I'm your host, Jen Stoney. Now let's begin unlocking your unapologetic woman within. Hello, unapologetic women. I am so excited that you are here. Um, one of the women that I used to be in a mastermind with uh several years ago, she reached out to me. She's like, I have a great guest for your podcast. And I was like, send me over her info. I want to check her out. And when she did, I was like, oh my gosh, this woman is fire. She is incredible. Once we dive into this, you're gonna see why. And there, you're gonna want to take notes. You're gonna probably listen to this again. Like, it's just gonna be beautiful. So before I forget how to pronounce her first name, Belgit, did I say it right? Belgit. Okay. Belgit. Okay. Belgit is a certified sexologist, authentic Tantra practitioner, akashic records consultant and teacher, intuitive mentor, DJ, and producer. Belgit takes her clients on a journey to rediscover their purpose, gifts, and talents by connecting them back to their sexual power so they can express their true potential. By looking at patterns that no longer serve them, she works with them to unlock their deepest desire to create prosperity, peace, and embodiment. Committed to raising the vibration of humanity, Belgit has worked with thousands of people worldwide to uplevel their lives by uncovering the truths of who they are to the core, creating profound results in their businesses and relationships. She believes everything in this world is energy and getting to the root of desire by connecting people back to their sexual power causes a powerful ripple effect that spans all areas of life. Welcome to the show, Belgit. Thank you so much for having me. Thank you so much for coming on. Like I have chills. I'm so excited because everything here is what I talk about, teach my clients, walk them through, mentor. And this is so beautiful. So I'm really excited to dive in. And before we really dive in, I want people to really get to know you. So I would love to start with your origin story. So how did you come to doing this work? And who were you before connecting with your sexual power?
SPEAKER_01Ooh, great question. Um, so before I connected with my sexual power, I was in the architectural field. I was an architectural technologist in this in the industry for seven years. And this was back in like the early 2000s. Um, so between 2003 and 2009, I was just in that industry. Um around 2005, I was on this uh pretty heavy journey with anxiety, depression, and I was diagnosed with a panic disorder. And I wasn't too sure if I wanted to, you know, pretty much stay on the planet or leave. And I had this moment where I wrote a letter to the universe and was like, Do you want me to leave or go? Because these panic attacks are just it was painful. And the next day, it was like the first time I actually auditorily heard my intuition. It was like by me writing something down and asking for something, I chose to surrender. And with that surrendering, it was like the information just started to naturally come through. I didn't realize I was actually connecting with my intuition. And um I heard look up energy medicine and I was like, what's energy medicine? And back then, Google didn't exist. I think it was just like Yahoo. So I searched on Yahoo and I found a homeopathic doctor, and I was also working with a naturopathic doctor to uh wee me off the antidepressants because I knew I was masking something that, you know, that wasn't really lifting this deep depression and this disconnect from my body and my purpose. And even though I was, you know, in on the outside, it looked like I was living the sex and the city life, but on the inside, I just felt very disconnected. So, long story short, when I started taking classical homeopathic remedies, I came out of this dark tunnel. Um, and that's when I met uh my former mentor who then introduced me to the cashic records. And then after learning that, becoming a certified consultant, moved across Canada, and started uh mentoring others as well and hired her for coaching. Like I was like, well, how do you turn this into a coaching business? So I did that, and then I started getting people coming to me with a lot of stuff of wanting to know what their purpose is, but yet there was a lot of stuff around their sexual energy, whether it was sexual violation, um, macro minor like sexual trauma, which all have huge impact on how we show up in the world. And I noticed how disconnected a person would feel in their body. And then I realized how that mirrored my past. And I didn't really go through um uh sexual abuse, but I've been sexually violated in the past. Um, you know, when I was a kid by someone, and and then it started to, I just started to see the patterns in relationships and um how it show up at work. And so after that, me clearing that, I was like, oh, there's there's this connection with sexual energy and the belief systems that we hold within ourselves. And because of that, if we have some sort of trauma response, you know, which is freeze or fawn or fight or flight, we'll show up that way with our gifts, with our purpose. And then we end up in that way misdirecting our purpose and also misdirecting our sexual energy. So that's how I was able to put two and two together. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00There's so much, we have so many similarities. And I absolutely love it. Yeah, because you know, I got into this work from sobriety, from getting sober from drugs and alcohol. So I've been sober from drugs and alcohol over 15 years, and I never saw like I didn't connect the sexuality until four years in. Like I didn't even see that like it was even connected, and I was achieve, achieve, achieve. You know, I love how you said the sex in the city lifestyle because it's really like what it looked like. And I also like to say a dressed-up trash can, right? Like I looked really good on the outside, everything looked perfect, and I was like dead on the inside. Like, and you know how much energy it takes to like fake being like together when you're like falling apart on the inside. So I love the sex in the city one a little better, but um yeah, and it's so beautiful when people can see because and I think this will be a really great turn into the next question. And that's this this one I love and have seen to be true with like countless of my current and past clients. And I would love to hear your take on the fact that when you heal and connect to your sexual energy, because what I love too is that you chose to lean into it instead of like retract, push away, avoid, because we know when we take our attention away from something, it's gonna dwindle and die. And I truly feel that's what so many women do. And so, how you become more discerning with your boundaries and deeply connected to your intuition naturally. So I do a lot of work with women with codependency, boundary setting. And so how, and then intertwining with the sexuality, which I feel like you and I connect with a lot, but how does connecting with your sexuality release layers of codependency to you?
SPEAKER_01Oh yeah. I so whoa, there's so many layers to this. So with codependency, like to me, they act as like a coping mechanism, right? We have these codependent behaviors because they're like a security blanket, and we need to have that until we have the readiness and the willingness to let that go, to see what's on the other side, we'll stay codependent. And it's just a security blanket. That's one thing to know, and to first of all, have compassion, to not shame ourselves for it, to feel guilty about it. And working gently, like with other people that I work with, we actually work with sexual energy on an intuitive level, but also directly. So I get them to do like a yoni massage where they literally start to de-armor any sensitivity around their genitals, including uh pain, irritation, especially numbness. And that's, you know, once they really start to connect back to their genitals, they start to come back into their body where they are less likely to feel codependent on certain things because they don't need, let's just say, the alcohol anymore, or they don't need the the sugar anymore. Um, they don't need that person, that friend that they there was such a needy energy with, right?
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01So the dynamic and how you show up is a whole lot different. So I always work with the energetic first until the person's ready to connect with their genitals physically. And I apply a somatic approach as well, and it's trauma-informed, so that they are able to really connect the dots of like, okay, how do I de-armor my genitals and how does that relate to how I show up? Um, so those are the layers, like literally the layers of how I work with someone.
SPEAKER_00I absolutely love that because I truly feel that I mean, we're energy to the core, right? 99.199% energy. Like it's something insane, right? And we're 0.0001% physical matter. Like it's so wild. But so when we actually remind ourselves of that and we look at it and we're like, oh, so when we shut down that area down there, right? Which means like we could shut it down and exploit ourselves to control and manipulate men, which I have totally done. And then we can also shut it down and do it to hide, retract, and then food comes on, and all these other things come on, and food can come on when you're exploiting too. But I've been in both, especially birthing two children naturally and going through postpartum depression. And so it's very interesting because when you start this journey, you're like, okay, I fixed it. And then you realize you're on the human journey, and there is going to be other levels of expansion and new opportunities of sexual power, sexual growth, sexual awareness, sexual awakening that we can tap into that we were just like scratching the surface. Yeah. And then like new levels pop up and new things come. And like we might like, I always tell people, and I'd love to hear what you think. But when I'm like, come on, like if we kept eating the same food as we did when we were kids, how boring would our life be? Right. And so it's just like when we tap into our sexuality, we realize that it's like we can like some things one day and then like not want it the other, or maybe like it at the beginning of a not like, and it's we give ourselves that freedom and that ability to be unapologetic, which I truly believe gives us the ability to be unapologetic in relationships. And it's we're not putting up with the bullshit anymore. It's kind of like, oh, I don't need to latch on, right? It's like those fists are like clenching, and we're like, okay, I need this to work. I'm gonna force it, I'm gonna go up the stream. And then we're like, but wait, I could just turn around and flow down and I can have so much fun. And you know, who's meant to be in my life will come and who's meant to not, like, we'll like, and there's this like flow, yes. That's and it's like this erotic dance almost that we have with the universe, right? It's like that's what pleasure and sexual power is, and we're shamed for it. Like, I was raised in a Catholic home, Italian Catholic home. So, like it was very, it was very like sex is for marriage and it's to make babies. Yes. Right. Yeah. How about how do you approach that with people when they come to you? Do you see that as actually wait, there's a question I have for that. I'm like going, this is actually the next one. So I'd love to hear your thoughts on how learning factors such as cultural, religious, societal, parental, transgenerational programming about sexual energy and how it impacts your ability to connect with it. So I mean, there's a big when it comes to like religious trauma and it comes to like cultural belief system, and it comes from hiding and be a lady, they say. And all these things of like, you know, I had a priest in high school tell me I was leading men to sin because my cleavage was out and it was my fault, right? Like that kind of stuff is something that like you do have to heal, acknowledge, and release.
SPEAKER_01Oh, a hundred percent. And that's like the relationship with your breasts, too, right? Um, I myself was raised in a very strict uh cultural and religious upbringing, like East Indian upbringing. Um, and same thing, like you don't have sex till you get married. And you know, back then it was like semi-arranged marriage as well. And so it was a lot because when I and what triggered the the panic disorder is like as soon as I turned 20, 21, my parents were like, all right, you're gonna go get married. And I'm like, what? You know, and and so I've experienced the the programming of like, oh, this is what a good girl does. So there was a lot of people pleasing. And I find with cultural and religious programming, and I work with a lot of people from um deep cultural and religious backgrounds where that gets so embedded, and we can have like we can carry like vows of chastity where we we vow to not um have sex before marriage. I've heard people who've had like a uh what do you call it, like a purity uh the ring, the purity ring? Yeah, where they and that is like literally ingrained in them. So moving forward as an adult, even after getting married, you know, having sex, they're always feeling guilty. So I work a lot around okay, what's the religious programming? Where does it come from? Who does it come from? If there's cultural programming, what is that? It could be related to the gender, like what it meant to be a female growing up in your culture, right? A lot of the times, and like especially with my culture, and I'm I'm sure it's probably the same, but women were treated differently than men.
unknownRight?
SPEAKER_00They they say they don't treat them differently, but I mean, yeah, different.
SPEAKER_01This is different. And then also we have parental programming, we have societal programming. Like, what did society teach us? What were we taught in school about sex? What were we taught through the entertainment industry about sex? Like, this is the thing that we've got ingrained, and we're trying to like figure ourselves out and how to show up in the world. And then on top of that, we have transgenerational programming. So we take on stuff from even our ancestors that feel so heavy. And so once we learn what that is and we're able to identify that root programming, then we're able to clear it and rewrite our story and reclaim our sexual power, like reclaim that back instead of allowing it to be repressed and like contracted.
SPEAKER_00I absolutely love that. And you know, I was connected with my sexual power at a very young age, and I felt so guilty for it. I was like, what's wrong with me? This is wrong. I should hide. This is like, why does this feel good? I'm not supposed to like, and it was very, very confusing. So the shame and guilt were compounded by myself at a very young age, and then there was that isolation factor, and then there was that like nobody sees me, nobody hears me, like I'm I'm in this alone, you know? And then there's that like wanting attention and validation and like right, it all ripples out. And so what I love that you said, and when you unpack all of this, now for our for the audience who doesn't know, which a lot of them do, but can you go into Akashic Records and give a brief explanation? Because I think that that has a lot to do with unpacking these things.
SPEAKER_01Yes, absolutely. So the Akashic Records is the record of your soul, it recover, it records every word, thought, action, and event. So it's like getting an intuitive reading. Um, how it differs from getting a psychic reading is that a psychic will tell you one trajectory, but the reality is we have many trajectories and we have free will to choose either the least joyous, shitty path or the mediocre path, or the most joyous path. So when we're working in the Akashic Records, we're literally like talking like this, but you'll just feel more energy and you'll actually feel more connected to your body and you'll feel the sensations. And we ask questions that are very much empowered, such as, I would like to create this, or I notice that this keeps showing up in my life, or you know, I'm having a hard time with my colleagues at work, and my relationship is just I keep arguing with my husband. What do I need to clear to have healthy relationships all the way around? So we look at the common denominator, and sometimes there's two different root causes or more. Um, and then we can look at the other factors that show up. And so when we work in the Akashic Records, you're working at the deepest level of your soul. And so we're really connecting to your soul to provide that wisdom. And so you're not only healing like just on a soulful level, like you're also healing mentally, you're also healing emotionally, and then also physically.
SPEAKER_00I love that so much. And it is there's so many layers to our soul's journey and our soul's path. And when we open that up and you know, past life regressions are so beautiful and really enter into all of that goodness and that power and that support and see that we are supported by such like the energetic realms that support us. Like if we truly understood and honored and celebrated, we like we would go about our intuitive knowingness with such speed and power and fun and play because we know we're not in this alone, you know, and it's it's truly beautiful. And you know, I feel called to ask you this is what would you say a woman who is procrastinating in life and her sexual power?
SPEAKER_01So when someone is when a woman is procrastinating, and procrastination can be like, you know, sending a newsletter out or sending out her offerings or uh taking ownership of her own her own gifts, right? So there's different levels of procrastination, but to me that's about showing up and visibility and getting things done. It's about like being seen in your sexual power. And so how I relate that to sexual power is that there might be some belief system about, you know, a you might believe, and I used to have this belief system of believing that my sexual energy was a threat to others because that's what I experienced when I was younger, even like even a few years ago, like it was like a deeper level of threat that would translate into jealousy and envy. So I would make myself small to avoid any sort of conflict. So it would then I would fall into the people-pleasing realm. Um, so that's like one version of sexual power could be due to past sexual violations, and especially like if you do have sexual trauma. And so for some people, they don't realize that they have sexual trauma. So any kind of past violations that they've had, there's a programming that says it's not safe for me to be seen and it's not safe to share myself, and so um, there's all these layers with a the fear of, you know, around like a couple. Competition and being a threat and being seen. So you really want to look at that and how that relates to your sexual power. And I've seen that a lot specifically with women. And based on their dynamic of how they were raised with their mom or with their siblings and their peers at school, and the byproduct is procrastination, right? So there's that, and a lot of it's to do with safety as well, because we all want to just feel safe in our body and just be allow ourselves to be seen and fully express ourselves.
SPEAKER_00Definitely. I love that. I love that. And you know, as you said, when I asked you what you love most about doing this, is I love witnessing people come into their own power from thawing out from a frozen state to an active, empowered state, creating magic in their lives. Like I just had chills when you said that. And you know, I truly believe it's when we defrost, it's when we unfreeze our rigidness and take our walls down that life is just beautiful, right? And so what would you say is the thing holding women back from doing this work? Oh yeah. I mean, there's so much, but let's speak to like the high achieving woman in corporate in corporate or even a high achieving entrepreneur, because I think we can zone down even more with that, because so many people think it's this or that. And if they ignite their sexual power, I've heard this so many times, and you maybe have too. Um, well, but Jen, if I ignite like this, the sexual power, the sacred sexuality, if I do that at like at work, like people aren't gonna take me seriously, or maybe they'll like violate me, or or they'll think that I'm like opening up an invitation to flirt, or like I won't get the promo. There's all these like things right that that start coming up. So I'd love to hear from you of what do you see most common with holding women back from this?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I see a lot of women that actually come forward and they're like, I never talk about this. And you know, business might be going well for them on the outside, but they know deep down on the inside, especially in the in their partnerships, if they are with a partner, it I've noticed it just like amplifies for them where they know that something is not being met on a sexual level. And so there's a resistance to connect with that until they keep like brushing it underneath the rug because it's such a daunting thing. But yet once they meet that, it's really not daunting. It's it's kind of like the way that I share this is that sexual energy gets treated as like the side dish versus the main dish. It's like, oh no, no, we don't need to look at that. That's just like that's just for dessert. But that's all the programming. Because if you were, you know, high-level business entrepreneur, what's the programming behind that of like being a good schoolgirl, like or you know, a good, you know, grade A student, a person, it's like that religious programming, even the cultural programming, that all ties in. So, who am I to connect with my sexual energy? What's gonna happen to my business? What's gonna happen to my relationships? Because you build such a strong identity, and it really is about identity that the women fear the most is actually losing their identity, not realizing that they're embodying their whole sexual identity and almost like afraid of their own power because they were never taught how to connect with it and know how to use it because they've been so programmed to not connect with it.
SPEAKER_00So true, so true. And it's like if I stay in this box, people will like me. If I stay in this box, I'll get promoted. If I stay in this box, people will approve of me. If I stay in this box, I can survive and I'm safe.
SPEAKER_01Exactly.
SPEAKER_00And it's like, but there's so much outside of the box, you know, and there's so much freedom and flow and exploration and destroying yes, yes, like orgasms galore. I loved it. I had a client who was like, Jen, I had like a 30-minute orgasm. I didn't know that was even I didn't know that doing this work would, and I was like, it all goes together. Like it's all, and when we can step into our power sexually, I mean, come on, like the sacral chakra, it's a sex money power zone. Like the it's like there's a reason why money and sex are together in a chakra. Like, there is a reason because your worth and what you're willing to receive, right? And a lot of women they don't negotiate as much as men do. You know, if you look at in the corporate world, a man is more apt to ask for a higher pay raise than a woman. And they get it, you know, and it all goes back to our worth, you know, we receive and attract the money that we feel worthy of. And our worth is also attracting our sexual power. It all flows. There's just like this beautiful dynamic. And so, so we kind of already touched on this, but I'd love to hear that so often I see women that like it's this or that, right? So I know I've high-achieving women listening right now who have avoided their sexuality and placed promotion and money above connection and pleasure, and are now feeling blocked, isolated, and not turned on. Can you shed light on how one's sexual energy aligns a woman to their purpose and gifts? And how they don't have to decide between the two, but how there's harmony when embracing one's sexual energy. And it's you get to have it all.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. The way that I describe, like, you know, that sexual energy, how it aligns to your purpose and your gifts is that you learn to really come into your full embodiment. And when you are really like fully embodied, you are just aligned to your truth. And the byproduct of that is being able to have healthy boundaries and you're just very clear intuitively what your direction is that just automatically aligns you to your purpose and your gifts. And so if you're a higher achiever woman, but then you're avoiding your sexual energy, then there's a deeper question to ask is you know, what's the avoidance all about? Because you might feel like you're embodied as a high quote unquote achiever woman. Right.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01But there's a lot of missing pieces, and I've noticed with a lot of women that are they're actually not in their body, and they're really operating from the head space versus the heart space and from their their sacral as well, from their whole body, even. And it's just a different energy. You'll just notice that who you align with and who you partner with, it's just way more easy and efficient as well. Um, there's less struggle. Uh, you don't feel isolated, you automatically align to those that are like community to you. So things just naturally start to align because you finally hold into that, honed into that power of your sexual energy.
SPEAKER_00It really is. It's when the intuition speaks to you. And whenever, and I'm sure this has happened to you before and your clients, and this happened to me just the other day. And it's like you can do this work for years, for decades, but sometimes your intuition will tell you something and you'll be like, but that just doesn't make sense. Because, like, and it's like you'll start human, like go into like an Excel spreadsheet type like thing where you're like, Yep, but I know you want me to do that, but like it was supposed to go this way, and I don't want to like offend this person or I don't want to like overstep. And it's like your intuition is from your heart space, it's leading you, right? But when we overcomplicate it and start like rationalizing it, it's like there are times where my intuition said to go into a certain store and I didn't understand why, but I did, and then I ran into a person and we had a beautiful conversation, and it gave me just it gave me a gift of life that I wouldn't have had that day, right? So it's just there are things that don't always make sense, but they do make sense.
SPEAKER_01Yes. And I am glad you brought that up because um I've had women that are like, okay, give me the steps, like they want the linear steps, the Excel spreadsheets.
SPEAKER_00They're like, give me the Excel spreadsheet. I'm gonna work hard.
SPEAKER_01Like, okay, step three. And I'm like, wait, no, no, no, let's just and so they're in their head or they're actually hiding behind their organ or not in their body. And so it doesn't really matter what I say, even if they were given the steps, they won't do it, or they'll try to do it, but because there's a lack of embodiment and their lack of really trusting their own intuition, those actions don't actually happen. So yeah.
SPEAKER_00Which is why I mean, not all clients are ready. And I feel that we're doing a service when we tell people no, just as much as we say yes, because there you can you can want to be ready and force it, and that can cause more damage and that can re-traumatize things. And so it's really important that, like, I mean, ethically for me to say no to somebody to be like, this isn't a good fit, because to open up this door and try to force it and make it happen, and like, because that is the masculine, wounded, toxic way that a lot of corporate people do is like, I'm gonna force it, I'm gonna make it happen. I'm gonna like really get it done. And it's like, no, but you don't have to force anything, it's already there. Like, this is a lean back and it's open up this process and surrender into the support and trust the process. This isn't uh, this isn't a checkbox, this is not gonna go in this linear way, right?
SPEAKER_01But it's gonna be actually too like it's you're armory and your genitals exactly the same process. So when women start to really understand that when they're not like making a checklist with their genitals, like all right, Yoni massage, I got this, and it's like, no, you did you speak to her? Like, did you very, very like aligned to what you're just saying of how we show up in general, so yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and I think it's beautiful. A lot of women, I'll take them through. It's like, have you looked at your general generals after a divorce? Oh, and they're like, Well, what do you mean? And I'm like, Well, you just incurred a huge transition in your life. You're reopening up romance, you're also a mom. Like, have you honored? And some of them are like, I've never looked at them. And I'm like, This is good, but we want to honor, we want to celebrate, we want to talk to her, we want to welcome her into this journey and celebrate that, like, and then listen to her, put your hand down there. Like you, you can really feel and speak to her and and spread that crystal energy light to her and just be like, We're doing this. And when you connect that like with your heart space and you have like one hand down there and one, it's just it's beautiful because she has so much to share with us. And like when you just do that in the shower every morning, like just imagine how much different the world would be if a woman like talked to her genitals every morning. Yeah, right. Oh my goodness. I'm telling you, right? Exactly. World peace, right? And so, yeah, it's it's absolutely beautiful. Um, and I do want to note we've been focusing all on women, but I do want to note that Bagie does work with men too, correct? So, like, I really want to let people know that my audience is women, but like some of you might have partners or might have friends that are looking to open this door. She does work with men as well. And so, and you know, let me look at the time here. Okay, really quick here before we go into like promoting, celebrating, letting them know like where to find you. I want to see, and I think this is a good thing for if you could answer it in a way for men and women of what happens when you misdirect your sexual energy and how that impacts your purpose and gifts. Because I feel that, you know, there's that whole alpha male, and there's the whole like there's so much things in society that men think they, and then there's also porn that is like fake and that like, you know, makes you think it should look or be a certain way. And so, like, what happens when you misdirect your sexual energy?