On today's episode, we have a comedian who's been in the Hawaii comedy scene for awhile now. He's the first Samoan to do stand-up comedy on American television on FNX's First Nations Comedy Experience. He's performed all over the United States, and has opened for comedians such as Dave Chapelle, Wanda Sykes, Bert Kreischer, Jimmy O Yang, and much more. He's also an actor acting in Decker, Deck of Cards, Legacy, and other projects. He recently did his first sold-out show at the Blue Note in Waikiki. We got to pick James' brain about comedy and what it means to be a stand-up comedian in today's age.
