In this episode I talk through Inauguration Day and my love affair with the traditions and pomp and circumstance of a major American event like an inauguration. I bumped into an old boss over the weekend and I'm fairly certain he forgot my name. And my old boss got me thinking about some stories about long past annual reviews...some that didn't go so well.
