Words matter. Especially when they come from politicians, professors, and media figures with real influence. For years, we’ve watched the modern left — led by today’s Democrat Party — normalize dangerous, dehumanizing rhetoric. They call conservatives fascists, Nazis, and threats to democracy. They urge “resistance by any means necessary,” “fight in the streets,” and “put [opponents] in the bullseye.”

This isn’t harmless debate. It’s incitement. And it has produced real violence.

History Repeats: The Weather Underground Blueprint

This playbook isn’t new. In the late 1960s and 1970s, the Weather Underground (the Weathermen) — a radical Marxist splinter from Students for a Democratic Society — declared war on America. They bombed police stations, the Pentagon, the Capitol, and more. They killed police officers and their own members in botched attacks. Their goal: violent revolution to overthrow the U.S. government.

Leaders like Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn showed no real remorse. Ayers later became a university professor of education, embedding radical ideas in academia. Shockingly, Ayers had documented ties to a young Barack Obama in Chicago. They served on boards together, and Obama’s political rise intersected with Ayers’ circles. During the 2008 campaign, Obama downplayed it as “just a guy in the neighborhood.” But the connection highlighted how the left often rehabilitates its radicals instead of condemning their violence.

The Weather Underground largely escaped serious long-term accountability thanks to FBI overreach and sympathetic elites. Sound familiar?

Today’s Antifa: The Street Enforcers of the Same Ideology

Fast forward to 2026. Antifa is the spiritual successor — decentralized, black-bloc militants who attack police, ICE agents, conservatives, and anyone they label “fascist.” They don’t debate. They disrupt, dox, and destroy.

Recent examples prove the link between rhetoric and reality:

  • The North Texas Antifa Cell attacked the Prairieland ICE facility on July 4, 2025. They rioted, used diversion tactics, and opened fire. Shooter Benjamin Hanil Song wounded an officer. In June 2026, Song received 100 years in prison. Other cell members got 30–70+ years each for terrorism-related charges. This was the first major federal sentencing after President Trump designated Antifa a domestic terrorist organization.
  • Separate Dallas ICE facility sniper attack by Joshua Jahn (Sept 2025): Anti-ICE messages on bullets, premeditated rooftop ambush. Jahn killed himself as officers approached. No formal Antifa membership, but clear alignment with the same anti-enforcement extremism.

From Rhetoric to Assassination and Street Attacks

The human cost is heartbreaking:

  • Two assassination attempts on President Trump.
  • The cold-blooded murder of Charlie Kirk in September 2025. Some on the left celebrated it with posts like “good riddance,” “he deserved it,” or “celebration parties.” Teachers, pilots, students, and Democrat staffers faced firings for glorifying the killing. JD Vance rightly called it out: There is “no civility in the celebration of political assassination.”
  • Everyday Americans wearing red MAGA hats assaulted simply for their beliefs.

This violence doesn’t happen in a vacuum. When leaders like Kamala Harris repeatedly call Trump a “threat to our democracy,” when others say Republicans “cannot know a moment of peace,” and when “by any means necessary” becomes a rallying cry, unstable people listen.

Free Speech Comes with Moral Responsibility

I am a staunch defender of the First Amendment. Free speech protects even ugly ideas. We must never let government censor political dissent.

But those in positions of political authority have a higher moral duty. When you wield influence, reckless words can light fuses. You have the right to speak — but not the right to feign shock when the violence you helped normalize explodes.

The old Democrat Party debated vigorously but upheld basic decency and the rule of law. Today’s version too often excuses or downplays left-wing extremism while demanding “tolerance.”

The Trump Administration Is Holding the Line

Thank God President Trump designated Antifa a domestic terrorist organization and the DOJ is prosecuting these cases seriously. Sentences like those in Texas send a message: Political violence will not be tolerated.

But rhetoric must change too. Conservatives will continue calling out the pattern — Weather Underground yesterday, Antifa today — because ignoring history guarantees repetition.

America deserves leaders who condemn violence unequivocally, on all sides. We defend free speech. We demand moral responsibility. And we reject the culture of hate that turns neighbors into enemies.

What do you think? Have you seen this rhetoric in your community? Share below, support the show, and stay vigilant.

