Goals, Grit, and Some Woo Woo Sh*t

Grit or Quit: When It’s Better to Drop Your Goals

Oonagh Duncan Episode 72

As the year wraps up, those shiny January goals? Probably collecting dust.

Now’s the perfect time to declutter, revisit, and decide what’s really worth keeping.

Goals aren’t just about doing—they’re about becoming.

And feeling good? That’s the whole point.

Turtles tiptoe, avoiding stress. Tigers? Full speed, no pain, no gain.

But here’s the thing: stress isn’t the enemy—it’s how you manage it.

Good Grit feels like that post-workout high or crushing a tough project for a big win.

Bad Grit? Burnout. It’s working injured or grinding with no payoff in sight.

Bullying yourself into goals? That’s not grit—it’s just draining.

So, take stock. Keep what excites you. Let go of what doesn’t.

Good grit fuels you. Bad grit? Leave it behind.

Step into the new year becoming the best you—feeling good every step of the way.

What’s Inside:
