How to Create a Culture of Reading in the Middle School Classroom that Will Excite Your Students

I’ll discuss the different ways I approach book talks and first chapter Fridays. Hint it goes way beyond just me reading to my students! We’ll also chat about the importance of students choosing their own books. And I’ll tell you the most controversial thing I do with my students regarding their reading and how very necessary it is!