SPEAKER_20

Good evening, America. Welcome to the Ryan Samuels Show. I am Ryan Samuels, and tonight we're going to talk about how words have power. They can inspire, unite, and defend liberty, or they can incite, divide, and destroy. As a conservative, I've always fiercely defended the First Amendment. I believe in free speech, robust debate, the right to criticize leaders' policies and ideas without fear of government censorship. That freedom is what makes America exceptional. It's a cornerstone of our republic. But freedom comes with a moral responsibility, especially for those in positions of political authority. When elected officials, candidates, and their influential voices use their platforms to dehumanize opponents, label them fascists or existential threats, and call for fighting in the streets or putting targets on their backs, they cross a dangerous line. They have every right to speak, but they bear a very heavy moral responsibility. They have a duty to be careful. Reckless rhetoric from the top has consequences down below. We've seen it play out in blood. Multiple assassin assassination attempts against President Trump, the murder of Charlie Kirk, countless attacks on Americans simply wearing a red MAGA hat. And the Antifa militants who take that toxic atmosphere as permission to act. If you look at the North Texas Antifa cell, domestic terrorists who launched a sniper attack and a violent assault on a prairie land ice facility shooting at officers, they just recently received very long prison sentences, including one for 100 years. With the group facing hundreds of years combined. In Minnesota, 15 Antifa leaked activists who were indicted for conspiring to impede and injure federal officers during attacks on immigration enforcement. This is the direct result of years of consistent calls for violence and threats to conservative lives from one side of the aisle. Democrat leaders framed law enforcement, border agents, and conservative as the enemy. Antifa became the street enforcers, and real people paid the price. Free speech protects even ugly ideas, but those with authority must wield it responsibly. When you tell people their fellow Americans are Nazis who must be stopped by, quote, any means necessary, unquote, you don't get to wash your hands when the violence erupts. The old Democratic Party understood debate within the guardrails of decency and the Constitution of the United States. Today's radical version normalizes hate and excuses the chaos. Tonight's show is about how Antifa and democratic violence, how dangerous rhetoric leads to real bloodshed, the recent convictions holding terrorists accountable under President Trump, and why we must demand moral leadership while fiercely protecting free speech. Enough is enough. We shine the light of truth because our republic demands it. The American people deserve better. Let's get into it. It sets a really good example for what's going to happen when these militant democratic groups get out of control. Okay? I'm going to tell you a funny story is that just how on top of the news I am and also Matthew Spear is from uh the Don't Unfre me show. If you've never saw the Don't Un Frime Me Show, you need to watch the Don't M Friend Me Show. It's an amazing show. Uh they're very good friends of mine. I've been on their show, oh my goodness, countless times at this point. But I'm getting ready to do this show tonight. And I am like on top of it. I'm I'm writing my notes, I'm finding videos, and I scroll across the Don't I'm From Me Show. And Matt and I are literally on the same page, about to post very similar videos, uh, because that's just how on top of it we are with the news. Here's what he had to say about the Democratic Party today. Okay? Don't forget you can call into the show at 561-786-2916. Don't forget to hit that like, share, and subscribe button. But let's hear what Matt had to say.

SPEAKER_15

The Democrat Party isn't liberal anymore. It's been completely hijacked by socialists and outright communists, and they're not even pretending otherwise. Who wants to tell the Democrat socialists that their entire party is full of people who openly hate capitalism and want to tear down the American system? It's honestly embarrassing how fast and easy it happened. All it took for millions of modern liberals to embrace full-blown communism was a slick coat of lipstick and some shiny new slogans. Call it economic justice, equity, systemic change, and sustainability. Wrap it in rainbow flags, TikTok dances, and corporate pride campaigns, and suddenly the same murderous ideology that slaughtered over a hundred million people in the 20th century starts sounding kind, compassionate, and progressive. They didn't want to reform, they want control, your money through endless taxes, your property through regulations, your speech through censorship, and your children through indoctrination, your guns through confiscation, and your freedom through bigger and bigger government. And if you push back, you're a far right extremist, a bigot, a Nazi, a threat to democracy. This isn't some harmless drift to the left, this is a full speed sprint into Marxism with better marketing, Hollywood celebrities and drag queen branding. They rebranded failure as fabulous and tyranny as tolerance. They should have just called the whole damn movement Dylan Malvaney. Ugly, broken, ideology stuffed into a dress, terrible results, zero authenticity, but forced down everyone's throat with nonstop media hype anyway. The worst part is how many people are still pretending that this is normal. It's not. This is slow motion national suicide, a once great republic willingly injecting itself with poison because the syringe was painted pretty colors. If we don't rip the lipstick off this monster and expose the rotting corpse underneath, we will hand our children a bankrupt, censored, and unrecognizable wasteland where America used to be.

SPEAKER_20

Same here, Monday through Friday. But what he's saying is exactly true and correct. Him and I, we did not have a conversation about this. We didn't talk about this. We've talked about similar things in the past, but we're both seeing the same thing. And I think a lot of the country is seeing the same thing. And I think that we have seen a serious decline in the Democratic Party since the 60s. You could trace it back to the weather underground and the bombings and the calls for violence. And then we had the hippie peaceful revolution through their protests, and it's gradually progressed. Now you've had um people on the right commit acts of violence over the past however many years. Of course you have. Of course you have. They're human beings, but they're not being directed by their political leaders. They're not calling for violence uh across the country. And they're they're not labeling the left. We label the left a lot. We call them communists, we call them socialists, but we never call to go out there and get in their face. We never call to go out there and stop them where they stand. If you see them in a restaurant, get in their face and push them out of there. We do things very different on the right in 2026. We do it through dialogue, we do it through through the microphone, we do it through our uh amended rights of the Constitution. Sure, in the Declaration of Independence, it calls for uprising when your rights are being usurped. It does because that's it at the time of the Declaration of Independence, at the time of the American Revolution, at the time of the American colonies, when we only had 13 colonies and we were under British rule, we did not have any other recourse. They tried every recourse, they tried the Olive Branch petition. What they did with the Declaration of Independence is that it was the declaration of secession. We are seceding from Great Britain, we are throwing off such government, and we are placing new guards for our future security. They did not declare war. They just said, we have a human right to secede because you are now protecting our rights. You are violating our rights, therefore you agree to your own destruction. That's natural law theory. The amendments to the Constitution assured that every American citizen would have a right to speak, to protest, to assemble, to report, to protect their liberties from government without violent uprising. Without it. That is the whole purpose, to avoid that at all costs. Jefferson even wrote in the Declaration of Independence governments long established should not be changed for light or transient causes, which means it has to be a very serious thing. The Democrats loosely throw this around. And it's completely okay. Here's a little montage. Let's watch this.

SPEAKER_01

I just don't even know why there aren't uprisings all over the country. Maybe there will be. People need to start taking to the streets.

SPEAKER_07

This is a dictator. You know, there needs to be unrest in the streets for as long as there's unrest in our lives. Enemies of the state.

