Jesus never sold us a comfortable lie—He said the road to life is difficult and the gate is narrow, and He meant every word (Matthew 7:13-14). We don't get to rewrite the terms, soften the standard, or invent our own path and call it faith; the One who designed salvation already told us how few would actually find it. This is eternal, there are no do-overs, and Scripture warns that many will walk confidently through the wide gate straight into a mistake they can never undo.
