a special counsel's report excusing Biden from criminal charges, despite the discovery of sensitive materials in his possession after his vice presidency. Our guest and I wrestle with the stark divergence this case presents when placed side by side with the legal woes befalling former President Trump. We don't just scrutinize the legal outcomes; we dig into the worrisome inconsistencies that could ripple through our political and judicial realms, igniting debates that may reshape the landscape of accountability.

Our conversation takes a sobering turn as we confront the unnerving notion of unequal justice between party lines. The immunity of select political figures to repercussions for similar, if not the same, actions that others find themselves severely reprimanded for stands at the forefront of this discussion. This episode isn't solely about criticizing the disparities; it's an urgent call for reflection on the broader state of our nation—from the ongoing crises at our borders and economic turbulence to the tense interplay on the global stage with countries like Ukraine, Israel, and Iran. Join us as we navigate these turbulent waters, pondering the future under a commander-in-chief who, as per a special counsel, raises questions about cognitive fortitude.

Speaker 1:

What you just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. You don't know what that is, mr Trash. I'd show you. But I'm too old, I'm too tired, I'm too fucking blind. If I were a man I was five years ago I'd take a flamethrower to this place.

Speaker 2:

Do you understand the words that are coming out of my mouth?

Speaker 1:

You want answers. I think I'm entitled to it. You want answers. I want the truth.

Speaker 2:

You can't handle the truth. We've said it once, we've said it twice, we've said it a million times Truth shall always be true. This tip this. Get off my lawn the mad ramblings of a gen Xer. Oh, we had to jump on the mic because it's justice for all as long as you're a Democrat and as long as your name is Biden, clinton or, of course, obama.

Speaker 2:

So the special counsel has just come out in reference to the Biden and classified documents case, and the special counsel found, or found out, that Biden willfully kept classified documents but call him an elderly man with good intentions and poor memory. This is this, is this Robert, her guy. And they concluded that no criminal charges are warranted in this matter. We have reached the same conclusion, even if the department of justice policy did not foreclose criminal charges against the sitting president. The special counsel also pointed out that Biden makes a sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with poor memory. Well, thank God that he's our president. We've also considered that, at trial, mr Biden would present himself to a jury, as he did, as as he did on our interview with him a sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with poor memory. Based on our direct interactions and observations with him, he is someone whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt it would be difficult to convict a jury or convince a jury that they should convict him than a former sitting president, well into his 80s, of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willingness. So you just basically said our president is not mentally capable. We've known this for a while now, but the special counsel has just come out and says a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness. So when he took these documents some of these documents go back to when he was a senator and there's actually an interview with him showing the documents after he came out of the skiff how he was arrested, how he wasn't arrested right then and there I'll have no idea.

Speaker 2:

But the investigation also uncovered evidence that Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency, when he was a private citizen. All this would be bad for somebody else, but he's an old man. The materials included those that are marked classified documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan and notebooks containing Biden's handwritten entries and issues of national security and foreign policy. We're also divulging sensitive intelligence, information and sources and methods. You or me, we're in jail, we're in handcuffs and we're being led away. But our president is a senile old man who's feeble and that doesn't have the mental willingness to stay at trial for this, but he can have his finger on the nuclear button. Her also said FBI agents recover the materials from the garage, the offices and basement, den and Biden's Mr Deli and Delaware home, and I love it though. But her said the evidence even though we have him on videotape taking the documents out of the center and what are the way would they get to his house. But her says the evidence does not establish Biden's guilt beyond reasonable terms. So, basically, if you shoot somebody and they find the gun in your house and their fingerprints are on the gun, but you're in your 80s and you're well-meaning, well-mannered and well-intentioned and a little bit forgetful, you just get off scot-free. I'm starting to see how this works now.