SPEAKER_02

Show me where it says that protests are supposed to be polite and peaceful.

SPEAKER_06

Do something about your dad's immigration practices, you feckless.

SPEAKER_07

Magalow, we can't.

SPEAKER_09

How do you resist the temptation to run up and bring her neck?

SPEAKER_11

The biggest terror threat in this country is white men, most of them radicalized right to the right.

SPEAKER_09

I thought he should have punched him in the face. I said, even if you lost, he insulted your wife in the face. He said, Well, what do you think I should have done? I said, I think you should have punched him in the face and then got another race. You wouldn't have been a hero.

SPEAKER_18

I'd like to punch him in the face. I said, if we're in high school, I'd take him in the gym and beat the hell out of me.

SPEAKER_10

People in the face!

SPEAKER_11

You're still gonna have to go out and put a bullet in Donald Trump. And that's a fact.

SPEAKER_07

Where is Dummy?

SPEAKER_05

I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House.

SPEAKER_17

A Missouri State Senator is under investigation by the Secret Service after saying she hopes President Trump is assassinated.

SPEAKER_00

I will go and take Trump out tonight.

SPEAKER_01

And sadly, the domestic enemies to our voting system and our honoring our Constitution are right at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

SPEAKER_03

They're not gonna stop before Election Day in November, and they're not gonna stop after Election Day. And that should be everyone should take note of that on both levels. That this isn't they're not gonna let up, and they should not.

SPEAKER_10

If you think we're rallying now, you ain't seen nothing yet.

SPEAKER_20

Now I challenge you to find Republicans anywhere near that in the conversation. I challenge you to find that. Hey Shelly, welcome. The left has gone completely off the rails. Completely off the rails. And what they have done is they're they've committed to their own destruction. They've backed themselves into such a corner on almost every political issue, it's gonna be very challenging to win future races. It is. We do have a lot of concerns with the midterms, I've said that. But as far as the future of the Democratic Party, where are they supposed to go? So if you don't know the story, in Dallas, Texas, or of the North, the North Texas Antifa terror cell members, right? So Antifa is the anti-fascist group, which they call themselves, but ironically, they're not anti-fascist, they're actually fascist. So what they do is that, say, I go to speak at a college, they will stand in the hallway, they will yell, they will scream, they will bring bullhorns, they will bring alarms, and they will try to silence my speech, my free speech, because they don't want anybody to hear any oppositional view than theirs. They they are responsible for countless, countless acts of violence in the United States of America. Almost every riot over the past 10 years Antifa has been involved in. This these group of kids who were young, who were impressionable, who fell in to the to these far-left extreme ideologies, pushed by so-called moderate Democrats to take to the streets to stop these Nazis at all cost, that somebody needs to put a bullet in Donald Trump. This is what happens. This is exactly what happens. They shot a police officer. They shot a police officer, and the liberal media, we're gonna go over that, is coming to their defense in this sentencing. Calling it extreme, calling it over the top, calling them, oh, these nine protesters. They weren't protesters, they colluded, they organized, they lit off fireworks as a distraction so one guy could kill ICE agents and police officers, and he shot one in the neck. The guy survived, but he shot him in the neck. Here is the video of the actual police officer.

SPEAKER_16

From the moment the first police officer arrives, hey, stop! It only takes seconds.

SPEAKER_19

He's running!

SPEAKER_16

Before he's shot in the neck. He survived and recovered from what federal authorities call a terror attack outside a North Texas ICE detention center on the 4th of See, they're shooting off fireworks. July.

SPEAKER_20

Do not move, he will be shot!

SPEAKER_16

You're seeing the shooting and its aftermath for the first time on video obtained by WFAA.

SPEAKER_18

Don't move! Put your hands!

SPEAKER_16

The feds charged more than a dozen people, calling them Antifa terrorists in a first of its kind case that led to a manhunt, then guilty pleas and convictions this spring. But that night. At least how many's with you? I don't have answers. No, no. Video shows officers struggled to find everyone involved. I think I can say the search. Dash cam audio shows others were more cooperative. I'm just a peaceful protester. State charges are still pending, and nine of the suspects are appealing their federal convictions. Reporting in DFW. I'm Cole Sullivan.

SPEAKER_20

I mean, they can appeal their federal convictions all they want. The data's there. The data is there. They coordinated with each other through their cell phones, through their 4chan chats. That's what the evidence is, and that's why they were convicted. There isn't a other explanation. We were just peacefully protesting. You shot off fireworks to distract a police officer so that their your main guy could kill law enforcement officers. That's what we're being told. That's what the evidence was shown in the trial. That they colluded, they coordinated, they're young. They're young. And the rear the ringleader, or I guess the guy who pulled the trigger, is a marine reservist, which is just absolutely disgraceful. For me to see a fellow Marine do that. They should strip him of his EGA and he should never be able to say it again. I mean, we saw other attacks. We we saw other attacks. We had another sniper um shoot a bunch of people and then kill himself on the roof in another ice facility in Texas. His name was, I think, Joshua Jan. From Allen, Texas. He climbed onto the roof near the ICE facility, fired shots with a rifle, hitting detainees in a transport van. He didn't even hit the right people. You go to stop ICE agents and then you shoot the people in custody. As the cops approached him, he shot himself. Now, was there an Antifa connection with that one? I don't think so. I don't think there was any organizational ties. Reported investigations described him, if I remember correctly, as acting alone. That's not what it's like in this case. And that's why it's such a historic moment or historic trial and something that we've just kind of really never seen before. But these these young impressional kids, what what you're getting from the left violence is you're getting these young and impressionable kids. Tyler Robinson, another one, the one who shot Charlie Kirk, young, impressionable, got sucked into the internet, the internet, and in these these chat logs and calling Charlie a fascist, and he just full of so much hate that we have to take him out. To go out and stop this from happening, to be to be a hero of the left, to to save to save America from this tyranny of these Nazis that are in power. Here is a CNN report. This is the police um explaining the evidence that they found that these guys colluded together.

