Good evening, Patriots. Welcome to the Ryan Samuel Show. Tonight we're pulling back the curtain on one of the most painful betrayals in modern American history. How our government used the promise of safety to justify crushing freedoms, destroying livelihoods, and silencing any dissent that spoke their mind. They've told us it was for our own good. Lock down your business, it's safe. Close the schools, it's safe. Mask your children, stay home, take the shot, and don't you dare ask any questions. Families were torn apart, small businesses wiped out, kids robbed of years of learning and joy. Our society's elderly were forced to die alone. And all the while the so-called experts who demanded our obedience were moving the goalposts and hiding the truth. This wasn't just a mistake. Millions of lives were upended under the heavy hand of public health. These policies crushed the spirit of a free people. But now finally the documents are coming out. Tulsi Gabber just dropped a major trove of declassified files in her final days as director of national intelligence. These aren't conspiracy theories. These are the government's own records. And we're gonna walk through them through, we're gonna walk through them piece by piece. We will be right back. And now she's leaving. And she's leaving because her husband is sick, which I believe is true. And it has nothing to do with the CIA that just raided her office or the fact that she's dropping a nuclear bomb on uh Dr. Fauci right before she leaves. None of those things are correlated, uh, apparently and allegedly. But she sat here and she dropped this video of all these documents about about Anthony Fauci. And we're gonna listen to it right now.
SPEAKER_03Now, in support of President Trump's maximum transparency mandate, today, on my final day as Director of National Intelligence, I'm releasing never-before-seen communications and documents that expose exactly how Fauci worked with politicized career leadership in the intelligence community to suppress the truth about his actions, the virus's lab leak origins, and his role in directing U.S. funding for this dangerous research that caused immeasurable harm and countless lost lives. Now, these documents expose Fauci's direct role in influencing and manipulating IC assessments on COVID-19, and how Fauci lied to Congress in 2024 when under oath he denied knowledge of or participation in discussions with intelligence officials about viral research. We also received testimony from multiple intelligence community whistleblowers who reported retaliation for challenging the intelligence community's manipulation of intelligence on the virus's origins, once again, revealing a clear pattern of suppressing dissent, silencing critics, and burying the truth. Dr. Fauci's close relationships with the intelligence community enabled him to assume three key roles that shield him from scrutiny. First, Dr. Fauci funded dangerous gain-of-function coronavirus research linked to big pharma and their pursuit of universal vaccines worth trillions of dollars. Second, Dr. Fauci was the behind-the-scenes advisor who, alongside his hand-picked so-called experts, pushed the intelligence community to endorse a natural animal origin to hide his dangerous gain of function research that he funded using taxpayer dollars. All of this in a deliberate attempt to cover up the truth and shift the blame and attention away from Fauci's own actions. Third, Dr. Fauci became the nation's pandemic pundit, and he publicly pushed lies, disinformation, and censorship using every platform available. Now, according to hundreds of reviewed emails, which are included in this release, the intelligence community almost always incorporated Fauci's recommendations. He promoted a fraudulent paper whose publication he helped prompt as legitimate information for intelligence community consideration. Senior analysts praised Dr. Fauci, not as a policymaker, but as what they called an unbiased guide to the real coronavirus experts, while deliberately ignoring experts who might dissent from Fauci's narratives. Now, Fauci didn't stop there. He blatantly lied to Congress under oath during his 2024 testimony to the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus pandemic, denying that he ever spoke to any intelligence agency about COVID. Now, the correspondence I'm releasing today directly contradicts his sworn testimony. Now we received statements from multiple whistleblowers revealing that the intelligence analysts who dared to challenge Dr. Fauci's COVID origin conclusions faced threats of retaliation, marginalization, and many suffered career setbacks. For example, a contractor was terminated just days after coming forward to ODI as a whistleblower. Another example, those who advocated for the lab leak hypothesis or expressed dissenting views were reminded by their managers that leadership would determine which analysts would be promoted and which would not. The message was clear: go along or be punished. Senior leaders also sought to undermine whistleblowers by removing anonymity, which is required in the whistleblower process, as they made their complaints, and also insisting that their managers or attorneys be present during ODI meetings where these whistleblowers were coming forward with their testimony, obviously creating an atmosphere of intimidation. The COVID pandemic caused tremendous hardship and pain for millions of our fellow Americans and countless people around the world. After years of lies and censorship and cover-ups, the American people deserve transparency, truth, and accountability. The tactics that were used to hide the truth are straight from the Deep State playbook. Politicized self-serving leaders, like Dr. Fauci, covered up their own wrongdoing and abuses of power, manipulated intelligence, lied to Congress, and undermined a duly elected president by restricting his access to the vital facts he needed to keep the country safe. It's time you know the truth.
