Good evening, Patriots. Welcome to the Ryan Samuel Show. We're here, we're live. It is nine PM as usual, Monday through Friday. We are here every night dedicated to give you the news as it is and as we see it. Tonight, we are gonna discuss in detail this new supposed deal uh with Iran that Donald Trump has come to. From the outside looking in, this looks good. This is exactly what we're gonna look at. This is exactly what we're gonna go through. We're gonna compare it to Obama's deal, and we're gonna go from there. Now, a lot of chatter online. Obama came out, uh, decided to make a statement. We're gonna play that statement and we're gonna review it uh typical Obama fashion. We're here. Make sure you can call in at any time uh five six one seven eight six two nine one six. You can also post your questions in the comments section below, and we'll be right back to kick it off. Okay, so what we have right now is what is called a memorandum of understanding. This is not an official deal. It kind of is. Let me explain it. All right, a memorandum of understanding is kind of like when you buy a house and you make an offer to the people who own the house, and you say, I'm gonna uh give you $300,000 for this house. And then they say, well, $290, okay, we agree on $295. All right. We've come to the agreement. Everybody agrees, and we're going to move forward with the agreement, but the paperwork has not been signed yet. That's all this is. So the the Trump administration has come to a deal. This is a memorandum of understanding. Uh, it's just a preliminary framework that says we agree on the major points. There, so that means there's no reason that we cannot come to agreement on the minor points, right? Because the minor points aren't as important to Donald Trump, they're not as important to Iran. It's the major points that we want to focus on. It's the Straits of Hormouth, the nuclear program in Iran, it's the sanctions that have been there. Everybody wants a ceasefire. Nobody wants this to continue. That is essentially what is happening. So what we have, right, is a 60-day ceasefire. Now, what this does is this halts 100% of all direct hostilities, including in Lebanon, for 60 days to allow deeper talks. Now, these deeper talks are for the minor parts of the agreement that aren't the big ones, right? The nuances we're gonna not have ever have a nuclear weapon, but we kind of want a little bit of uranium for maybe a power plant. Like the little nuance things, which I don't think Donald Trump is gonna let them have. Okay. That's the first part that's gonna happen. The Straits of Hermoose are open, toll-free, without exception or restrictions. Iran is to clear all restrictions, mines. The U.S. is gonna lift the blockade blockade. This restores the critical global oil shipping, and it's already pushing oil prices lower. We're seeing the barrels go down. We're not seeing it at the pumps, but that's coming. We're gonna cover that too. This is great news for American families. This is great news for the midterm elections, which I sat here and I told you was the major pushing point to this, which is why it was important for Donald Trump not to overreact to uh the Black Hawk helicopter situation, considering American lives were not taken. The big part is the nuclear program. Okay. Now, the framework for these new negotiations during the 60 days on is on uranium stockpiles, enrichment limits and verification. Iran has reaffirmed no nuclear weapons under the NPT, no full dismantling yet. The details are going to be worked out. That's the details, the little nuances, but Iran has agreed no nuclear weapons, right? Sanctions and relief, right? This is phased performance-based relief tied to compliance. No massive upfront cash of palence of pallets mentioned, no $300 billion, none of this stuff that has been put out there by Marjorie Taylor Green or the Democratic Party saying Donald Trump is doing exactly what Barack Obama is doing. That that part of it hasn't even been figured out yet. So all of that at this point is speculation. There's no fact to it. The fact is that a preliminary deal has been reached. There's a 60-day ceasefire to halt the battle and to do negotiations. No giant millions and Donald Trump is not giving them millions and millions of dollars. He's not going to do it. Now, the full MOU text in writing, this has all been brokered by Pakistan. Pakistan has apparently done a very good job with helping resolve this situation. That's number one. Number two, Israel was not involved in this negotiation. So that's that's a good thing, and it's also a bad thing. The good thing is that it lips it lifts the Trump administration from the constant lies and nonsense that he's uh BB's puppet and he's Benjamin Netanyahu's little baby girl and he's going to do everything Benjamin Nathu says. Benjamin Nathu was not involved in this conversation. He's pissed, right? Donald Trump doesn't care about Benjamin Netanyahu. Donald Trump cares about our allies, right? Israel and the rest of them, because they're the reason they are our allies is because they do benefit the United States. What Donald Trump does not care about is BB's feelings. He doesn't care that he was left out of the agreement. So he was left