SPEAKER_13

My name is Marcos Charles. I am the ICE Executive Associate Director for Enforcement Removal Operations. The attack on ICE's Dallas field office yesterday was tragic. Um and while our hearts our prayer and prayers are with the family of the detainees who were shot, the evidence is clear that this was intended as an assault on ICE personnel who come to work every day to do their job. Violent rhetoric has led to over a 1,000% increase in assaults on ICE officers, and it has to stop. In contrast to those who would demonize our men and women, yesterday our brave officers ran back into danger, along with ATF, our partners, to save the detainees while shots were still being fired. Those ICE officers just showed the world who they really are. Law enforcement officers who want the best for our country. That's ICE. Integrity, courage, excellence. They were willing to be able to be able to be able Willing to put their lives on the line to pull detainees out of the transport van to get them to safety. They are heroes, and I hope the media has the integrity to shine a light on this story. Enough is enough with the harmful lies and violent rhetoric. It has to stop. The uh shooter use the ice tracking apps.

SPEAKER_20

So the ice tracking apps are these apps that exist uh that will tell you where ice agents are and what they're doing. So basically they're doxing um ice agents are being doxed um in the uh course of their duties.

SPEAKER_13

Anyone who creates or distributes these apps that is designed to spot, track, and locate ICE officers are well aware of the dangers that they're exposing to law enforcement. It's a casting call to invite bad actors to attack law enforcement officers. It's no different than giving a hitman the location of their intended target, and this is exactly what we saw happen in Dallas yesterday. The media has been amplifying these apps even as we warned them it would only lead to more attacks on law enforcement. We truly wish we didn't have to say, I told you so, but here we are.

SPEAKER_20

So this is a coordinated attack attack by these individuals. But the left is not calling it that. Here is a PBS report. Just watch this video. It's a little bit long, but it's important to hear the other side. So here's the big political divide in our country. Here's the big political divide. Number one, everybody's stuck in their own bubble in their own echo chamber. When you as a conservative are scrolling through Facebook or Twitter or X or TikTok, you're being fed the things that you watch. So you're watching my show, you're watching the Don't Unfriend Me Show, you're watching Ben Shapiro, Michael Knowles, Matt Walsh, maybe Steven Crowder. You're watching people who are kind of giving the same message, right? The same is true on the Democrat side. You're listening to people who are only giving you this message. So if you try to go talk to a Democrat about this group of people, they're gonna tell you, no, this is Trump actually being a Nazi. This is Trump out of control. These people were just protesting. They're just innocent kids who were protesting and they're going to jail for a hundred years. Forget all the evidence. Doesn't matter because they only believe what they thought heard on their television set. The difference between the right and the left media is the right media is completely split. It's completely split. The right side of the aisle is full of a hundred thousand independent journalists like me who all investigate, who all come to similar conclusions. The left didn't really have many podcasters. I would say a quarter of the amount. Definitely not even close to half. People who were trying to make it. I think I know of like one. I'm not even gonna say his name. But that the you're getting a lot more independent investigation on the right side of the aisle. One of those journalists unfolded the scam in Minnesota with the Somalians in the daycare. So that's what you're getting from the right. You're getting a splintered people finding different things, posting the evidence, finding different things, posting the evidence, and then we all kind of look at all of the evidence and we all come to our our conclusion and put it out to the audience. On the left side of the aisle, you're watching CNN, you're watching MSNBC, or you're on Blue Sky, which is just a raging lunatic app for the mentally unwell, but you're getting a structured corporate representation of the news. And here it is. Here's PBS, the public broadcasting station that your taxpayer dollars pay for. The federal government's taxpayer dollars paid for this.

SPEAKER_06

As America approaches its 250th anniversary, discover a story you may not know at the Schmidt Bokery.

SPEAKER_20

So the public broadcasting station, the ads almost done. I'm not paying for that. So I will watch their ads. Are talking about this as if these people are just so innocent. They're just so innocent. They're such they're victims of Trump's New America. It's outrageous. It's ludicrous. This is just one. There's a there's a hundred others out there. The January sixth thing, they did not shoot a police officer. One person did not light off fireworks, another person did not circle around the backside so that another person could get a clean shot on the police officers. That's not what they that's they did not coordinate that way. If anything, January 6th was the most uncoordinated gaggle F I've ever seen in my life. And yeah, the people did the videos are there. They did some bad things, but they did some innocent things, too. There were people that just came in after the police were like, forget it, just let them in. Oh, a guy just comes up and says, Oh, we can walk in the Capitol, boom, boom, boom, up sentence 50 years. You're a terrorist. It's a completely different scenario. But these people actually shot a police officer.

SPEAKER_05

And just listen. All of those people have since received pardons or commutations from President Trump. Our justice correspondent Allie Rogan has more.

SPEAKER_08

These nine protesters were arrested after they demonstrated outside a migrant detention facility in Texas last year. During the protest, a police officer was shot in the neck. He survived.

