Good deal. Who we have? We have Fernando and Eduardo, and y'all are from Mexico. Yes, correct. Y'all have a uh print shop down there? Yes. Y'all owners? Yep. Well, fantastic. Yeah, yeah. Crazy. You know, I was in the print business for 51 years, and then I had my shop and I sold it 2016. Okay. And so then I worked for them until last year, and it's it's hard to sell a business.

SPEAKER_01

Yes.

SPEAKER_02

And somebody else is making the decisions that you've been making for a number of years, you know. It's uh it's tough. So tell me about your experience at DSCOP. Have you been here before?

SPEAKER_00

Yes, it's not the first time. Actually, we are very involved in the digital printing. Excellent. We are fully digital. So totally. Yes. No analog. No. Wow. So our uh business is more for flexible packaging. We work with HP since eight years. Wow, that's excellent. So we have uh 200k, uh 25k, 20k, and uh 6800. Fantastic. To get more knowledge, yeah, yeah, see where the new technologies and all the developments that they are doing. So that's why we are here.

SPEAKER_02

Excellent. Well, it's real good. Excellent answer. That was good. Well, how many employees do you have? Uh right now we are almost 17? 70, okay. That's pretty. Well, you know, I've always said, you know, you got you got one employee, you have one problem. You got five employees, you got ten problems. You know, they just back up. I'll never forget when I came to that point. Well, I had to have someone to handle people. Yes. You know, to be able to take care of all that, you know, and manage the business because you don't want the business running you.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah, yeah, great. At the first uh at the first year, uh, we were 10 people. Yeah. And in eight years we are almost 70, so it's growing very fast. And yeah, you have to to get your own managers to to control everything.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

But yeah, we are the ones to make uh all this happen, and every time we are giving them more uh tools for increasing more business and develop more things too.

SPEAKER_02

I'll tell you right now, your employees is gonna make the business.

SPEAKER_00

Right.

SPEAKER_02

100%. Correct. And I I had 140 employees. Okay. And I was an employee too. I would go back to the shop every day. I toured the shop in the morning, asking how they were doing, asking about the kids, you know, because most of my know the kids are husbands and everything else. Last thing I did in the evening, I walked back to the shop, check on them, and see if they had any issues, if they need help or anything, and get all that feedback from them, and then you knew how to go. I because I've seen so many managers, you know, they have theories or owners, they have theory of how things work. Well, if they would go back, mind right, if they would go back and talk to the ladies in the handworking department, and they'll tell you how it needs to be done. Every time. You know, it it it never failed, you know. So it's good. So are y'all the sales reps too? Yes. Yeah. Yes, uh what again? Uh salesman. Are you y'all the y'all the salespeople or do you have salespeople?

SPEAKER_01

It's an operation, uh, I'm more or less in six. Oh, okay. How many salespeople do you have? Uh right now from our company, three persons. Three persons, okay. Yeah, and we have external signals.

SPEAKER_02

Okay, fantastic. Yeah. So y'all mainly call on companies that need packaging then. Exactly.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, Mexico's growing very fast.

SPEAKER_02

Well, I saw that on the economy. Oh, he was good. I mean, he was real good. You know, I definitely wanted to see that, and I'm glad I saw it, but it's interesting because Mexico is, which is good, you know.

SPEAKER_00

Yep, yeah, the marketing there is changing, so uh a lot of small producers they are getting to the flexible.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So that's why we are with the age with technology, we are taking all these customers, small, medium, and and large supposed.

SPEAKER_02

Then whereabouts in Mexico? In Mexico City. Oh, you're in the big city, this.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. We are sitting with an office in the uh I Guadalajara.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Uh it's like uh covering all the medium uh Mexico and uh to the north. And yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Well, that's uh that's fantastic. Well, that's good. Well, I sure appreciate you coming by and talking to me a little bit and thank you and enjoying your time there at uh D Skip. And if you need anything, you know, or or just stop by. I've been I've been around a while with D Skip. I'm uh just so you know, I am I am one of the original founders of Lee Skip. Nice. Thank you.
