79. inner healing: the Universe is answering you

The Universe is Answering you. So be deliberately careful about you are asking, allowing and holding in your body, thoughts and heart

The world has changed a lot since January 1st, hasn’t it? And in this season of revolving changes, where you may be wondering:

~ when is my turn gonna come?

~ when is “it” gonna happen?

….where you may not yet realize that this same season is oh, so ripe with fresh in-coming blessings and becomings!

Dove, Your brave askings and wantings (even your quiet prayers) present tremendous pathways to your relief. That you most certainly deserve to “taste”

You see,

You have been trusting the small voice within you, the twinkle in your body that feeeeels good

and you’re decision to defy trauma’s seductive regression plan - (that wishes for you to keep you living in the past, in the “shoulds”, in regret, in shame

And instead, thank you are choosing day in day out, to reach for HOPE!

To believe that more goodness CAN come into your life.

It is so deeply moving and exhilarating to learn of your unrelenting courage

Someone said to me recently,

“Thank you for choosing me to join your program”

and I said

“You are the one doing the choosing, by believing in your love, for yourself. By knowing that it IS natural to feel good about yourself. And to want, to seek, that goodness everyday.”

You see, Doves, without your silent prayers, without your askings and wantings, the Universe is “unemployed” and longing for you to want what you DO want - more and more!

In my own healing journey (and 9+ years of guiding gorgeous doves, like you), I’ve come to understand that sometimes all it takes is a little bit of practice, of allowing MORE of what you want, to “sing” you to light-up, that wanting - so that you can receive-with-ease, all the nourishing support and freedom - in, In, Into your body, heart, and mind and your life. So that you feel cared for as you clear out the clutter and finally, come home to peace with yourself.
