NO KINGS… But a Ton of Morons! | The Left’s Meltdown
The cultural divide in America has never been more apparent than in the recent wave of "No Kings Day" protests. This raw, unfiltered commentary dives into the contradictions and hypocrisies permeating today's political discourse, particularly surrounding immigration enforcement and opposition to the Trump administration.
What drives thousands of predominantly older, white Americans to take to the streets in emotional protests against policies they struggle to define? We explore the fascinating disconnect between the intensity of political outrage and the substance behind it. When protesters scream "fascist" but can't explain what fascism means, what does this reveal about our political moment?
Perhaps most revealing is the accidental honesty from one LA protester lamenting that her "gardener didn't show up, my housekeeper didn't show up" due to ICE raids – inadvertently exposing how concerns about convenient access to affordable labor often underpin supposedly humanitarian positions on immigration. This hypocrisy extends to city leaders in places like Los Angeles and Chicago who actively obstruct federal immigration enforcement while claiming moral superiority.
The emotional toll of our polarized politics becomes evident through interactions with elderly protesters expressing profound fear and anxiety about political circumstances. Meanwhile, the actual communities often invoked in these debates – like legal immigrants, 80% of whom support immigration enforcement – find their voices drowned out by the performative outrage of self-appointed advocates.
Ready for an unvarnished take on today's protest culture? This episode cuts through the noise to expose the contradictions shaping American political discourse. Whether you agree or disagree, you'll come away with a clearer understanding of the emotional forces driving our deepening cultural divide.
What you just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to. It is now dumber for having listened to it. You don't know what that ought to is, mr Trash. I'd show you, but I'm too old, I'm too tired, I'm too fucking blind. If I were the man I was five years ago, I'd make a flamethrower to this place.
Speaker 2:Do you understand the words that are coming out of?
Speaker 1:my mouth. You want answers. I think I'm entitled. You want answers.
Speaker 3:I want the truth. You can't handle the truth.
Speaker 4:We've said it once we've said it before, we've said it a million times the truth is always in the free. This is Tim, this is got off my Bob. The mad ramblings of a Gen Xer. Oh, we want to talk about no King's Day. Oh, the liberal left.
Speaker 4:What has gone wrong with them? You see what's going on in these cities. You see and here's the thing that gets me about these protests and I watched a lot of video on the protest you see a lot of it on television and I find one thing extremely interesting about all of it why does it all seem to be older people? Seriously, if you take a look at the crowd there and I'm like I don't want to get into race, but it's old white people and they're all screaming the same thing Fascist, you're a fascist.
Speaker 4:Fascism. Okay, you asked them to define it Fascism, they can't. But that's their, that's their key rallying cry and that is we hate Trump. Okay, there's nothing wrong with disliking the president. If you feel like he's not doing a good job, there's no issue with that. I have no problem with this. But what I have a problem is when you basically have no clue what you're protesting against and why you hate the man so much that you have to go out of your way to act stupid and and these, these may be some intelligent people.
Speaker 5:Here's a good example of an la woman slamming ice so I'm in my beautiful city, la, and I have friends texting me, shocking older white woman, like all morning. My gardener didn't show up, my housekeeper didn't show up. Um, oh, my farmer's market was closed.
Speaker 4:Everyone's scared okay, everyone should be scared, because if you're here illegally and yes, coming into the country and not going and claiming asylum and not doing it through a port of entry is a crime, but, but? But she's concerned that her housekeeper didn't show up, the gardener didn't show up and, oh my god, the farmer's market was closed because everyone is scared about getting deported because they're not here legally. So is this? Is this more of a cause that they're just not getting their cheap labor than the fact that these people are breaking the law?
Speaker 5:Well, this is not going to just happen in LA and you one percenters that only voted for Trump because of money, guess what You're going to have to do your own dishes or that's OK, I do my own dishes now, and you know it's funny, I have something called Wait for it a dishwasher.
Speaker 3:Boy, that escalated quickly. I mean, that really got out of hand fast.
Speaker 4:Let's continue to listen to this moron.
Speaker 5:Clean your own house or mow your own lawn and owe that oh.
Speaker 4:I own a lawnmower and I own a vacuum. Just throwing that out there.
Speaker 5:Wonderful produce the organic produce you get for your brunches all gone. Yeah, you're going to actually have to do some work around your house.
Speaker 4:These people are important. They're important for you because they're a cheap labor, and I love it, though, because she is bashing the one percenters. And I love it, though, because she is bashing the one percenters, but she says that her own in her, in her own message. All my friends are calling me and telling me my housekeeper didn't show up, my gardener did show up and I can't go to the farmer market. Farmer's market Okay, that's how silly these protests are, and I love it, though, cause there was one.
