I have not shared any personal things about me and so I have definitely not shared any of my personal recordings with any of my colleges and if any of then find my podcast it I not bc they are good investigators, it is only bc of the simple fact that Im not hiding and so this was not a secret and definitely not hard to find; Today I was targeted as if I asked to be harassed and now I have to be in the office #2 by myself and now all my office coworkers feel offended for having consequences, and so since there was the consequence for you being a creep and now I have to be in that tiny office myself, and its obvious that you feel treated bc I spoke up about the harassment and you just expected me to not speak up, and after speaking up you were told to not be in the office bc you were not able to be a professional, you are not able to be a professional and that's why you have consequences, and so this situation has not been handled properly, and now he has 2 more grown man targeting me bc he feels insulted that I spoke up about him being inappropriate that now I have to be in the office by myself and they have to go outside to vape, but don't, they have to actually do work and instead of spreading rumors about me they have actually have productive conversations, thanks to me, that ignorant guy that says "I know she can hear me bc she only has one AirPods on" this proves that I am being targeted, bc obviously I am not missing any useful work related conversations, bc there has only been inappropriate things said on my 3rds shift with the 3rd shift coworkers, an anyone saying anything about me at work, without involving me, then they don't know me and so its not okay, for anyone to be talking for me, when I am here to answer for myself, and so my HR needs to hear my side, bc I am speaking up against harassment especially at work; and if the guys talking about me are the ones harassing me and accusing me of things being 'angry' bc I speak up for myself, and I don't think its proper for my HR to listen to anyone besides me, since there is a lot of negative rumors about me, and they are all in retaliation for speaking up, and when I am surrounded by guys that are threaten by females, and so my words are misconstrued by all this grown. man that have been threaten by me having a voice while working in that location, the only guys I am referring to is the ones that are with me in 3rd shift, so if anyone has misconstrued my words by spreading the rumor that "Im referring to the whole company", obviously Im not talking about the company, I am referring to my coworkers in the same shift that I am currently in,///so yes I know how strong women have to be to be in a position like the one I am currently in, and this is how I am handling this in real time, as well as asking the question "why doesnt my male coworker not get harass?" "The women on 1st shift do not seem to be getting any of harass that I am getting from this grown man, is this because I am not a white women?" "Also I am aware that I live in a small town, the town is so small that one of the hispanic women on 1st shift speak to a previous job I had in the past, and this all was revealed bc I was accused of my 'tone', nice ;)