out of the negotiation. Israel had nothing to do with this negotiation. They did not have any leverage. They did not have any suggestion. They had zero say. The problem with that is Israel is not bound to this agreement because they did not have anything to do with it. The lowering energy prices and reduced military entanglement sounds like America first wins on the surface for now. But it is the main reason for this agreement is that we have shown Iran overwhelming force, right? In the Marine Corps, when I was in the Marine Corps, I was a rifleman, right? I still remember half of this stuff they drilled in my head 20 years ago. The mission of the Marine Corps rifle squad is to locate, close with, and destroy the enemy with superior firepower. Overwhelming force. So much force and so much violence of action that they will never forget about it, and they will tell stories to their children's children's children about how violent it was. That is how the United States of America conducts war. That is how the United States of America goes on the offensive, which lays the groundwork for a phenomenal defense. Okay. Barack Obama came out today. He made a statement. He immediately, Barack Obama, immediately what he is doing is trying to protect his legacy, legacy, right? Barack Obama is trying to protect his reputation. He thinks that what he did with Iran was massive, that it was huge, that it um changed the world forever for the better. He is wrong. The thing that Barack Obama did that completely screwed the world was he gave them massive amounts of pallets up front. Right? Pallets of just cash. Thousands and thousands and thousands and excuse me, billions of dollars in cash, to which they used immediately to fund their terror networks, their Hezbollah, their Hamas, all of these sleeper cells and these proxy wars that surround Israel and these terror groups for the rest of the world. I'm not speaking here as some talking head political pundit. That is a fact of what happened. I criticize Barack Obama when he did it at the time. You do not give religious fundamentalists this type of money because all they do is put it towards their cause. We learned this hard lesson in Afghanistan. The CIA, Delta Force, Marine Corps Raider Battalion, um all of these tier one, tier two special operations, uh, intelligence agencies are going around with duffel bags and duffel bags of cash and giving it to these tribal leaders. But here's the thing with these tribal leaders the money means nothing to them. They live in mountains, they're they're sheep herders. What are they gonna do with a with 10 million American dollars? You can't buy anything with that, you can't do anything with that. Money does not motivate these people. They are motivated by their God, they are motivated by their by their religious doctrine, and they are motivated by um waging holy war on the West, right? It's not everybody in Iran, it's not everybody in Afghanistan, but there is a documented and well-founded fact that the Iranian government has been infiltrated by these radical groups. Barack Obama has said it. So for all the little lefties and the Democrats in the comments that want to call me stupid, yep, I see it. Phone number is 561-786-2916. But both sides of the aisle believe and admit that these religious fundamentalist radicals have infiltrated Iran and now run their government. What Barack Obama did was he made a critical mistake by giving them billions of dollars. All they did was give it to Hamas, who built underground tunnels. Hamas also used the money that Israel gave them for food and water to feed their citizens, their poor starving citizens of Gaza, to build more tunnels and terror networks. That's how these people think and act because their only mission in life is to achieve this holy war. Is to achieve the maximum amount of damage as as possible. Right? Now, here is a um clip from Fox News, right? Here the this is posted by Democrat account because we want to go over both sides. This is an stunning admission on Fox News. Top defense correspondent just admitted that Donald Trump's deal will not end Iran nuclear um ambitions. This is terrible. There's not a president now or in the past or in the future that is going to allow Iran to have a nuclear weapon. It's not going to happen. Israel is not going to allow it to happen, and we're going to back up Israel because we have a very strong alliance with Israel. As you guys know, I don't watch these videos. I don't listen to these videos before the show, nine times out of ten, but let's hear what they have to say.

Uh so I'm reading today that in the US-Iran proposed peace deal that is supposedly going to be signed later this week. Um, this is after we've been told at least 38 to 40 times that there's going to be a peace deal, but supposedly there's one. There is an agreement that uh there will be $300 billion be given to Iran uh for reconstruction and investments for Iran. Now, I'm assuming this comes from the American taxpayer, and I want to tell you that's a bunch of bullshit. This is a war that Americans did not support. As a matter of fact, we said no more foreign wars, and that's what we voted for in 2024. Well, Trump decided to bomb Iran and go to war against Iran.

