Show up with intention. Always give your best to your guest. ā ā Focus all your attention on the person in your chair.ā ā
When servicing clients: ā ā
- Donāt answer any phone calls. ā
- Donāt let your cell phone ring. ā
- Donāt talk to other stylists. ā
- Donāt gossip or pay attention to other guests. ā
- Donāt tell clients your problems; listen to theirs. ā ā We should listen twice as much as we talk.
Physically get down on their level, so you are eye-to-eye during the consultation. This will help you focus and listen. ā ā Make a habit of conscious listening. Your guests will feel special and want to spend time with you again. ā ā Pretend that clients have a sign that says āMake Me Feel Importantā hung around them. š¤ā¤ļøā ā