SPEAKER_09Dr. Faussey has been in the federal government, I think, since Jimmy Carter. Since the Carter administration. He's been before the COVID pandemic, Dr. He's been through multiple precedents. He knows the game. He knows what to do. He knows what to say. He knows how to act. He knows how to cover things up. He knows how to pretend things aren't happening. He has all of the people in uh the intelligence agency. He's been there too long. He's been there longer than Donald Trump. He's been there longer than JD Vance. He's been there longer than anybody. And this is the problem when we say the deep state. This is what we're talking about. We're talking about these people who have been in the federal government for so long that they have more connections, more power, and um the more ability to commit fraud or violate things or force things or violate people's rights than anybody. They have more power than your elected officials, especially if they unite with each other and they don't give the president a duly elected leader, regardless of who it is, um, Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, George Bush. I don't care. The people of this country voted for the president, and Felschie's withholding classified information and documents pertaining to an ongoing pandemic that it turns out, according to these documents and according to Tulsi Gavert, that is his fault directly. Don't get it twisted. They say gain of function, right? I'm gonna give you two definitions. You have gain of function, do you have bioweapon, right? So if you're in a if you're in a lab and you're creating a bioweapon, that's a problem. The whole international world will will come together to try and stop you creating a bioweapon. If you're doing gain of research, that means you're I mean, gain of function, that means you're taking a disease, you're making it more effective for vaccine purposes. The only difference between the two definition is the intent of the person. If your intent is to create vaccines with this gain of function research, then it's not a bioweapon. If your intent is to take the exact same process, the exact same ordeal, the exact same steps as gain is function research, but your intent is to harm people with it, then that's a bioweapon. Gain of function means bioweapon. That's why it's so debated, that's why it's such a hot topic, and that's why nobody wants to touch it. But Fausy was clear to the United States people. Clear to the United to the people of the United States of America that he does not do gain of function research. Except that wasn't true. Except that he lied about that under oath. And then he he when he did it at the time. This stuff being released is nothing new. I know a lot of you watching this, a lot of you sitting there, a lot of you are like, oh my God, look at all of this stuff. We have been talking about this stuff for years. I've brought up the gain of function research and and Dr. Fausy a hundred times. You know what happened? My Facebook page was shut down, my my Twitter page was shut down, my YouTube page was shut down. Everything was shut down, everything was silenced. Even my posts. If I put a post that was taken down in seconds, none of you ever saw it. And the reason you didn't see it is because this deep state coalition of people who've been in the government for 40, 50 plus years with unlimited power have unified to stop the release of it. Unbeknownst to your elected officials. Behind closed doors where your elected officials were not present. That's not the marker of a free and just society. That's totalitarianism. This is the stuff we have been screaming about since 2020. That nobody was able to hear. And now there's we're gonna go through the documents. I have them. There's definitive proof that what he did directly resulted in the COVID-19 pandemic. Remember, Trump came out. Up it came from it came from China. It's the Chinese virus, and everybody laughed at him, told him it was a joke. Then we found out it came from China. Then we said it was from the Wuhan lab. Everybody laughed at us. Oh, it was somebody ate a bat, was the story. Somebody ate a bat that shouldn't eat a bat and went to the United States. Here's Anthony Fausty in 2021.
SPEAKER_07The NIH has not ever and does not now fund gain of function research in the Wuhan Institute.
SPEAKER_05We now know that a bat coronavirus was enhanced in a lab. The National Institutes of Health acknowledged that it funded research of a virus that was studied at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The experiment, unexpectedly, we're told, made a bat coronavirus more contagious than the original naturally occurring virus.
SPEAKER_08Right. You're saying that's not gain of function.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, that is correct. And and Senator Paul, you do not know what you are talking about, quite frankly. And I want to say that officially. You do not know what you are talking about.
SPEAKER_08They took animal viruses that only occur in animals, and they increased their transmissibility to humans. How can you say that is not gain of function? It is not.
SPEAKER_07What we're talking about now is the gain of function research in studies that increase predominantly.
SPEAKER_09This is him in 2012. I'm going to rewind this a little bit for those of you listening on the podcast.
SPEAKER_07In studies that increase predominantly the transmissibility as well as pathogenesis and alteration of host range of the virus.
