I've been wanting to interview Rico, co-founder of Love Live Light Healing Hub for such a long time, and I'm so grateful to have finally sat down with him.
Love Live Light Healing Hub is a wellness wonderland that's disrupted the Welsh wellness scene and taken Cardiff (and now Newport) by storm.
The Hub is a beautifully designed community cafe that also offers treatments including sauna and pressotheraphy. It's also home to a weekly running club that invites the LLLHH soul family to connect and share their passions.
Rico is incredibly passionate about living through the heart, sharing abundantly and being a beacon of light for others.
It's so inspiring to hear how every decision that he and his partner Tess make in their business is based upon love and community.
