And Title 42, the"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":168.35,"endTime":172.46,"body":"immigration stuff, there was a"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":168.35,"endTime":172.46,"body":"COVID provision put in there"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":172.94,"endTime":175.37,"body":"that allowed immigrants,"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":172.94,"endTime":175.37,"body":"required to stay on the other"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":175.37,"endTime":178.25,"body":"side of the border, not just the"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":175.37,"endTime":178.25,"body":"Remain in Mexico policy. But"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":178.25,"endTime":180.44,"body":"COVID said, You can't come in"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":178.25,"endTime":180.44,"body":"the United States, our"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":180.44,"endTime":183.83,"body":"immigration laws are different"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":180.44,"endTime":183.83,"body":"under COVID. And so"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":191.63,"endTime":195.5,"body":"the house and others had sued,"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":195.53,"endTime":198.8,"body":"and there were plaintiffs"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":195.53,"endTime":198.8,"body":"against the Biden administration"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":198.8,"endTime":201.89,"body":"and lifting rule 42, which was"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":198.8,"endTime":201.89,"body":"the COVID rule. And it was"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":201.89,"endTime":205.94,"body":"unanimous Supreme Court decision"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":201.89,"endTime":205.94,"body":"that, no you can't keep the"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":205.94,"endTime":208.43,"body":"COVID restrictions in place."},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":205.94,"endTime":208.43,"body":"Even if you're trying to help"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":208.43,"endTime":212.15,"body":"immigration and stop the flow of"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":208.43,"endTime":212.15,"body":"illegal immigrants. You can't do"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":212.15,"endTime":214.85,"body":"it this way. And so"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":223.79,"endTime":227.96,"body":"Gorsuch, did a huge smackdown of"},{"speaker":"David Barton","startTime":223.79,"endTime":227.96,"body":"how bad the policy had been.
