Listen to today's podcast about why the customer experience matters...🥰 It's one of the most important things to remember.

Show up with intention. Always give your best to your guest. ⁠ ⁠ Focus all your attention on the person in your chair.⁠ ⁠

When servicing clients: ⁠ ⁠

  •  Don’t answer any phone calls. ⁠
  •  Don’t let your cell phone ring. ⁠
  •  Don’t talk to other stylists. ⁠
  •  Don’t gossip or pay attention to other guests. ⁠
  •  Don’t tell clients your problems; listen to theirs. ⁠ ⁠ We should listen twice as much as we talk.

Physically get down on their level, so you are eye-to-eye during the consultation. This will help you focus and listen. ⁠ ⁠ Make a habit of conscious listening. Your guests will feel special and want to spend time with you again. ⁠ ⁠ Pretend that clients have a sign that says “Make Me Feel Important” hung around them. 🤗❤️⁠ ⁠
