The Root Chakra is associated with our feelings of safety and security, both physical and metaphorical. This includes your basic needs such as food, water, and shelter, as well as your emotional needs. Your Root Chakra is what causes your survival instincts, also known as the fight or flight responses (without the need to be in a hostile environment bc if you are then that environment is unhealthy) so as I continue to disassociate from a toxic environment, I can better manage my own health and energy, bc you can not control anyone and if some people feel better being in an unhealthy negative energy then just change your environment and so this is what I am doing, I’m helping myself …
