In this episode, we sat down with Tiffany Derry, former Top Chef fan favorite, celebrity chef, and restaurant owner. Tiffany is currently appearing as a guest judge on Season 18 of Top Chef and was a former Top Chef contestant and fan-favorite. We were thrilled to talk with her about her rise to success & the amazing perspective that helped her get there.  Tiffany started her career in the kitchen at just 15. Despite the obstacles, she has gone on to become one of the most well-known and loved celebrity chefs. Tiffany talks with us about not having many black female chefs to look up to,  and how she had the confidence to push through a male-dominated industry. We talk with Tiffany about her successful restaurants and giving back to her community.