SPEAKER_09But there is zero reason to take a virus and make it worse. And then if it ever escapes this lab, um people are gonna die. On what planet in whose mind is that acceptable? But Falci has nothing to worry about because Joe Biden gave him a blanket pardon dating all the way back to 2014. Why is that? What why is that? Why was he given a blanket pardon to 2014? Here's the pardon of Anthony Faucy from Joseph R. Biden, President of the United States of America, to all whom sees these presents shall come greeting. Be it known that this day, Joseph R. Biden Jr., President of the United States, pursuant to my powers under Article 2, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution, have granted unto Dr. Anthony S. Faucy a full and unconditional pardon for any offense against the United States, which he may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1st, 2014, through the date of this pardon arising from or in any manner related to his service as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, as a member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force or the White House COVID-19 response team, or chief medical advisor to the president. Notice the signature. Now, the signature on this pardon is allegedly, apparently, from Joe Biden's autopen, which means Joe Biden didn't physically sign it. Now, does that make this legal? If the president of the United States did not physically sign his own pardon, does that make it legal? While you're here, while you're listening, don't forget to hit that like, share, and subscribe button. Drop a comment down below, and call into the show live 561-786-2916. But the notion that you have a blank piece of pres uh paper, you have a president who clearly does not have all his faculties, which we've discussed, which we which nobody can make that argument that he does, right? Nobody can make the argument that Joe Joseph Robinette Biden had complete and utter total awareness and control over all of his faculties, that he was competent enough to be the president of the United States. You can't make that argument, now knowing what we know, even though we said it at the time. That's why there was a coup to pull him out of office after his calamitous debate with Donald Trump. But why give him a pardon for any and all of offenses against the United States, by the way, is what it says. You gave him a blanket pardon for anything he may have done against the United States of America. So this means if they, if he was, if he was treason, if he colluded with China, sold them secrets, gave them our nuclear weapons, advised them on how to launch them, where to launch them against the United States of America, he has a full and unconditional pardon for anything of that nature going back to 2014. How does somebody like that, who just works for uh the Department of Defense's disease control, who works for the federal government, who works for the health department, have that much power? This is why you need to limit people like this for how long that they've been in our government. They can't be in our government forever. 50 years is too long. 40 years is too long, 30 years is too long. A president serves for a four-year term, but somebody who is the head of the CIA, the head of the NSA, uh, the head of the FBI, the head of health and human services, the head of all of these agencies, and there's a million of them in the federal government because they just spend way too much damn money and they don't know how to manage themselves, are not elected. They're bureaucrats. Here is this is another um this is another Dr. Fauci video. It's it's a collection of a bunch of them, just so you can see. All of the stuff and the contradictions he's saying.
SPEAKER_07But they're really criticizing science because I represent science.
SPEAKER_06If you're vaccinated, you really don't need to worry about getting it in a way that's serious or transmitting it.
SPEAKER_07That is true. That is correct, Chris. It'll either protect you completely against infection, and the chances are very likely that you'll not be able to transmit it to other people. The risk is extremely low of transmitting it to anybody else. Full stock. When you're in the middle of an outbreak. Wearing a mask might make people feel a little bit better. If people are not wearing masks, then maybe we should be mandating it. I often myself wear two masks.
SPEAKER_01And I'm quoting you now. At the population level, masks work at the margins, maybe 10%. To hear that they only work at the margins, maybe 10%, would make a lot of people ask, okay, then why was I wearing a mask?
SPEAKER_07You're really attacking not only Dr. Anthony Fauci, you're attacking science.
SPEAKER_09Science has been wrong a million times in history, and any scientist will tell you that. There was a time where scientists believed the earth was the center of the universe. It's not, the sun is. Scientists are wrong so often that when they find a verifiable scientific fact, they call it a theory just to protect themselves from embarrassment.
SPEAKER_07You say that this is gonna go away tomorrow like magic when you know that there's no chance it's gonna just disappear. We hope this just goes away, burns itself out.
SPEAKER_11So my question is why weren't you straight with the American people about this to begin with?
SPEAKER_07So the bottom line is it's a guesstimate. I gave a range.
SPEAKER_11It seemed in that quote to suggest that you were basing your uh your recommendation on polling and what people could accept. Is that not what you meant?
SPEAKER_12No, I mean it's it's a bit of that. We're seeing all of these school closures around the country. Is that the right move for children and families?
SPEAKER_07Yeah, no, but I think what's going on right now is is generally an appropriate approach. You want to start doing something to socially distance yourself. How dramatic that is, closing schools and doing other things should be proportionate.
SPEAKER_04It went too far that, particularly for kids uh who couldn't go to school except remotely, that it's forever damaged them.
SPEAKER_07Well, I don't think it's forever irreparably damaged anyone.
SPEAKER_09Pulling all of these kids out of school is not damaging to them, is what this scientist says. I I don't I don't necessarily love the public school system. I in fact, I uh uh I detest it, I loathe it, I don't even think it should exist, right? But I do not feel that removing children out of it abruptly with nowhere to get educated is necessarily the best thing for them. To remove all social outlets, it's not just that they're closing down schools, these kids couldn't go hang out with each other, the moms couldn't form a uh uh uh a social group where they all met at the playground, you'd go to jail. So it turns out with these document dumps that he is behind basically all of it.
SPEAKER_00The U.S. Surgeon General has called it an urgent public health crisis, a devastating decline in the mental health of kids across the country. According to the CDC, the rates of suicide, self-harm, anxiety, and depression are up among adolescents.
