Madhu Anziani was raised in a Jewish-Puerto Rican home in Richmond, California. He is a composer, ceremonialist, sound healer extraordinaire, diviner, and spiritual mentor whose journey was put to the test after being paralyzed as a quadriplegic at the age of 23. Using sound and energy healing Madhu completely recovered. His story is featured in the book Energy Medicine by Jill Blakeway. He studied Jazz and World Music at San Francisco State University and is certified in Sound, Voice, and Music Healing from the California Institute of Integral Studies. He is a sanctioned teacher in the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition of Ancestral Peruvian Healing Arts, which offers apprenticeship in earth honoring rituals, the perspective of living in sacred reciprocity with the spirits of nature, and the ability to harness the elemental powers of nature for healing and ceremonial mastery. The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition is derived from the Andean Paqokuna lineage of the high mountains as well as the Kamasqa Curanderismo lineage from the Northern Coast of Peru. Madhu offers one-on-one mentorship for aspiring healers, those who wish to open their voice, adepts of spiritual work, and those interested in daily mystical living. He teaches from a cross-cultural lens, weaving chanting techniques from numerous languages including Sanskrit, Tibetan, and Hebrew. Madhu is a practitioner of Wisdom Healing Chi Gong and has received blessing from Master Mingtong Gu to teach a 5-Organ Sound Healing practice for emotional purification. Madhu has also been initiated as a Stick Diviner in the West African Dagara tradition, and serves as a medium between this world, the ancestral world, and the spirits of nature, brining harmony to all dimensions of our Self, Ancestors, Community, and Purpose.
