It's amazing, how we go through everyday not realizing how heavily we are impacted by our past. So many decisions we have made with quick impulses, not understanding at the time the consequences that would follow. In this episode I open up and discuss with you, the choices I have made that still to this day I have not forgiven myself over. As I am sure many of you face similar feelings, we must realize that true growth requires forgiveness. Whatever or whoever, the choices, and the consequences that plague you I encourage you today as I am encouraging myself to forgive and let it go.
