040- As summer starts to draw to a close tap into that back-to-school energy to create healthier habits for this new season.

Embracing change and focusing on the possibilities ahead of you, rather than looking in the rearview mirror, will serve you energetically and get you closer to your end goal.

Get excited about creating and then establishing your healthy habits goals. Listen for one simple step that will keep you out of overwhelm.

You'll also hear why I love exercise for my overall health but why you don't need to rely on exercise to lose weight.

I have clients who've lost 60+ pounds without exercise and their joints thank them. There's a time to add in workouts. However, focusing on the 90% (thought work and nutrition) is what will make it sustainable and keep you from hopping on and off the bandwagon of frustration and discouragement.

While I'm all about loving, accepting and supporting ourselves as we are, because of that, we can take that energy and create the healthiest outcome ever. By doing so, we're also taking care of our future self.

So if you're already in the habit and your body is ready for exercise, then enjoy it. But please don't ever try to over exercise to make up for a binge, cheat day, or F-it eating.