Speaker 4:I'm going to tell you this right now. There is one thing that did come out of these protests that that that was good, and I thought about it all day, and they are a hundred percent right. I woke up this morning and there was no King. Hey, oh, they literally have nothing better to do, and I don't want to break the news to a lot of these people, and I'm going to whisper it, cause I don't want everyone to hear. You got another three and a half years of this, so you can hate Trump all you want, but you have fucking three and a half more years to go, and you going out and inciting violence against ice agents and flying the Mexican flag while you burn the American flag. I'm going to tell you something right now. You may never win another election again because this is not going to play well in what we like to refer to as the flyover states in middle america. And I love it again because you have a maga guy going out and trying to interview actually, this was a woman, she's trying to interview a white liberal protester and I get, like I said all, just take a look at the you.
Speaker 4:You can bash the parade that trump had for the 250 anniversary 250 years birthday of the US military. I should rephrase that the army. It wasn't a party for him, it was to celebrate the 250th birthday of the United States Army. And I love the people. Like, look at them, they're not marching in unison, okay. Also, the majority of the people in the parade were reservists, which means, unlike these protesters, they have jobs. So so, yeah, so maybe the marching wasn't as crisp and I love it how they take little I mean liberals, all. I take these little snippets of like them flying drones and go look how embarrassing this is. Did you miss when all the tanks rolled in and all those other things that you miss? All the Abrams and even going back to the Shermans Did you miss all that?
Speaker 4:No, yeah, of course you did, because it doesn't fit your narrative what's. But let's listen to this other woman, who is pretty well brainwashed, and I like the fact that she refers to Trump, and people that you know support Trump as a cult.
Speaker 5:The problem that we're having now is, even if Donald Trump is not in office, is that the 38% of Republicans that would still support him is a cult.
Speaker 4:This is a brainwashed cult that we are, says the woman standing in the rain having no clue what she's talking about, telling us that it's a cult. It's a cult to personality. And you know what's funny you have? We have the. We have another woman that that's telling us that Trump supporters are cult. So I, I love these people because you look at them and you're like luckily you're a professional protester because there's you're too. You're too fucking stupid to have a job.
Speaker 3:I miss the days when people who joined cults dropped out of society. You want to go drink raw milk? You want to worship a billionaire Great? Go do it away from me. I am so tired of their insanity being and I love it.
Speaker 4:She's wearing a band, the fascist shirts, but if you ask her what a fascist is, she's just going to tell you how much she hates trump her problem.
Speaker 3:You want to be disconnected from reality and you want to talk to us about it.
Speaker 4:No, if you're going to be, says the person that doesn't want to be telling us that Republicans and conservatives are disconnected from reality. Oh, I can play these clips all day long, guys.
Speaker 3:This disconnected with reality. I don't want to chat. I don't want to have beef with Canada. I want clean national parks and proper safeguarding of nukes. Go drink Kool-Aid in a jungle together and leave the rest of us alone.
Speaker 4:You know what? You could easily, honey, honey, go away and fuck off, because you're a moron, just like the liberal leaders. And we, we, we are stoking the fires of discontent. You know, against ice because we have liberal leaders such as Mayor Bass. I love Mayor Bass, mayor Bass's city's on fire, everything's okay. But you know what?
Speaker 2:It's Donald Trump's fault, but the real solution of all of this is for the administration to stop the raids.
Speaker 4:So we should just stop enforcing the laws? Oh, because then the rest of the country would be like California.
Speaker 2:That these raids might take place for the next 30 days. We don't know how many are going to take place in a given day and you just think about the disruption to families and the disruption to our local economy.
Speaker 4:But the real solution of I don't have the energy for you today. I just don't. I mean, I literally don't, because then you also have the wonderful mayor in Chicago. You know what's his name, brandon Johnson. His city is burning half the time. Unemployment is skyrocketing. You actually have people that are against illegal immigration, and I love it, because ICE agents are only seeing a 413% increase of violence against their agents in the cities of Chicago and California. But these are this is the patient liberals. These, these are the liberals that understand you. You have a majority of people that migrated here legally. I think it's like 80 something percent, which is who are against illegal immigration.
Speaker 3:Yeah, Let me just first acknowledge the level of anxiety and fear and trepidation that this administration has has caused. You've never seen a society.
Speaker 4:You know you wouldn't be fearful and there wouldn't be trepidation if you I don't know weren't here illegally, that you crossed the border illegally. And let's be honest, the money that they're the money the majority of these illegal immigrants make they ship back overseas. So it's not like they're reinvesting in our, in our economy. They're building homes in Mexico and Guatemala and El Salvador and other places and sending money back to there to help spurn their economy.
Speaker 3:Prove or expand under this type of fear and we're going to continue to resist and we're going to do it in many different ways, whether it's taking to the streets or to the courts.
Speaker 4:So you're going to resist by taking to the streets and attacking ICE agents? Yes, that's, and I love it. They call Trump a fascist, but they're developing and building squads to go up and go after people they disagree with politically and attack them violently. You don't see the ice agents attacking their, their, their suspects, that they're rounding up, and they are rounding up because they are. They are suspects in crimes and the majority of the people that are being deported are criminals, so we should keep them in society.