SPEAKER_09And the record will we don't have time to watch the whole video, but I will post it. Hey Paul, welcome in, buddy. Welcome all the dummies that are coming in. Thanks, dummies. Appreciate all of you. But he has been so wrong on so many things on soon. He's saying the most respected voice on the so many times that he got this just blanket pardon, which is insane to me. Here's more from Ron Paul. This is uh Ron Paul. I'm gonna I got another one here. Here's a tweet from Ron Paul. Pull it up on screen. If there was any doubt as to who bears the responsibility for the COVID pandemic, Biden's pardon of Fauci forever seals the deal. As chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, I will not rest until the truth of the cover-up is exposed. Fauci's pardon will only serve as an acceler as an accelerant to pierce the veil of deception. Ignanimous, Anthony Fauci will go down in history as the first government scientist to be preemptively pardoned for a crime. Now, pardons are reserved for the president. It's one of the biggest presidential powers that can pardon who they want, how they want, however they want. The president has that authority to do bl to do pardons. But typically, a pardon is for somebody who is uh say it's a high-profile case, there's generally an idea that it's political persecution or that it uh the person is innocent and it's racially motivated or politically motivated, or if somebody lives in New York City and they uh the the they they arrest somebody for political free speech, um the president can pardon them because he feels it's wrong and unjust. That's one of the presidential pardons. But in order to be pardoned for a crime, there actually has to be a crime to pardon them for anything that they have done over the past 11 years. Anything. I mean, if it turns out this guy was a pedo, pardoned, you can't do nothing about it. The only way you really could it was that it would have to be on the state level, which is why they went after Trump on the state level. This is Tulsi Gabbard when she was on Megan Kelly. This was back in May, and she kind of uh tipped her hat at us then. This is on Sirius XM. Let's watch this clip.
SPEAKER_03But the thing that um we are working with uh Jay Bodhcharia, the new NIH director on uh with, as well as Secretary Kennedy, um, is looking at the gain of function research uh that in the case of the Wuhan lab as well as many others around many of these other biolabs around the world, was actually US funded and leads to this dangerous kind of research that, in many examples, has resulted in uh either a pandemic or some other uh major health.
SPEAKER_02So let me ask you specifically, because we already know that Eco Health Alliance was partnering with this Wuhan lab to create the to do gain of function research. Right. We just have never been able to have somebody say it and it was that exact experiment that led to this COVID bug. But it have have we gotten there? What's the new thing that you're digging in on?
SPEAKER_03We we are we are working on that with uh Jay Bodhacaria and look forward to being able to share that.
SPEAKER_09She knew it then, she couldn't release it then.
SPEAKER_03Just fully very soon. Okay. That that specific link uh correct between the gain of function research and what we saw with COVID-19.
SPEAKER_02I mean, that would be extraordinary because just so the audience knows, if that's true, if it was Peter Jazik's research with the Wuhan, so-called bat lady, that caused this pandemic, then we did fund it. Then Anthony Fauci helped fund the pandemic.
SPEAKER_03Things that he denied over and over and over to Senator Rand Paul's questioning.
SPEAKER_02That's right.
SPEAKER_03Under oath. Under oath, exactly. So it is is it any wonder that he sought a preemptive pardon for anything during a certain period of time by President Biden before he left office?
SPEAKER_02And then strong-armed and smeared people like Dr. J. Bodhicharya, anybody who came out and said, I don't know if that's natural. This actually smacks of lab.
SPEAKER_03And and the reason why this is so important is not just what happened in the past, it's because this gain of function research is happening in biolabs around the world. I got attacked, and I think you saw this. We've probably talked about on your show before, when I warned against US-funded biolabs in Ukraine when the Russia-Ukraine war kicked off for this very reason. Who knows what kinds of pathogens are in these labs, and if released, could create another COVID-like pandemic. And for that, I was called a Russian asset. You're, you know, uh trumpeting Putin's talking points, all of this nonsense simply for speaking the truth and stating facts that, by the way, are still on US Embassy, Ukraine's website today about how the US has funded these biolabs in Ukraine. Uh, but in order to, my point is, in order to prevent another COVID-like pandemic or another major health incident that could affect us in the world, uh, we have to, we have to end this gain of function research and provide the evidence that shows exactly why and how it's in our best interest, the American people's best interest, to bring about an end to it.
SPEAKER_09There is zero reason to take a disease and make it more dangerous. There's there's there's no logical reason. You can make the argument, oh, well, yeah, we make the disease better, so we make the vaccine stronger, because if through a natural occurrence, a disease goes from this person and it naturally makes itself stronger, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I think it's a little bit more dangerous to biochemically develop a bioweapon just so you can stop it when it hasn't developed on itself. I mean, I'm not a scientist, but if there's biolabs doing gain of function research with critical diseases that are far worse than coronavirus, what happens if a bomb accidentally lands on one of these facilities and the disease escapes? What happens then? What happens to the world when a real major problem of a disease is released into the world because idiots like Anthony Fauci think it's a good idea? Paul said to pardon people, there were many who haven't been charged or convicted of any crime is shady. Yes. Yes, absolutely, Paul. You can't, if you pardon somebody for not doing something, then that in that's an indication that they did something. Karen, uh Frodsky fumbled the AIDS epidemic. Yeah, that's true. I don't know if we're gonna have time to uh to go over that today, um, but that that is absolutely true. He was involved with that because he's been in the federal government for 50 years. Bubba said we're unfortunately gonna be haunted with his face the rest of our lives in relation to the nightmare CVD BS forever. Something needs to be done. You need to make an example out of this person. Now, this is you know what Trump campaigned on in 2016, campaigned on in 2020, campaigned on in 2024. Drain the swamp, drain the swamp, drain the swamp. He is the swamp, right? Thomas Massey's not the swamp. Marjorie Taylor Green is not the swamp. Anthony Fauci is the swamp swamp. And there's thousands of people like Anthony Fauci who've been in the federal government sucking on the government teat for the past 30, 40, 50, 60 years, who have never actually done any work a day in their life. They're just riding this gravy train. Um we are working. They're just riding this gravy train. Here is this is this is Rand Paul, who's one of my favorite people on earth. He this is him in May, right? Around the same time as the interview that um Tulsi just gave with Megan Kelly.