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, there's a lot of things that can happen um when misdirecting your sexual energy. So you can find ways that are like coping mechanisms. So again, it could be alcohol, it could be food addiction, it could be porn addiction, like using porn as a coping mechanism. And that's just like a distraction to keep you from actually facing the reality that you're not stepping into your power. And and also it's you know, could be related to shame, it could be related to guilt, right? Um, another way of misdirecting sexual energy could be cheating, could be um uh having casual sex where it's just uh like a and what I mean casual sex is that you're just not allowing yourself to go super deep with someone with a partner. So it can show up as that, as misdirecting your sexual energy. It could be sexual vampirism where you're getting your sexual needs net, and it may not just be like physically sexually, it could be like it could come through as neediness, like, hey, I need you to do this for me, or you know, you're always in that victim mode versus actually taking personal responsibility of creating your shifts. So you may find yourself always in the victim mode. I always refer to like the rescuer, the pre the persecutor, and the um the rescuer, victim, persecutor triangle. Um, it's easy to really fall into that. And when you do, even as a rescuer, if you're always rescuing someone, doesn't matter what gender, nope, you are misdirecting your sexual energy because our that rescuing too, like that nurturing energy comes from our sacral. So I've also noticed with females and female relationships, like with female relationships. Um, if you know you haven't healed something with your mom, and also with met men, if they haven't healed something with their mom, they'll seek out their mom with a female friend or a partner. So that's also misdirecting sexual energy. And these are ways that also then misdirects your purpose.
SPEAKER_00Which is so true because imagine a woman who is rigid, controlling, manipulative, wants to tell you how to act, how to be, like everything, right? There's a difference between boundaries and being controlling and manipulating. And I feel that a lot of people can construe those things, right? And um, I mean, imagine a woman in her sexual power that's in the workforce leading. She's then that just like Bajit just noted on, there's that misdirected sexual energy that is no longer there. So she's in the flow. She's able to truly show up and allow employees to truly be, and then allow them to truly show up in their power. And there's this ripple effect that we have because we're no longer misdirecting and being like, okay, if I get this person to do this, or if I micromanage over here, or if I stay late and do more work, and then they'll see that I'm worth it. And then you don't get promoted, but you do all the stuff, right? And you lose your soul in the right. There's so many people who are like, I lost my soul in corporate. And it's like, well, you did everything you thought they wanted instead of doing everything you felt aligned and called to. Like, there we go. Um, but I love this. I feel like we'll have a part two sometime. But this has just been like amazing. Yes, yes. This has just been amazing. So I want to also talk about like how can people find you? What are you offering right now? What um where I know I'm gonna put in the show notes your website, and in the show notes will also be your Instagram handle so they can click on that and follow you. She has amazing stuff on Instagram, like her stuff. Like you look at it, it's one of those pages that's just beautiful, but it there's so much potency there. So, like, go there, read it, absorb it. And um, yeah, but what are you what are you promoting? What are you offering? What are you celebrating? Tell us all the things.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Um, well, I have a program called Tantra Portal that's coming up. Um, and I do it seasonally. Um, and then I also do one-on-one uh private mentorships. So it can be either male or female, and we really work with healing sexual energy so that you can really align to your purpose and gifts. And um people can also check out my DJ page, which is on my website at belgriot.com, so you can listen to uh intentional DJ sets as well to kind of get some inspiration, motivation throughout the day. Um, I find that because the way that I create the music, like the the DJ sets, I really use a lot of uh sacral power, sexual attitude. Yes. With a lot of juju. Um, so if you feel like you just need some music as inspiration, then you can check out that as well.
SPEAKER_00Awesome. Well, thank you so much. And lastly, I want to end it with one last question I asked all my guests. And that is how has being unapologetic strengthened your relationships?
SPEAKER_01Oh my goodness, it has strengthened my relationships in a way where I have been able to say no in the most authentic way and and to say yes in the most authentic way. So it's really allowed me to be authentic with myself, um, my needs, my desire. Um, and it's a learning, it's an ongoing thing. Um, so yeah.
SPEAKER_00That's beautiful, beautiful. Thanks again for joining us. I'm so excited. I feel like this is just the beginning. So um, and until next time.
