Nights out on the town are great, but when you're a busy married couple with two kids sometimes it's more relaxing to make cocktails at home and watch a movie on your favorite streaming service. David and Jessica started Date Night In as an entertaining way to review movies available on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Disney Plus while suggesting a cocktail pairing to go along with the viewing.

Totally Killer (2023)
In this episode Dave and Jess watch Totally Killer (2023) on Amazon Prime, which they pair with a second attempt at the Mezcal Old Fashioned cocktail. Is this horror comedy set in the 80's totally tubular, man? Or should it be cast in the trash like New Coke and denim jackets?
The couple discuss whether or not this killer's mask will be considered iconic, conventions of time travel movies and homages to Back to the Future, and how Lochlyn Munro will also be "that guy" from Dead Man on Campus.
The conversation also goes into comparisons between this film and The Final Girls, with Dave discussing why he thinks you should watch that film, and the couple tease their upcoming short story published by Strange Adventures.