This is not a war. I mean, you could make the it's not a war to me. Boots on the ground is a war. This is, you know, uh Obama bombed ISIS, Trump bombed ISIS, Clinton bombed people, Bush bombed people. I mean, every president since the invention of the bomb has bombed foreign nations. It doesn't mean it's actually an act of war. Maybe an act of war, but is it a war? It's not a declared war. We're not actually going to war with Iran. When we went to Venezuela and we bombed Venezuela and we took out Maduro and arrested him and brought him home, was that war? Just because a military action was conducted on another country doesn't necessarily make it war. I think when you say, like I was saying, no new wars, I came out and I said, It's up there. All my my receipts are there. I came out and I said, I will not now, nor will I ever support boots on the ground in Iran. It's a bad idea, it's a bad policy, and from my experience, it's not worth the American lives for what we would actually achieve there. But this is not some new war. This isn't Trump coming out and saying, oh, the military-industrial complex says I need to I need to invade this country and take this and take that and do this, and we need a regime change. That's not what's happening. We are moving towards a more peaceful world, and there's a handful of problems. Those handfuls of problems Trump is dealing with because these other presidents have kicked it down the road because they don't want the political bat backlash of, oh, he started a war, or he put American lives at risk, or he did that, so they so they buy them off, they send them pallets of money. Or they um or they kick it down the road to the next president, or they have Israel do the attacking, or whatever. Trump doesn't care. He's got no reason to care anymore.

By the way, former DNI Tulsi Gabbard told Congress that Iran was nowhere close to having a nuclear weapon, and so did other nuclear regulatory agencies said Iran was nowhere close to having a nuclear weapon, but Trump went ahead and bombed them anyway. Well, this cost Americans approximately two billion dollars. She's just out for blood with Trump dollars a day, and depleted much of our weapons and ammunitions that we need for our country's defense. But let's add on to that. What else did it do? You know what it did? It drove the costs of gasoline that hurt the average American citizen, drove it to over $4.50 a gallon, drove diesel up close to $6 a gallon, and much higher prices if you went if you live in states like California. So not only have Americans already paid the price at the pump, also including inflation went up. We've been paying $2 billion a day for Trump's war in Iran and Israel's war in Iran, and now we're getting told that we may have to pay an additional $300 billion to rebuild what Trump and Netanyahu decided to bomb. This is a bunch of bullshit.

You know it's a bunch of bullshit, Marjorie Taylor Green? The information you have on $300 billion. It's not even being discussed. It's nowhere to be found. Like what did you make that up? Did you make that up? I mean, uh these are the the the what I like to call the the Reddit Republicans who spend all of their time in online forums and come up with insane conspiracy theories. The Marjorie Lee Taylor Greens, the Tucker Carlsons, the Candace, the Candace Owens. You know, the the people that got so bent on uncovering conspiracies, which were true. They were true. That you're now now there's we're run they're running out of things that are making them money, so they're just starting to make them up, which is losing it's losing the Republican cause credibility, it's losing the MAGA movement credibility, and it's giving ammunition to the Democrats when they act this way. The the media, the main street media, the Democrats, they're calling this Trump surrendering, and that it's worse than Obama. I mean, it's a complete lie. The deal between Obama and Trump are fundamentally different, right? Obama's deal directly fueled the aggression that led to military action in 2026. If it was not for Obama's deal, you could make a Very sound and clear argument that October 7th never would have happened, and that this military action would have never happened. Right? The upfront in billions that he gave to Iran with weak verification, Iran received $100 plus billion dollars in sanctions relief and frozen assets right away when Barack Obama made this deal. Including literal pallets of cash. The limits on their program were only temporary. It also had sunset clauses. Key restrictions on uh key, it had key restrictions on centrifuges, enrichment, and stockpiles. They expired after 10 to 15 years, basically a countdown to nuclear breakout. So he put restrictions on them. Said they were only on there for 10 to 15 years, you can start producing again. So when Benjamin Netanyahu and his intelligence agency, the Mossad, and our intelligence agencies come out and they say, listen, Iran is getting closer and closer to a nuclear weapon. The deal with Barack Obama is expiring. They are religious fundamentalists that want a holy war and they want to kill the world. They want to kill Christians and they want Islam to take over the entire world. Believe them when they tell you that. Believe Iran when it stands in the street and it chants death to America. If Iran had a nuclear weapon, they would use it. They have said it themselves. Barack Obama's deal did almost nothing on their ballistic missile program, which is the delivery system for the nuclear warheads, or Iran's funding of proxies like Hezbollah Hamas and the Houthis. That money that Barack Obama