Nolan Wells: PROOF of Corruption in Mississippi DA Office?🤔⁉️
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
This is an incredibly major and significant development in the Nolan Xavier Wells case.
The Mississippi DA has sent a shocking letter to Nolan Wells’s estate, legal team, and family, demanding that Nolan’s cell phone be turned over within 48 hours.
Here’s why this is so significant.
On July 15, Benjamin Crump, Nolan’s family, and their legal team held a press conference after meeting with the Mississippi DA. During that press conference, Crump told the public that an agreement had been reached regarding Nolan’s cell phone. According to Crump, both sides would have access to the phone and examine it jointly.
Now, everything appears to have changed.
After receiving the DA’s August 12 correspondence demanding the phone within 48 hours, Nolan’s legal team responded on August 13 and reminded the DA that there was already an agreement in place. They stated that they had been waiting for a date and time to conduct the joint examination. According to Nolan’s legal team, the August 12 correspondence now appears to indicate that the DA no longer intends to honor that joint process.
To me, in my opinion, that represents a significant shift from the Mississippi DA.
Why has the DA apparently changed course? What happened to the original agreement? Why is Nolan’s family suddenly being given 48 hours to surrender his phone instead of both sides examining it together as previously discussed?
Is this corruption? Is this a cover-up? Or does the DA have a legitimate explanation for this sudden change?
And that’s not the only major issue raised in the August 13 letter.
Nolan’s legal team also addressed Dr. Roger Mitchell, the pathologist conducting the family’s independent second autopsy. According to the letter, Dr. Mitchell is still waiting for dates and times to examine materials remaining from the first autopsy that he needs to complete his independent examination.
So we now have serious questions surrounding two critical pieces of this investigation: Nolan Xavier Wells’s cell phone and the completion of his family’s independent autopsy.
Today, we’re breaking down both letters, what was originally agreed to, what appears to have changed, and why this latest development raises even more questions about what is happening inside the Mississippi DA’s office.
