Slowing Down and Finding Yourself in Friendships with Kari O'Driscoll
Show Notes

Today's guest, Kari O'Driscoll, shares some potentially counterintuitive approaches to building friendship that I found so empowering and approachable. We talk about:

  • The transformational nature of solid, healthy relationships
  • How relationships help us to meet our psychological needs
  • Why going slow in friendships matters
  • How to repair and grow in friendships
  • Lowering expectations in friendships
  • Vulnerability and co-creating as an approach to building friendships
  • Finding your own comfort zone in friendships to be your authentic self