SPEAKER_20

Because when they manipulate the youth and they have them tell them to go out and fight, go out and hurt people, they're protecting them because they're the strong arm of the Democratic Party. You screw with us, we're gonna hurt you, we're gonna put you in the hurt locker, but we're gonna keep our hands clean. It's like the Joker in Batman recruiting the mentally unwell from insane asylums and the schizophrenics to go out and do his bidding. It's the same thing in a Democratic Party.

SPEAKER_08

Are these sentences typical?

SPEAKER_12

No, they're not. The sentences are extremely harsh. Uh there are sentences that are more typical for people who have committed murder or stolen millions of dollars. Compare these defendants to two other sets of defendants. One, they're co-defendants who were accused of the same conduct but pled guilty. They're going to be sentenced next month, and they're looking at around 15 years. We can also think of the 1,500 people who were prosecuted in connection with the attack on the Capitol on January 6, 2021. The most any of those defendants received was 22 years compared with the 30 to 70 years that are not a good thing.

SPEAKER_08

What do we know about Antifa and whether or not this terrorism label is really accurate?

SPEAKER_12

Antifa is not a formal organization. It doesn't have a leadership structure or a list of members. It's more of a network of people on the far left who are opposed to fascism.

SPEAKER_20

It it sounds like a terrorist cell. There's no website for Al-Qaeda. You don't fill out a membership form. There's no membership roles. They don't pay dues. But they are a group under a title who communicates with each other to commit violent acts on the United States soil. That literally makes you a terrorist. Just because you say you're anti-fascist doesn't mean you are.

SPEAKER_12

It doesn't mean that you are. President Trump has labeled it a domestic terrorist organization. Now there is such a thing as a foreign terrorist organization, but the law doesn't provide any classification for domestic terrorist organizations. More significantly, five of the alleged Antifa members pled guilty and they supported the prosecution. But on the stand, they denied that they and any of the co-defendants were members of Antifa. They said what brought them together is that they were a member of a book group of the Emma.

SPEAKER_20

Sounds like something a terrorist organization would say. These people who plan this whole thing out to go there with weapons and kill police officers, kill ICE agents, and to commit an act of war on the federal government. You're telling me they did not come up with a plan for when they get caught and what to say. I would 100% be on their side of PBS if the evidence wasn't there for the coordination and the attack didn't happen. If they were just out there protesting, even if they just, I don't know, threw a rocket a window, uh, punched a window, hit it with a skateboard, any of those things, I would say, you're absolutely right. This prosecution is unacceptable. But you lit fireworks off to draw police officers in one direction so that they would run into the arms of the person who is going to kill them. That's not protesters. And PBS, why are you even an organization? Why is my tax money going to any media whatsoever? They're completely owned and ran by the Democratic Party. Their funding comes from the Democratic Party.

SPEAKER_08

Named after them.

SPEAKER_12

Oh, interesting.

SPEAKER_20

Like Karl Marx? Che Guevara? Stalin? Lenin? Adolf Hitler? To say that he's on the other side of the aisle is crazy for a college student who actually believe that the Nazis were on the on the right, the National Socialist Party, right? Oh, but their argument is that just because it says National Socialist doesn't mean it's national socialist. Huh. I wonder that's how you formed your name of anti-fascist. So what we'll do is here's how we're going to take everything over. But it's going to be kind of fascist-like. So what we'll do is we'll just in our name, we'll say we're anti-fascist. They're not an organization. They're not real. They have a logo. They have flags. They have merch. What are you talking about? You buffoon.

SPEAKER_08

What sort of message do you think the Department of Justice was sending in pursuing these sentences? And do you think we're going to see this in future cases against protesters, especially those who are protesting administration policies like the immigration crackdown?

unknown

Trevor Burrus, Jr.

SPEAKER_12

Last year after the murder of Charlie Kirk, President Trump signed the National Security Presidential Memo 7. It's a directive that says that the government should use its law enforcement resources to focus on domestic terrorist organizations. And he said domestic terrorist ideology could include anti-capitalist views, people who have extreme views on race and gender and immigration, and even people who are opposed to what the directive described as traditional teachings on marriage and the family. The concern is that prosecutions based on this directive chill free speech. People who demonstrate, even people who are resisting the administration, have First Amendment rights to free speech and freedom of assembly.

SPEAKER_20

They do.

SPEAKER_12

They absolutely do.

SPEAKER_08

Professor Paul Butler, thank you so much.

SPEAKER_12

Always a pleasure.

SPEAKER_20

Just understand that that guy teaches lawyers how to be lawyers, and then they go out in the world. What do they what do they fight for in courts? This is why the United States has completely strayed from its original intent. From its founding principles. Because if people like that, I mean, what a clown. They were caught. Caught in chat rooms, in text messages. You cannot make any argument that they were just protesting. Oh, they they escalated to vandalism. Good, put them away for vandalism. The Constitution says you have the right to peacefully assemble, not go destroy things. And yes, that goes for the January 6th people too. Yes, of course it does. Here is here's the Fox News clip.

SPEAKER_18

Texas Antifa cell were sentenced in federal court today in what federal officials call the first federal domestic terrorism trial targeting a coordinated group of Antifa operatives. The group's leader, Benjamin Song, was sentenced to 100 years in prison for the attempted murder of an Alvadero, uh Alvadado uh police officer during an attack of an immigration detention center last summer. Two others in the group were sentenced to 50 years. Eight members of a North Texas Antifa cell were sent you.

SPEAKER_20

You don't. Here is the local news story. I haven't watched this one yet. Let's see.

SPEAKER_14

Nearly a dozen people are now facing multiple federal charges.

SPEAKER_04

Make no mistake, this was not a so-called peaceful protest. It was indeed an ambush.