SPEAKER_08From the very beginning, the CIA scientists that were hired to look at this said it looked like it came from the lab. And all of the evidence seemed to point towards that this was a lab lake, in all likelihood accidental, but that it came from the lab in Wuhan, China, and yet they were being overruled by people. Specifically, the whistleblower said that Anthony Fauci came in 2020 and they had a 90-day period in which all the intel was going through the National Intelligence Center. They were going to come up with a conclusion of what everybody was thinking, that Anthony Fauci was brought in and basically they took his opinion over all of their scientists. And their scientists were nearly unanimous. It was like six out of seven of the scientists that were experts in this field all said it came from the lab. Anthony Fauci comes in and says no. But the one question they never ask, and this is the real sort of conspiracy, and people say, what is a conspiracy? Is it people rubbing their hands together and making money where they're all in a cabal? It's not really uh it's not really as sexy as that. It's more that they have the same uh a convergence of interests. You know, George Carlin said you don't need to have a conspiracy to explain something where interests converge. And the interest is basically covering their tracks because they funded this dangerous research. It was a a serious um mistake in judgment. Maybe one of the worst mistakes in judgment of the last century to fund dangerous gain of function research in Wuhan. They fund it. Now this virus takes off, so what do they do for the next several years? Even people who didn't know each other, they're all doing the same thing. We don't want any anything to link us to funding this, and so we'll just deny that it was gain of function. So I think the shocking thing was that how much power Anthony Fauci had, even in the CIA, this is in the NIH, this is a CIA that Anthony Fauci is influencing abolish the federal government.
SPEAKER_09That's where I'm at. First of all, we funded the making of a bioweapon, right? And I'm gonna say that, and I may get flagged for uh what's it called? Misinformation. But the only thing, the only difference between a bioweapon and gain of function is your intent, what you intend to do with it. If you intend to hurt a lot of people, then it's a bioweapon. If you intend to not hurt a lot of people, but just to kind of do it for kicks or just the science of it, then it's gain of function. So gain of function is a bioweapon. The intent's the only thing. I know I've said that before, but it's very important to understand that. China is not necessarily our ally. They're actually actually a pretty big adversary of the United States. Right? They're a very big adversary of the United States. You are funding the development of a bioweapon that subsequently was released just before the election of the president that the establishment completely hated and wanted gone. Which led to laws being passed for mail-in ballots. These are all coincidences. All coincidence. But Anthony Fauci being a member of this deep entrenched state for 50 years, with all of these connections to the CIA that Rand Paul said. Rand Paul is not an establishment guy. But he's also not, I'm gonna go after you for the sake of going after you guy. He's not that type of person or politician. And then that's that's not really his political ideology. But that that's just a lot of coincidences. Fauci in tight with the CIA so much so he can control the whole narrative, so much so he can withhold classified documents, classified information about funding to labs across the world out of the eyes of politicians, the only people who are elected who should be above these people to hold them accountable. Here is part of the document release. First, Fauci wrote in his 2012 about gain of function research, the exact kind his agency funded at Wuhan. These are his own words. Quote, consider this hypothetical scenario. An important gain of function experiment evolving a virus with serious pandemic potential is performed in a well-regulated world-class laboratory by experienced investigators. But the information from the experiment is then used by another scientist who does not have the same training and facilities and is not subject to the same regulations. In an unlikely but conceivable turn of events, what if that scientist becomes infected with the science, with the virus, which leads to an outbreak and ultimately triggers a pandemic? This is a warning eight years before the pandemic hits. Seven, eight years before the pandemic hits. I'm not saying that that was the intention of the pandemic, but him saying that that could happen, then you got a guy who comes into presidency who wants to complete and utterly destroy Washington, D.C. and kick out all these rats that have been living in the swamp for 40, 50 years, who have unprecedented power and control over every man, woman, and child in the United States of America who are doing bureaucratic actions that control every aspect of your life, including whether to wear a mask, whether to shut down your school, whether to shut down your park. The guy who came in with a campaign promise to put them in jail, fire them, get rid of them, has a premonition in 2012 that we can maybe have this and have a worldwide pandemic. And then subsequently mail in ballots and everything come with that. I'm not saying that that's what happened. I'm just saying there's a lot of coincidence there. Here's another one. Is there internal emails from Anthony Fauci? Internal emails revealed deep aware awareness of conflicts when picking reviewers for COVID-19 origin assessments. One official wrote, the name that came up probably the most when thinking outside reviewer was Fauci, but we're not clear on how appropriate that would be, given he's a potential customer of the paper. Not Fauci, in addition to being a customer, he'll be seen by many as having a conflict of interest. They wanted him to investigate his own leak. He was going to investigate his own leak. They knew there was a problem, but his influence remained central to the entire resolution of the problem. The file's all for reference to 2016 video circulating internally where eco health's Peter Datsak discusses colleagues in China. DatSak talks about his colleagues in China manipulating the spike