037- Summertime, holidays, weddings, parties... how can we enjoy them all without feeling deprived? The old diet mentality would say that either you can't or you can but you'll be cheating and will have to get back on board on Monday.
Are you tired of that yo-yo way of living? Maybe you're like many and have just thrown in the towel for this season and once you get back into your routine you plan on starting again. That's ok but...

Whatever your plan is I encourage you to listen and take away at least one tip to implement. Have fun with it. As you'll hear me say, not one of my Feel Light Mind and Body clients are being 'perfect'. That's overrated and impossible to sustain. It's progress not perfection. My personal goal isn't perfection otherwise I know it would show up as procrastination. It's becoming aware and deciding on purpose.

Your experience and gatherings may be richer when implementing tip #1.
You can have fun, be creative, and be purposeful with tip #2.