SPEAKER_20

It's never a peaceful protest. This is unique in to the fact that they coordinated like this, that they have the messages, they have the ice tracking apps that they use to locate these I for ice officers, then they lit off fireworks to distract so that they could ambush these officers. Right? That that's the difference here in January 6th, number one. Number two, the the rhetoric justifies this because here's what you have now. Here's what amplifies now. You have a Democrat Party telling you to go out and attack people, right? We played the clips at the beginning of the show. If you didn't hear it, go back to the beginning. There's a montage of all of these Democrats calling for violence. That's step one. You call for violence. So somebody who's already a little bit agitated with the system, somebody who's who's not very happy with the current administration because maybe their student loans didn't get forgived, or maybe uh the interest rates or gas prices were too high. And they were just a little bit aggravated, right? Maybe somebody who's who has just a little bit of fear and maybe doesn't have all of their, you know, or are dealt the shorthand of the stick when it comes to brains or mental wellness, it starts to listen to you. And then you say go out and attack them. And then it amplifies it because now the left comes out after screaming that they're Nazis, screaming that they're they're a threat to democracy. Now you know what happens. Now, when these people get caught for doing exactly what they told them to do, the press comes out to their defense. And now all the rest of the little minion democrats are going, yeah, oh my goodness. Oh my, look at them. They are Nazis. They were just peacefully protesting and they're putting them in jail, calling them terrorists. Anybody who opposes Donald Trump is going to be put in jail. He is a Nazi. You know, I didn't really think so, but he actually is. He's literally Hitler. And what happens then? More and more and more and more and more violence. It amplifies it. It turns a situation that is not stationed in reality into something 10 times more dangerous. This has been amplified over 20 30 years.

SPEAKER_14

One day, the Department of Justice shared new details on a shooting at the Prairie Land Attention Center in Alvaredo, south of Fort Worth. Officials say around 10 30 p.m. on July 4th, a group of 10 to 12 people dressed in black military style clothing shot off fireworks. And vandalized the facility.

SPEAKER_04

They engaged in a graffiti. They damaged vehicles and a guard structure. The graffiti had such words as traitor, ice pig, other profanity.

SPEAKER_20

All of that crap is fine. I don't care about that, right? The police, I used to be a cop. Police officers, detectives, even politicians, they try to amplify things with things that really aren't that bad, right? Who knows if these individuals who set up the ambush even graffitied that? Yeah, they're protesting. They do graffiti it. Is it vandalism? Yes. But it doesn't really amplify or acknowledge even further what these guys did. This is what these idiot uh protesters do.

SPEAKER_14

Well, say this was a ruse to draw out the ICE personnel, and it worked. Two unarmed corrections officers went to speak with the vandals. Meanwhile, the group signaled a gunman nearby. Alvaredo police responded to a 911 call at the facility. When the officer got there, he was shot in the neck, and another assailant fired 20 to 30 rounds at the unarmed corrections officers. When the suspects fled the scene, the Johnson County Sheriff's Office stopped a vehicle leaving the detention center.

SPEAKER_04

There was a single driver in that vehicle. The sheriff deputy saw in plain sight a firearm. Another firearm was in the backseat. And there were two Kevlar ballistic style vests also in that vehicle.

SPEAKER_14

According to court documents, this driver told the sheriff deputy he met some people online and took them from Dallas to the detention center to quote, make some noise. On the detention center property, Sheriff Deputy stopped seven individuals near where the Alvaredo police officer was shot.

SPEAKER_04

Some were wearing body armor, some were covered in mud, some were armed, and some had two-way radios on them.

SPEAKER_14

When authorities searched the area, they found more body armor, spray paint, and flyers with anti-ICE messaging.

SPEAKER_04

Over the course of the weekend, additional related searches occurred. We found masks, goggles, tactical gloves. With one residence of one of the defendants, there was additional body armor. There was a cache of nine additional weapons, spray paint, fireworks, and again, insurrectionist material.

SPEAKER_14

The Department of Justice charged the 10 suspects with three counts of attempted murder of a federal officer and three counts of discharging a firearm in relation to a crime of violence. An additional co-conspirator is charged with obstruction of justice and conspiracy for attempting to conceal and destroy evidence in relation to the attack. He faces up to 10 years in prison. This will not be tolerated.