protein on coronavirus to make them more virulent. Sorry. This is in 2016. So this is this is directly connecting the gain of function research that was being funded and happening in a foreign nation that's an adversary of ours that's been funded by Dr. Faucy and his department. And it directly ties the gain of function work funded through U.S. channels at the Wuhan Institute. These documents connect a larger picture over 120 U.S. funded biolabs worldwide with internal discussions showing divided intelligence assessments on oranges, some orange origins. Sorry, I was out there at my orchard today. Oranges, oh my goodness. Origins, origins, some agencies leaning toward a lab incident while transparency was lacking and oversight appeared weak. The American people were asked to surrender their liberties in the name of safety. And far too many of those promises turned out to be built of sand. The only way you can have a successful and free country is to hold those accountable who destroy people's liberties, who destroy their lives, who destroy their livelihood, who, without congressional presidential approval of the taxpayers, take tax money and send it to our enemy to develop bioweapons. Which would be a crime against the United States, which His pardon explicitly declares he's pardoned from. We deserve better. We deserve the full truth. We deserve real accountability from every official who wielded power during that time. State, local, teacher. I don't care. No more hiding. No more protecting the insiders while everyday families pay the price. I remember I'm in Florida. And I remember during the pandemic, I'm I kind of just live in my house in the middle of the woods. So I don't get out much. And I went out to Duluth Training Company. Just I was like, you know what? I need a couple of shirts. I really like the stuff they have at Duluth. I walk in there. There's nobody in the store. Nobody's in the store. It's just me. It's like one o'clock on a Saturday. I walk in the store, I'm going around, I have a basket full of shirts, I think boots, pants, probably $300 worth of items. I'm walking around, I'm walking around. Somebody comes up behind me. They're like, what are you doing? And I turn around and it's an employee. I said, I'm shopping. Like, well, you have to have a mask. And I just laughed at them and said, Yeah, I'm not wearing a mask. That's fine. You can wear your mask. There's nobody in here. You're the only one in here. You're working. You're not an essential worker. I'm just trying to buy $300 worth of clothing and go home. I proceeded to shop, try to buy more things. Manager comes over, screams at me, threatens to call the police if I do not abide by his demand and his will. But the problem is, you can say, hey, Ryan, that's a private company. They have the right to exclude you from it. Correct. But not if the government is influencing them and forcing them and threatening to shut them down if they don't exclude you from their business because you're not abiding by their political will. The republic belongs to us, the people. Not to Anthony Fauci, not to unelected bureaucrats who think they can rule by emergency decree. I want to restore oversight and ensure nothing like this ever happens again. This was a magnanimous part of American history that you can't argue was not. This affected everybody, but it brought to light the major problems that exist in our federal government. Our federal government has complete and totalitarian control of every aspect of your life. That's not how this was designed to be. Read the 10th Amendment to the Constitution, which was practically nullified by Abraham Lincoln in the Civil War, but nonetheless, read the 10th Amendment to the Constitution. The powers not delegated to the federal government are left to the states. There's not much in the Constitution when it comes to powers. Everything else is left up to the states. Anthony Fauci should not be able to tell every man, woman, and child, every school district, every shopping center, every city hall in the United States of America that they have to wear a mask. Or that they should have to receive a needle in their body. Whatever happened to my body, my choice? What happened to that? It doesn't exist. It only exists in certain political realms. It doesn't exist for maybe my religious exemption, which they they vacated. I wonder how much how much or if any money Fausy got from every vaccine that came out. How many? How much money did he make? I want that looked into. I'm not a scientist, but you know what I want? I want real doctors to look at it. I want real scientists to look at it, and I want them to disagree. And I want to make the decision for myself based on the information that I get, or based on the information I get from my own doctor. Hey, Michelle. Yeah, I did not wear a mask a single time either. Twitter was actively shutting down doctors for talking about wearing masks or talking about the vaccines. Twitter was. So the the people at Twitter. If a Harvard doctor came on there and made a comment about the how the virus works, how the vaccine works, how our mask works, or a mask doesn't work, they would shut them down. The head of uh Twitter's content moderation went before Congress. I can't find the video. That's what I'm looking for. She can't came before Congress and she was asked, Where'd you go to medical school? She's like, I didn't go to medical school. But you took down the page of a Harvard doctor, not just a regular doctor, a doctor from Harvard University who specializes in vaccines, who's an a world-renowned leading expert in this type of vaccine, the mRNA, or whatever. And she had made a comment and you shut down her page. Do you not think that perhaps this person, what they have to say, has some validity to it? But you, a layman, took it down. Why? Because the federal government told me to. That's what we found out later. The FBI told me to. The FBI placed Twitter employees, Facebook employees, Instagram employees, Snapchat employees under duress. It showed the absolute and totalitarian control that our federal government has. That we let it get to by being asleep at the wheel, by not paying attention to politics, by not paying attention to what's this guy doing, what's this department word making. These are this is a series of slow and gradual encroachments that's been coming at us since 1776. This