Jeff Wieland, host of the WB Download podcast, discusses Wieland Builders involvement in the Homearama show for the past 25 years. Jeff shares the Home Builder's Association's selection process for the show’s site, how a home builder is selected to be in the show, how their lot is chosen and the importance of community support. He highlights the show’s tradition and the WOW factor of new home innovation and key design elements in their homes, such as statement staircases, pubs/bars on the first floor, outdoor living covered porches with cathedral ceilings and beams, painted brick, arches, luxurious primary suites, large walk-in pantries, custom built-ins, his and her home office spaces and landscaping, etc. 

Jeff also announced Wieland Builders will be participating in the 2026 Homearama located at The Estates at Bothe Farms. It will be their 26th year participating in the show.
