This podcast is for age group triathletes that want to be part of a conversation on being the best triathlete they can be with their time, talent, resources, and level of effort. Being age group triathletes, coaches, parents, and full-time working professionals, your hosts, Jillian Carlson, Jay Cougnet and Matt Sommer will be your guide on this adventure. Are you ready for a guest! We enjoyed talking to Royce Scrivano about his triathlon journey. As a former high school and collegiate runner, Royce began his journey the same as many of us, from the shorter distance. He has tested the middle distances but ultimately, his love is for going fast! Royce is also dedicated to the local triathlon scene where he is president of his local tri club. We hope you enjoy Royce's energy and positive attitude!