SPEAKER_20

You know, we've seen this this this constant this constant validation of political violence on the left. When Charlie Kirk was killed, everybody celebrated. We not everybody, but we there was massive celebrations. Massive celebrations on on the on the left side of the aisle. We don't have to, he was so hateful. He was so full of hate. It was absolutely disgraceful and disgusting to hear that. But what does that do? You turn Tyler Robinson, the guy who shot Charlie Kirk, into a hero. What does it do for everybody else? What does it do? What does it do for the guy who's upset and he's sitting there and he's he's doubting himself and he goes, he goes, um, ah man, you know, I want to go out there and do something. I really do. But I just don't think it's worth it. I really don't think it's right. And uh I I just don't know. I just don't know. And then all of a sudden this happens, and everybody's celebrating online, and they all make this guy, Tyler Robinson, look like a hero, and the media comes out and protects them with this ice agent attack. All of a sudden, you're gonna go down in history. So that's where that, yeah, that is where all of this political violence is coming from. That's where all of it's coming from. It's coming from the left. You know, I mean, there were there were middle school teachers. John Colgan posted that Kirk's death brightened up his day. A middle school teacher. Said that. It was a s it was a scandal at uh Stanford University. They have this internal uh social media, and they the one of the quotes was just came back from a Charlie Girk celebration party. I'm drunk as F guys. Well, people called it ironic or deserved. It's one of the best academic institutions in the world. Well, used to be anyway. But the left destroyed that too. They destroy everything. The left has been wanting to destroy this country and take it over from the beginning. That's what that's what the left side of the aisle does. That's what socialism and communism does. They're revolutionists. They want to revolt, they want to take over. They want to invade existing institutions and turn them around. Zoramandani is the perfect example in New York City. The perfect example. Clear communist. Clear communist. Extreme communist. And frankly, a terrorist supporter. He should not be holding any political office. He should borderline be a member of the United States of America. I'm not calling for any violence towards him. Notice that. Notice how the entire right side of the aisle does not really like this guy, completely disagrees with him, but all they do is voice their opinion. That's it. They don't bash, they don't say, hey, go out, you need to stop Zoramandani. This guy's out of control. We don't do that. We don't like political violence. Has it happened? Oh, on the right side? Absolutely. Absolutely. But not like it has on the left. Not like the domino effect we're seeing, where the politicians call for violence. Violence happens. The media protects the violence and tries to spin it like it's something else. Politicians call for more violence. They remember the spinning of it and they go, oh my God, they really are. It's really totalitarian control. Everything they're saying is happening. We're going to lose everything we have in this country if I don't have, if I can't do anything. So I need to raid the White House and try to kill Donald Trump and then run through metal detectors. Or I need to get on a roof. He's giving a speech in Butler, Pennsylvania. This guy needs to be stopped. It has to happen. It has to happen. The whole country's at risk. It's real in their mind. And it's not real in their mind because they came up with the idea on their own. That's the problem. These kids, they're all kids. These Antifa members are either like middle-aged uh slow people or pedos, or they're 18, 19-year-old college kids who've been sheltered a lot or weren't maybe very accepted in high school. Or they they're they're empathetic to whatever ism or cause that is in the world, with the, oh, we need to protect the rights of people who pretend that they're that they're bunny rabbits. People can identify as bunny rabbits. We want to make sure that bunny rabbits can hop around in school. What do you mean you won't let me hop around in school? But that's the strategy of the ref the left. They want to eat the actual modern Democrats. A moderate Democrat in 1970 is a frickin' MAGA supporter today. That's how far off the left side of the rail the Democratic Party has gone. That's exactly how far off the rail that they have gone. John F. Kennedy would be rowed out on a rail in the Democratic Party in 2026. He would not be welcome. He would not be welcome. They would be like, dude, get out of here. Get out of here. We don't want you here. You're not one of us. You're not part of us. How do you stop it? Because my position is they absolutely have free speech. They do, and they can say those things. And I the last thing that I want is for federal agents or the Department of Justice going after these people for calling for violence, even though they're calling for violence. I don't necessarily agree with that. I think the only thing you can really do is fight it with more words, which is what the First Amendment is about. That's what a debate is about. You can say that, and then I come up here and we discuss it. There needs to be a discussion. And there needs to be like an uproar from their constituents. I don't care what side of the aisle you're on. We all have morals. We're all supposed to have morals. We're supposed to have similar morals as human nature. Where if my congresswoman was calling for somebody to be hurt, like Mom Domini, and Mom Domini got hurt and she was celebrating it, I wouldn't be happy about that. I'll tell you that right now. I'd be very disappointed and I would not go out of my way to vote for her. And if I was a little bit more moderate, I might actually vote on the other ticket. But we as just human beings have this responsibility to stop this nonsense. This nonsense. PBS running a cover story for these clowns who coordinated attack to assassinate ICE agents is absolutely acceptable. It's not unacceptable. It is not objective journalism. It is propaganda running protection for a radical Democratic Party that has gone completely off the rails and is completely out of control. And there's there's no excuse for it. There's no excuse for it. None whatsoever. So the Benjamin Hanil Sung guy, he got 100 years in prison for this attack. He's the one who pulled the trigger. And then the rest of them got between 30 to 70 plus years for roles in the riot, providing material support to terrorists, right? Because now they're labeled as a domestic terrorist organization. So if they come to you and they say, hey man, listen, we're we're gonna uh we're we're gonna we're gonna set these guys up. I just need you to be my lookout. Yeah, that's support to terrorists. It's obstruction. And and that's what happened. I don't know how good an appeal is gonna be. If they have um if they have the um the juice, which I'm sure they will, if Kamala Harris can raise billions of dollars from the Democratic Party in a minute, I'm sure they'll have a legal team that will maybe take this to the Supreme Court of the United States, but I don't think that the evidence is there. So in the the judge in the sentencing said uh the noting it was only by the grace of God that more people weren't killed. Prosecutors tied the group to Antifa ideology, anti-government, anti-ICE anarchist views, and described it as part of a militant network. Defense attorneys disputed formal Antifa membership and argued it was a protest that got out of hand. Says this is the federal, the major federal sentencing of Antifa, Link Cell, following President Trump's 2025 executive order designating Antifa as domestic terrorist organizations. It's being held by the administration as a major win in dismantling these networks. They are that these are the people that coordinate riots, and it's not necessarily Antifa that are coordinating riots, but they're they're part of it. They're part of it. You know, I remember when Barack Obama was running for for presidency and um Bill Air came out as one of his friends, right? The Weather Underground. And um The Weather Underground was some serious stuff. You know, they they bombed places too. This was back in the 60s or the 70s. And you you really, you know, I'm not you really haven't seen the switch in the Democratic Party since Barack Obama. And we said it. We said this guy is part of a Marxist ideology, part of a uh uh a group of college-minded people who believed in revolutionaries. Now, obviously, his actions weren't that Marxist. Barack Obama's nowhere near Mam Dani, but he he shared some of the same beliefs. So they they they call it, but the the Weather Underground, they called themselves the Weathermen, right? They were a radical left terrorist group. They were formed in the late 1960s for students for a democratic society. They were Marxists who believed in the violent revolution to overthrow the United States government. They were famous for bombings, riots, and attacks on police. Does any of this sound familiar? The Pentagon and other symbols of American imperialism. They killed people and they declared war in the United States. Their key slogan was you don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows. They would do violent programs and then they would go underground and disappear. Nobody who knew who knew who they were or where they went. They didn't have a membership card. Nobody was actually officially a member. They were just a group of people who networked and talked. It's the same thing. It's practically the same organization. Now, Bill Ayers, who was Barack Obama's friend, he was the co-founder and the leader of the Weather Underground, personally involved in planning, advocating bombings. At least 30 bombings. He became a professor of education at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He pushed radical education theories and has been unapologetic about his past violence, saying things like the bombings were justified against the Vietnam War and, of course, of course, racism. In 2008, Ayers was known as an associate of Barack Obama in Chicago. They served on boards together. Ayers hosted events for Obama's political career. Obama downplayed it as just a guy who lives in my neighborhood, but the relationship was more involved than that during Obama's early rise. This is just old political, left-wing political violence resurfaced under a different name. It's the same thing. The only difference is nowadays we have the technology to find, report, and see. Everybody has a cell phone. These idiots probably recorded it themselves. The Weather Underground was the Antifa of the 1960s and 70s. It's word for word. They're the same thing.

