Jay O’Malley has 15 years of military experience having served in Iraq, Afghanistan and Somalia, was at one stage involved in the training of over 300 medics, and was the leader of an expedition to Mount Everest that set 2 Guinness World Records while raising >£500k.

He’s now an experienced CEO and Operations Director, with a proven track record of delivering business critical change programmes.

In this episode we discuss his journey to the military, some of the experiences and lessons he gained there, and his expedition to Mount Everest that lead him to the brink of death.