gave them fueled the regional terror chaos that Iran leased unleashed on the Middle East back in October. Trump saw this, which is why he withdrew from it in 2018, when Iran uh ramped up enrichment to near weapons grade, stockpiled hundreds of kilograms of highly enriched uranium, and accelerated its program. They have been tirelessly working on developing a nuclear weapon. Once a country has a nuclear weapon, they have an extreme amount of influence. They have an extreme amount of power. That's why it's important to make sure only certain countries get it. I don't think anybody should. I think there should be a world conversation that no countries are permitted to do to have nuclear weapons that don't already have them. And then from there start committing countries to getting rid of them. We should be working around getting rid of nuclear weapons, not increasing them. As a result of Barack Obama's deal, Iran grew bolder. They attacked shipping, funded terror, and threatened their Straits of Remoose. This escalation, combined with their nuclear advances, led the US and Israel to striking them in late February of 2026. The war and the blockade we just resolved. Make no mistake about it. Barack Obama's nonsense deal is what led to this. Will Iran eventually get money in this deal? It sounds that way, but it doesn't say $300 billion, Marjorie Taylor Green. Their relief is tied to compliance. Right? So there's no blank checks. There's no here's $100 billion. There's, okay, um, you no longer have uranium. Our inspectors have come in, we're looking at the uranium, and we have verified that you don't have any uranium in your country. Uh, here's a billion dollars. It's it's a performance-based. When you comply with this, then we're gonna give you money. The biggest win is the Straits of Firmus are open now. The seas power, the the um the ceasefire is immediate, and the the biggest things are resolved. Uh Iran has agreed not to have a nuclear weapon. So far, this is good. Iran is notorious for cheating, they're notorious for backfiring. So those are the two issues that we have, the two concerns that I have that we're gonna see possibly a problem with. Israel is pissed. They're not held to this ceasefire agreement. They can bomb, they can bomb Hezbollah, they can bomb the Houthis, they can bomb Iran, they can can they can continue this, they could do their own blockade. There's a lot of things that they can do. Trump is going to have his thumb on Benjamin Netanyahu's head and make sure he doesn't do that, but they can. And what are we gonna do about it? Literally nothing. We're not gonna do anything about it. That's one problem, right? That Israel is going to defend itself. Netanyahu came out and said, uh, we we reserve the right to defend ourselves. We don't like this deal, it doesn't go far enough. Um but like I said, Donald Trump is under a tremendous amount of pressure for these midterms. He has to get those oil prices down. He has to. If Donald Trump does not resolve the oil price crisis in the United States of America by the November midterms, his party, the Republican Party, is in a ton of trouble. He needs to get those back in the $1.95 levels at the pumps. You start seeing that. We're gonna start seeing polls sway back before the midterms. Don't believe the Barack Obama's deal is better or the same, or we're going back to doing the same. That's just unilaterally false. That's not true. It's a Democrat talking point to safe face for the disaster that they built. Now, we have a question about why is Israel not happy? I'm gonna answer that right now for you. Let me look at some other comments I might have missed. Hey Tiffany. Israel is not happy because the new is so far the deal defers serious talks on Iran's highly enriched uranium stockpiles. It defers those talks. It did not get an immediate, we're getting rid of those. It also didn't give it a it defers talk on their enrichment infrastructure. Israel wants them to dismantle it now. Not more negotiations that Iran has cheated on in the past. Also, the temporary deal has left Iran's proxies intact. This is why we saw Iran bomb Hezbollah shortly after the deal was made. They were like, yeah, Hezbollah is not going to live. We're going to destroy all of Hezbollah. And they launched an amazing bombing campaign. There's no strong enforcement against Iran's terror funding. There's a number of reasons that if you were Israel or an Israeli citizen, you would not be happy. Just before the deal was finalized, Israel launched airstrikes on Hezbollah's command center in Beirut's southern suburbs. It's their stronghold. The IDF said it was a direct response to Hezbollah launching zones and projectiles into northern Israel, targeting civilians and IDF soldiers in southern Lebanon. Right? Hezbollah is a threat to Israel. Iran's nuclear program is a threat to Israel. So Israel is not happy with this deal. You wouldn't be either if you were Israel. But this just goes to show you that Donald Trump really doesn't care about Israel. The problem is, again, the midterms are the problem. And I hope he doesn't rush to a deal and leave things in there that he shouldn't. So there's a couple of reasons that Israel striked Hezbollah. And I want to make sure I touch on these thoroughly because I have to pay for everything I say on here. Everything I say gets clipped and sent out and spun around. And oh, Ryan Samuel said this. No, I didn't, right? Despite the ceasefires, Hezbollah continued to attack Israel. They fired aerial targets and rockets at Israeli communities. Israel is operating in southern Lebanon and create to create a security