SPEAKER_19

It's the same ideology.

SPEAKER_20

Even back then, the Democrats would call the Weather Underground mostly peaceful, peaceful. It's just a few bad eggs. Just a few of them. They're not really an organization. It's the same thing because the left has been growing faster and faster and faster. And further off the left end of the aisle, they're falling off of the political spectrum. They're falling off of it. That's how far left they've gone. And I think Democrats who've been Democrats for their whole lives, they don't even realize it. They just associate themselves with the Democratic Party and then they turn around and they find themselves defending some things. How could a Democrat in the 1970s or a 1980s even consider being a member of the Democrat Party today? How is that even a possible thought? There is not a single issue the Democrat Party presents that I think any normal, rational human being should agree with at all. At all. I don't think that Michelle said the difference is back then the authorities dealt with it and no one balked. That's a very good point, Michelle. Thank you for saying that. Because it shows the whole defund the police, putting police officers like Derek Chauvin in prison for the rest of their life and many others who lost their career was one of the biggest reasons I left the police department. Out of fear of doing my job and being executed for it. Socially, politically, and maybe even legitimately. Yeah, but police, their hands are tied. New York City's a joke. Cops can't do anything. Cops can't stop the protesters. They can't arrest people. You shoot somebody, you're in deep shit. Excuse me. I'm trying to clean it up. They get eight-pound trigger pulls on their trigger, so they're gonna shoot and it's gonna go everywhere. All the bad, all the good cops left. I know a ton of police officers. They're gone. I'm gone. You get rid of the good cops. Now you only have bad cops. You have a police department that is afraid to act on you because they're afraid they're gonna wind up in jail or sued or they're gonna lose their career or their retirement and their pension and their family and their wives. And then the media supports who? Who did the media support in all these police-related incidents? They didn't support the police officer, they supported the criminal. That's part of it. That's part of the system that perpetuates the violence of the left. And the only way to stop it is to expose it and to keep screaming into the microphone. I truly believe in that. It worked, it worked getting Donald Trump elected. It was thousands of podcasters screaming into microphones. That's what got Donald Trump elected as president of the United States after 2020. It was the biggest political comeback in American history, or that will ever happen. And the um the fact that he's he's systematically dismantling the Democratic Party and setting it up so that they'll never have control again. That's exactly what he's doing, and nobody sees it. I see it. I see it. The um the redistricting of the maps, because the Democrats have been stealing these districts and electoral votes for decades and years, is gonna give us another 10 house seats, shutting down the rioters, demanding peace and justice, cleaning up Washington, D.C. He's setting it up so that the Democratic Party is just completely dead forever. And that I unfortunately that's what needs to happen. Because they don't stand for what they used to stand for. The Democratic Party used to be the biggest advocate for free speech. They were a massive advocate for free speech. But now they they use their FBI to go after social media people who are posting about Hunter Biden's laptop. That's that's true. And then and then the left was defending it. The media was defending it. Thank you so much for tuning in. I'm so grateful for all of you being listeners. Don't forget, we are live every Monday through Friday at 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The podcast gets released the following morning. So, well, actually, it gets released right after the show. Um, make sure you follow it on Apple Podcasts. If you do me a huge favor, I had a bunch of uh liberal loonies, some of these little Antifa guys and their little terror cells in my comments who went to my Apple Podcast and left it like 100 one-star reviews. So here's what they do: they have these groups on Facebook, and they're all like left-wing lunatics, right? There's a 10,000 of them in there. I'll post something, they'll tag the group in my post, and then all of a sudden 10,000 come and they call it what they call it is they call it dragging. But then they went to the podcast and they gave me all one-star reviews, and it brought my five-star all the way down to three. So if you go on there and if you be honest, if you like the show, give me a five-star review. I appreciate it. I love it. Thank you so much for your support. Go to RyanFsamuels.com, subscribe to the blog. I write blog articles like every night. I try to. I'm gonna write one about this episode today and post it tonight.
