Giving no fucks and taking care of yourself when you are sick and/or healing - 15MOGNF Podcast 013

Rachel is on the back end of COVID.  Since we are not in the studio together we decided to continue our Divorce Devil Podcast #113 into 15MOGNFP013.  Trying to heal from any sickness, let alone COVID, is tough when you have other entities pulling you every which way.  You can’t physically take care of others if you don’t take care of yourself.

One key component we agreed on was you have to take care of yourself.  Getting well always involves some type of selfishness.  Stay safe and well during this cold and flu season!
