A retired corporate executive turned community changemaker, Mike is the Executive Director of Tharros Village—an organized, self-governed community offering real solutions for people experiencing homelessness: food, shelter, healthcare, and transportation. When taxes are low, often so are government services. Mike and a network of local churches and dedicated volunteers have stepped up to fill the gap, relying on their ingenuity, dedication, and commitment. And they do it daily.
