Episode 29 - Summer market report

Even when we're out, we're still selling houses! This time of year is slow, but this is actually a great time to SELL because the buyers buying right now are SERIOUS! 

• There aren't usually casual buyers right now. And there's low inventory. This means it's the perfect time to optimize your listing and get the buyers you want in the door. 
• It's a tight market out there for buyers between 300 and 450... but it's not impossible. We share some things we've learned this summer about getting you a home within your budget.
