Richard Speight, Jr.
Nashville-born Richard Speight, Jr. is an actor, director, producer, and musician. A USC School of Theatre graduate, he's best known as the Trickster/Archangel Gabriel on CW's Supernatural and as Sergeant Warren 'Skip' Muck in HBO's Band of Brothers. He's appeared in Jericho, Justified, and Old Henry.
Behind the camera, Speight has directed episodes of Supernatural, Kung Fu, Lucifer, and Dead Boy Detectives. Drawing from his convention experience, he co-created comedy series Kings of Con (Prime Video).
Musically, Speight fronts southern rock band Dick Jr. & The Volunteers. What began as playing bass to crash parties evolved through Supernatural conventions, where performing with the house band reignited his passion. His album The Dance and How to Do It charted on country platforms, proving the band's legitimacy beyond his convention persona.