Speaker 3:Or policy. One of the things that I am very proud of is that we are a welcoming city, which means our local law enforcement yeah, but Elliot, you're not welcoming ICE, do not dub or behave as federal ICE agents and so our local law enforcement. As we continue to rebuild and expand trust amongst all of our residents, it's important that we hold that line.
Speaker 4:All these people are fucking lunatics. They are liberal lunatics who have lost their damn mind. That's it, and I love it. Here's another mentally unstable white woman screaming about immigration.
Speaker 5:Here's another mentally unstable white woman screaming about immigration. Well, Obama, Obama had the same policy.
Speaker 4:I don't give a damn about Obama. We're not talking about Obama. These people all need to take some value. I thought weed was legal in California, isn't it? Maybe these, maybe they should all. Or, if not, why don't you go out and get some of those medicinal marijuana cards? Because you, you, you guys need to fucking relax, and I love Donald Trump.
Speaker 4:Eight hours ago, of course, stoking the fires going. A huge Thank you to all the no Kings process. I was very concerned, is going. A huge thank you to all the no kings protesters. Yesterday I was very concerned the king was trying to take my place, but thanks to your tireless efforts, I'm still your president. Great job all you. Just, you just want to. You just want to cry because these people are so moronic and they're so self-righteous and they're so I don't, I don't, I don't know what else to refer to them as they, they, they. They just have this, this sense of entitlement that they have to fix everything. And and I love it here. Here we go. Here was a great clip from from Fox news, because some of these people I really do think are mentally ill.
Speaker 4:I just, I just just again, older white woman very interesting and I love it because we were getting to that a minute ago. The crowd look at the diversity in the crowd and for these, for these no kings rallies, are all older white people. You looked at the crowd at the at the parade for the birthday of the U S military issues refers to the U S army 250 years. You look at the difference in the crowd there was it was the colors of the rainbow in the crowd for that, for that parade. But here it's all older white women and men and they're violent. Listen, if you're 60, 70 years old and you're trying to get violent with a 20, 30 year old who's trying to talk to you about what's going on, I don't think it's going to end well for you.
Speaker 2:I'm just so scared. I'm 74 years old, I worry about everything and I, just, I, just, I just am so scared and upset and I don't, and I don't understand why people didn't vote for this.
Speaker 4:There is a mental illness issue in this country, 100%. There is a mental illness issue that we just keep neglecting and we just keep overlooking because of the fact that, you know, we, we, we want to. We spent four years trying to make everyone feel special. You don't worry, you can be in your safe space. You're special. You know what? Not everyone in this country and everybody in this world is special. I'm sorry, that's all I'm going to say. I'm sorry. You're, you're, you're not special, I'm not special. There are special people in this world, but the majority of us aren't. So you're sitting there trying to be special. You're trying to be different. You're trying. You're trying to have this. You're trying to.
Speaker 2:Oh, my God, it's just like I just, I just, I just, I just don't get it.
Speaker 4:Well, maybe it's because you're a moron, plain and simple, and you're on the wrong side of every issue. And I love the people like well, millions of people showed up across the country, all the people. If you count them all, that was 2% of the, that's 2% of the entire country. Oh, the Republicans are in trouble. I don't know man, I don't get it. I wish I wish these people Well. I don't know man, I don't get it. I, I wish I wish these people Well. I really do. And and I wish that they figure out on their own what's what's going on, because they just, they just don't get it. They want to, they want to protest, but they're not sure what they're protesting against. You are protesting people upholding the actual laws in this country. That's what you're protesting, that's it. That's what you're protesting, because you think that that's what you need to do. You're not protecting the men and the women, and I love it, because they bash the military, they bash the police, but these are the same people that are going to come around and have to bail your ass out. And I love it when you go to AI and you go to AI and you type in what is a fascist? And do you think AI has a liberal bias?
Speaker 4:Fascism is a far-right, authoritarian, authoritarian, authoritarian. I can't talk, but I love that the first sentence is a far-right. So you're only a fascist. If you're a far-right, that's all you are. Adolf Hitler a fascist. If you're a far right, that's all you are. Adolf Hitler was a fascist. People in Spain were. Mussolini was a fascist. These are all dictators. We don't live in a society of dictators. We don't but the far right. But, like I said, ai calls it, you know, authoritarian, a political ideology, movement characterized by dictator power, but forcible suppression of opposition, and strong. I'm not even going to get into the rest, because this is what's wrong with AI to. Ai is going liberal. The whole fucking world is on fire. Israel is attacking Iran. We have, we have. We have. We have hotbed issues all over the world, but we have people that they have decided that. You know what I need to do. I need to defend the rights of people that are here illegally. Oh, this is Tim. This is Get Off my Law and the Mad Ramblings of a Gen Xer.
Speaker 4:I want to thank everyone for tuning in, as always, and I'm out of here, thank you.
