And we're saying that tisk"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":224.04,"endTime":227.76,"body":"tisk tisk that's really bad. That there's now"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":295.64,"endTime":298.58,"body":"more people paying attention to"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":295.64,"endTime":298.58,"body":"their local races or local"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":298.58,"endTime":302.18,"body":"elections to what Mayor, what"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":298.58,"endTime":302.18,"body":"city council is doing, there are"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":302.18,"endTime":306.47,"body":"more people paying attention and"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":302.18,"endTime":306.47,"body":"waking up now than we've seen in"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":306.47,"endTime":311.48,"body":"decades, if not maybe for our"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":306.47,"endTime":311.48,"body":"entire lifetimes. And yet, even"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":311.48,"endTime":314.12,"body":"though there are people waking"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":311.48,"endTime":314.12,"body":"up, there are still probably"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":314.12,"endTime":317.27,"body":"people listening to us right now"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":314.12,"endTime":317.27,"body":"who are sitting on the"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":317.27,"endTime":319.31,"body":"sidelines. And then there could"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":317.27,"endTime":319.31,"body":"be a variety of reasons, right?"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":319.31,"endTime":322.31,"body":"There might be people saying,"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":319.31,"endTime":322.31,"body":"well, I'm willing to do"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":322.31,"endTime":326.24,"body":"something, I don't know what to"},{"speaker":"Tim Barton","startTime":322.31,"endTime":326.24,"body":"do.