isn't an overnight situation. You didn't wake up one day and your freedom was gone. And that if a virus comes, all of a sudden you can't leave your house. Or they'll they'll put you in jail. They'll literally put you in jail. Or if you wanted to go eat dinner, you needed a vaccine passport. That was real. Well, unless you were Gavin Newsom, then you just went to a party anyway. You shut everybody down, then you just went to a party anyway. But we have to shrink this federal government. You have to shrink the federal government. We have to get the powers back to the states. And the problem is that once those who have power, how on earth are you going to take the power from them because you gave up the power that you had to take power from them? States can't take power away from the federal government. Those days are gone. So how do you do it? This is a question I've struggled with for the past 10 years. I have a journal, I write in it every day. How do you solve this problem? Working on a new book right now called Original Intent should be out in a few months. But how do you solve the problem of slow and gradual encroachments that have completely dissolved everybody's individual freedom? The only freedom you have every day, we learn through COVID, is the one the federal government lets you have. But the freedoms outlined in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence are inherent because God wrote those on your heart. And they can't take that away from you. Even if you're an atheist or you're secular, you still have these rights. And these rights belong to you just as your hand belongs to you. And the equivalent of taking away your free speech and chopping off your arm are the same thing. That's what our founding fathers believed. At least most of them. Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, James Madison, Benjamin Franklin. It even preceded them, right? If you read the First Amendment to the Constitution, it says the freedom of speech. The freedom of speech. The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. The right. It doesn't say we grant you the right to bear arms. We grant you the right, as the federal government, we grant you the right. No, the right of the freedom of the press. The right to be secured in your pages. The right. It's everywhere. Look it up. Because it acknowledges it doesn't, they're not giving it to you. It already exists because it exists in your heart and your mind and your soul. It exists in every aspect of every human being to ever live, secular or religious. This has been discovered by logical political thought since the beginning of time. Aristotle, Socrates, Thomas Aquinas, St. Augustine. Plato. Read the Apology of Plato. I mean of Socrates, written by Plato, because he was there and witnessed it. Read it. He talks about it. The Sumo Theologica. John Locke, Blackstone. This is the education that our children got, that these children got back in 1776. This is the education that Thomas Jefferson got. This is the education that James Madison got. This is called a classical education. But what did we do in the United States of America? We destroyed that educational system for a government educational system. And guess what you do not learn? Where your rights come from. What the government can and cannot do. That your state is more powerful than the federal government, or at least it's supposed to be. When you let your government teach your children, they come out with a pro-government point of view. That's why all the Democrats, when they go through college, they become more Democrat. Or that's why your innocent kid that grew up in Montana who went through, grew up conservative, goes through college, all of a sudden, they're Democrats. Because the system favors the hand that feeds it. The system is not going to bite the hand that feeds it. Teachers' unions, they're all Democrats. Why would you want to shorten the federal government? Why would you want to close the state government? Why wouldn't you want more money, more power, more time, more children, more textbooks, more chairs, more sports activities, more money, more influence. Why wouldn't you want more and more and more? That is human nature. And that's what our founding fathers set up to protect against. But in next month, in a couple of weeks, that's going to be 250 years ago. That's a very long time. So look how far it's strayed. To where if you tax our tea, we're going to throw it all in the water. You're not going to get any tea here. You're not going to do anything that's going to jeopardize my financial well-being, my ability to speak, my ability to print paper as an individual, my ability to stand on the street corner and worship a cat. Hey, but now your kid can't go to school unless they have this needle. Can't get a job unless you got the COVID jab. That was real, by the way. Joe Biden came out and did uh his quote was this is not about freedom or personal choice. Get vaccinated. We've been patient, but our patience is wearing thin. And then he assigned the Department of Labor, which has control over what? All the jobs in the United States of America. The minimum wage, the labor laws, any job, any small business. Produce this vaccine or you can't work. Produce your have your force your employees to produce this vaccine, or we're or you're not allowed to operate. We need to unwind this power. That needs to be the central focus. But the the the betrayal during COVID was very, very real. But so is the fight to reclaim trust and freedom and faith in our government. It didn't expand the system, which I think is a totally different uh paradoxical conversation. It didn't expand the grasp of the central government. It showed just how long and how strong and how deep the tentacles went. Do you want one man to have power over whether or not you can work or not? I don't want that. I don't even want a Congress to have that power. That's not why they exist. The reason the states, right? It says we the people, but they're actually referring to the states. The reason the states created the federal government was to protect us from each other, not to protect us from ourselves. That's a Ronald Reagan quote, but that is true, and that is where it came from. The government exists. You have a certain set of rights that are written in your heart that basically everybody knows is wrong, right? Called