Speaker 2:

Prosecution of Biden is also unwarranted based on the consideration of aggregating and migrating circumstances such set forth in the Department of Justice principle of federal prosecution. For these reasons, we decline to prosecute Mr Biden. If you never thought the system was rigged, if you ever thought the system was fixed, if you ever thought it was slanted to the favor of one party, this is just proof. This is just proof positive. This is ridiculous. This is literally ridiculous. They also found documents inside his Washington DC office at the Penn-Biden Center which were only disclosed to them in January of 2023. A second stash classified documents were found inside the garage of the President's home in Willington in December, but revealed to the public early this month. Oh my God, this is just crazy. And I love Biden's defense was by the way, my Corbett is locked in the garage. It's not like they're sitting out on the street Now. The Department of Justice actually knew where the documents were in Mar-a-Lago, and they told Trump to put another lock on the door that the documents were stored in, and he did. But they still raided Mar-a-Lago.

Speaker 2:

And I love it because in a statement after Special Counsel released the report, biden says he was pleased to see he reached a conclusion I believe the whole line would be reached there that there would be no charges brought into this case, and now the matter is closed. Oh, my goodness gracious, I just love the fact that this is beyond a double standard. Seriously, this is beyond a double standard. Trump, who had to plead not guilty, the 37 felony charges out of the Smith probe and charges that include willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct, obstruct justice and false statements. If you wanted to push Trump over the finish line to win President, I don't care who you run now, because now it just looks like this is just going to go bad.

Speaker 2:

Biden's aides also told Axios earlier this week that they were fearful that former President Donald Trump campaign could use the photos against the Democratic incumbent ahead of their likely 2024 rematch. First thing I would do is I would run these photos and I would sit there and I would use the statement that Biden willfully retained and disclose classified materials. But he's okay because he's old and he's feeble and he's got a poor memory because he's a sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with poor memory. Really, is this really what we have come to now? And I'm looking at these photos. They're not like stored properly. They're not stored in a way, and I'm wondering what these documents should be. And I love it, because they had to take the Trump documents out of the boxes and lay them all out. I'm looking at these photos and I'm like what the fuck is going on here? But that's okay.

Speaker 2:

He gets off Scott free, but Trump gets charged with 37 felonies. And I love it again, though, because people have questioned his mental fitness to be in office Bina, that is and the special press to get this. The special prosecutor basically says he's an old, feeble man who forgets things. Oh, my goodness, are we really? I mean, is this is beyond the two tiers justice system? This really is you use the phrase willing, willing, will it? Fully retained and disclosed Information that he had taken going back to be in the center.

Speaker 2:

I still remember the video of him coming out of the skiff holding the, the document in his hand, basically waving it to the press. That that was a crime right then. And there, this, this, you, trump, has been extolling the virtues of election interference. If this is not the biggest election interference that we have ever Seen, I don't, I don't, I don't know what is I. I've never seen this in the in in in my life that you, you have two to truly separate tiers of justice For Democrats and Republicans, for for liberals and and and conservatives. It's just amazing to me that this goes on. I'm looking at these photos and it's like it's unbelievable and I love it. I love it then I love it. Well into his head. He's on a serious felony. That requires a mental state of willfulness, he willfully did it he literally, literally willfully did it, but we're just gonna let him get off.

Speaker 2:

If you want to push Trump over into the election, this is, that's fine, because you just kind of did it, but you can never tell me that there is a fairness, that there there is. There is a level of, of. There is a level, there's a level playing field between Democrats and Republicans, because there's not. The world willfully disclose classified information right, there should be a crime. I Mean you. You weep sometimes Because of the fact that everything that goes on in this country and all the things you see going on at the border, everything you see what I'm going on with deflation and everything you see going on and in, you know, ukraine, and everything going on in Israel and everything that we just now have going on against Iran, and you just have to worry for our future when you have a feeble-minded gentleman who just a special counsel just came out and classified that as him is Running everything. We're gonna have some more shows coming up, so make sure you stay tuned and, as always, this Tim's Intelligence get off my lawn, am I.