buffer and neutralized threat after years of Hezbollah's aggression, which is backed by Iran. Their strike killed several Hezbollah figures and was framed as necessary self-defense. It almost derailed the US and Iran talks, which may have been an underlying reason for the attack because this deal is not benefit to Israel. It's beneficial to the United States. So this perfectly illustrates Israel's bigger issue. The deal claims a cease file on all fronts, including Lebanon, but Israel refuses to stop operations or withdraw from security zones. Defense Minister Katz and other forces say forces will remain without any limit. Potential sanctions relief could get Iran to rearm Hezbollah and other proxies faster. Israel official immediately call this a catastrophe or bad deal. So I'm gonna try I'm reading from my notes here, obviously. The Trump administration is going to give Iran relief from their sanctions. They're going to get money only if they hit certain criteria, right? If you get rid of this or you move that, or you pull these, you pull your funding from these people, we're going to get that. But this is this is this is all stuff they're going to negotiate later. The biggest thing is no nukes, right? Trump was happy with no nukes. That was the whole reason we went in there. That was the whole reason that we bombed them. But in order for them to complete these tasks, they're going to get a little bit of money. And then what Israel is worried about, they're just going to withdraw it and put it and put it towards Hezbollah or the Gaza Strip or other terrorist users, uh terrorist organizations that are going to bomb and kill Israel. All right. Netanyahu's position is this. He said Israel will act with or without an agreement to prevent nuclear Iran. Israel is not going to let Iran get any more power than it has. He also said this quote, we do not always see eye to eye, talking about with Trump, but I am responsible for Israel's security. Troops stay in southern Lebanon, freedom of action is preserved. I think this really demonstrates what we have been saying about Donald Trump and the Trump administration. That American first means protecting American interests with lower energy prices and less war. But it doesn't necessarily mean abandoning Israel when Hezbollah, Iran's top proxy, keeps attacking. Israel strike was defensive and it's responding to real threats. I think we must back our allies right to defend itself. And I think Trump is going to do that, but I don't think he's going to put American lives at risk unless it's absolutely necessary. This was a big undertaking that Trump did for Israel. He did it for us, too, right? But the the deal shows that, yeah, we did this. Thank you for letting us know nuclear's Iran. Thank you for all of the things you do to keep us informed about everything that's going on in the Middle East. Thank you for spying on where their locations were. And yep, we bombed them. We protected our ally. We helped your security. But this deal is going to have America's interests at heart. You don't sit down at a negotiating table to get somebody else a better deal than you would get. I mean, that's not how it works. But right now, tensions are high with Israel. Um and they're going to be. Israel will calm down. It's not even over. We we got to wait and see what other things are being discussed with Israel. Let's let's go now. We're gonna we're gonna look at some clips here. Just news clips and reports that I found um all over Twitter today, besides MGT, who got booted out of Congress for being a retard. All right. And my response was they get to breathe, they get to live, they get to exist. We'll stop wiping you off the map. Is is essentially what Trump basically said. Well, what do we get out of it? You get to live, you get to exist, you get to stay in power. I won't kill you.

That buried their entire nuclear program under trouble so deep that the Iranians have told us that they actually can't get to it. If we want the nuclear dust, we're gonna have to come in and get it. So broadly speaking, the JCPOA deal negotiated under President Obama allowed Iran a path toward a nuclear program. Correct. Because when we talk about enriched uranium, and this is really important when we look at the difference in these deals here, and I don't want to give you too much of a lesson on enrichment, but it's actually quite important when we're talking about the Obama deal versus the deal that was just signed right now. During the Obama administration, it allowed Iran to continue enriching uranium. And the way that uranium is enriched, the uranium ore is actually extracted from the ground. And then through a chemical process, it turns into yellow cake. And then another chemical process, it turns into hexafluoride gas, and they spin that gas very rapidly in advance centrifuges. And ultimately, the heavier particles go to the outside and the lighter ones stay in the middle. And this is repeated over and over again until you get to a higher purity of enriched uranium. And to take enriched uranium from, let's say, five to 10% to 20%, ultimately to 60%, and eventually 90%, which is weapons grade material, can be a matter of weeks, if not days. And so allowing the Iranians to keep advanced centrifuges and then enrich uranium, eventually closer to weapons grade material, set them on a path toward a weapon because that is a uh a process that is needed to create a nuclear weapon, even if they weren't doing it at that moment. This agreement does not allow the Iranians, according to this senior administration official, to keep any of their enriched material.