parts of the Ten Commandment. If you violate, I have a right to live, right? If you take away my right to live, then you forfeit your rights to speak, to assemble, to walk freely. You voluntarily gave up your rights by violating my rights. That's how society used to be. That was the vision of the founding fathers. It was the vision of Thomas Jefferson. You are free to do anything you wish as long as you do not violate the rights of another. Period. But now you can't. There's nothing you can do in our society. If you want to go assemble, go down to your city hall, hold up a sign, or your town square, hold up a sign, bring ten people with you and protest. Can you do that? Not without a permit. So you have to go to the government that you're going to protest and ask them for permission to do so. What if they just don't want you to protest because they don't like what you have to say? So they don't give you the permit. The First Amendment is your permit. You don't need permission from the government to speak. Another example. The FCC, the Federal Communications Commission. They control the airwaves. They control what you can and can't say. Hey, Michelle, good to see you. Yeah, I can't believe the number of inoculations babies have to get now. It's scary. Yeah. So when I was a kid, we got vaccines, right? I generally think vaccines are good. I'm not bashing vaccines at all. All right. Just so everybody knows if I haven't gotten kicked off of YouTube yet. I think that they're good. But I also feel it's my personal decision what I do with them. I feel that it's my personal decision what I do with my children about getting them. I'm very fortunate. I live in Florida. They basically, it's I can do this or I cannot do that. They've made it very clear that it's the parents' choice. But that's not that way in the rest of the country. It's never been that way, like that. It's not like that in New York. No, no, no, no. No, it's not. And it's it's not necessarily the types of vaccines, but the volume. Newborn baby getting 15, 26 shots in a day, sometimes. Depends. I remember when my son was born, they wanted to give him a hepatitis vaccine. So what the hell does he need a hepatitis vaccine for? I don't have it. My wife doesn't have it. Oh, well, we do that for everybody. Yeah, that's a great blanket pro, you know, uh moneymaker, I guess, if you if you mandate that every child in the in the United States of America gets his vaccine. I wonder who who wants that. Perhaps it's the people that make the vaccine who make billions of dollars, who paid for some politician's campaign, who wrote that law into in who wrote that into law that now is required for hospitals to do. That's the downside of lobbying. That's the downside of lobbying. That's one of the problems with our system is that it does create a scenario of have and have nots, right? This is something the left screams all the time. All of the time. But the the the the haves are not out to get the have-nots. They just have more access than the have nots. But that's human nature. And it it's it's I'm so glad it h like I'm not glad it happened, but I'm so glad that it exposed the federal government for what it was and how much power it had. But the American people have a very short brain span. They forget, they move on. Oh, well, yeah, that sucked for a while. Yeah, that was stupid. Can you believe they did that and then they never never move on? But the Declaration of Independence says something very interesting. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations invents a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty to throw off such government and provide new guards for their future security. Now, you could take that as a violent uprising. I mean, I at the time I think so, but I think in our modern society, no. And I think they granted us these rights to speak and assemble as our new revolutionary act to overthrow the government through the narrative, through elections, through a peaceful process. But it also says another thing, and this is why Thomas Jefferson is a different uh an absolute genius. Thomas Jefferson says, All history hath shown that people are more disposed to suffer while evils are sufferable than to right the wrongs to which have been they have been established. That means, uh, yeah, man, that really sucked. He knew it. Didn't matter 1776 or 2026. 250 years later, it's still here. It's still in the ecosystem, it's still factually accurate. But think about how far it had gone for the colonial for the for the 13 colonies. They reached a point where they weren't more disposed to suffer. They reached a point where they altered or abolished and seceded from Great Britain. Write that down, very important for future episodes. They seceded from Great Britain. But it's important that we don't forget what happened. And it's important that we fight moving forward. And it's important that we make sure these people are held accountable as an example. That we will not tolerate this behavior, that we will come after you regardless of whatever political nonsense you pull to get a blanket pardon signed by an autopen, which isn't even legal, by the way. What they need to do is need to find is to uncover the crime. They need to charge him with the crime, then the question of the pardon comes up. Then and only then does the question of the pardon come up. The question of the pardon does not come up unless there's an actual crime that they uncover. And they shouldn't be finding one to assign to him. I think it's there. I think it's absolutely there. Otherwise, why give them a pardon? It doesn't make any sense. You don't give innocent people pardons. That's not the purpose of a pardon. You give people a pardon who've been wrongly convicted or what the president feels is wrongly charged. The governors have power too. They can pardon people, they can stay executions. A jury of somebody's peers can sentence them to death, and three seconds before they click the button on the electric chair, the governor could say, call it off. We're not executing them. But the governor can't call off an execution for somebody who wasn't sentenced to execution, who wasn't sentenced to death. That's what you have with this Biden pardon. He did the same thing with uh Hunter Biden. But we're gonna stay on top of this. We're gonna we have a great show lined up for tomorrow night.
