Nurse Bullying is an epidemic in nursing that can affect nurses throughout their career- from nursing students to experienced nurses. And it doesn't just affect the individual nurse- it can affect the whole unit, organization, and the patients. In this episode I share some personal experience with nurse bullying, statistics, nurse bully archetypes, and some thoughts of how we can work on this problem that is affecting nurses every day.
If you have experience nurse bullying and want to share your story or are currently experiencing nurse bullying and need support- send me an email or DM on Instagram (found below). I would love to support you!
